Speak for yourself! The toon I built for this thread has four,m and I still feel frustrated when I have to sit still for a second or two waiting for one of them to recharge.

Never made a base, hardly in any either. I do have a few codes to use them here and there though, at least on a few of my characters. It's not a common thing for me though. I have seen some amazingly wonderful and creative bases though, like during Halloween.

It would be pretty easy to get some recording of a chicken squawk too to add to that.

There is often/usually something of a post-holiday drop I think too, but it's mostly temporary.

The Great Pumpkin - Nearly Naked Jack War in Croatoa, just because I like the zone so much. Riki raids are fun though (hint: target thru pets, yours or someone else's).

It's a time-honored comics staple that punching fascists is always a good time! What's that, "what about the Red Caps" you ask? Uh... those guys are probably Commies, yeah.

I was recently thinking about this too, we have a number of animals already coded into the game, such as wolves, lions, etc. And can we have these powers merely suppress toggles, not turn them off completely?

Sadly there's no X-named character that would fit. Xoanon maybe???

Solo on a stalker, I rarely use the BU+AS combo, I usually bamf into the middle and let loose an AoE, but that might just be my builds.

I thought it was probably one the best D+ MKarvel series, if not of any D+ series (many of them have been kinda meh). Except for that last exposition-heavy ending... of course once there's another series after that, it might not feel quite so anti-climactic. Hiddleston and Wilson really made it work.

I just saw this trailer myself elsewhere. Well, it's a good trailer, but they can't be trusted ha ha, so who knows? I do have my interest piqued though, so it worked on that level.

Agreed, the different groups start losing their flavor if we keep beefing them all up with those same robots.

Thinking back on this, I'm surprised no one pointed out that this was a pretty stupid thing to post aha ha, I mean, choose between a click power that MIGHT give you some End, or 3.75% off every End usage. Sometimes I really should stop and think before posting 😃 Yeah, I think my Defs are like in the high 20s to low 30s, and for the times when I need to briefly face Alhpa shots, I've got Shadow Meld, which puts them into the 50s. I had it once before on my main stalker on Live, and it's like playing tank for fifteen seconds.

Still, the guy standing in the chalet isn't the same thing. Plus hey, we do have the chalet year-round now. But who knows how stuff is coded, sure.

Really curious to know what sort of super powers you're going to end up with! Seriously though, that's all really good advice.

I'm falling back on my original planning of a six-slotting Prev. Medicine for the set bonuses (3.75% discount to all End costs!). I've seen some talk about slotting Dark Regen for damage, but it's only "Minor" so I dunno about that. The heal itself is pretty good even without enhancing so one could drop like four or five "Chance for [Damage]" procs in there, or a "Chance for Knockdown" or something... could be fun. I already have two Chance for Knockdowns in a cone and a AoE, but it could make for a good extra safety feature for a PANIC button. Had I more time to kick around experiments, I might give that a whirl.

I create a new character when I get the idea for them - sometimes a power combo, sometimes a concept. I'm finding concept is most important to me, I've created and then let sit idle a number of toons only to rejigger the look, name and costume and then suddenly zoom them up to 50. If they bore me, or have a thin a thin concept ("Rabbitattatt, a rabbity-looking toon with a machine gun, genius!")- or yeah, play badly for some reason - I drop them, but rarely strip and delete them. I generally try to not repeat power sets or at least not too close to one another. Started an abandoned like 3 Kins by now, it was just a boring set to play! I've run one of about every AT up to 50 except for VEATs and squids (never even started a squid, seems complex and I haven't been enticed yet). I have about a page or page and a half of 50s. Realizing now some of them were fun at the time but I have no desire to go back and work on their Incarnate stuff. Realistically, I should strip and delete these guys, I figure about half of them would be on the chopping block. I have a fair number of created toons that never got past say 15th, as I found I lost interest or just didn't have a direction to go with them; for instance, I made Symphony Dom when that was new, I think she got to 25th? But no real build in mind, MIDs hates updating for me... so she got left behind.

IIRC they didn't really do a release notes for the Winter Event this year *shrug* I'd like to see it last longer too, or be available in some form all year round (like what's-his-name the mission giver always in the ski chalet etc.).

I saw a number of posts, well, 3 or so, that said it was the best thing to put into Dark Regen. Sadly I'm not Dark/Dark so no T of E for me I guess. This build is never going to get finished!

I've got the Theft of Essence in the Dark Regen power, but it doesn't seem to proc too often, here and there I get into longer fights and see the End run low and pop that with my fingers crossed, but... IIRC, My Health's got Miracle: Recovery, Numina's Regen/Recovery, and Panacea's %. I slotted those ASAP while I was leveling up and still had End problems, as one does. I suppose I could drop the least effective for the the Regen Tissue, as I've learned to work around/live with the End issues anyway.
