Same here. I renamed and retooled my homages last night. I do feel bad for whomever gets to field all these reports though.

More than apparent ED didn't make the game more "fun" for the droves of players they lost when it hit. IOs were put in to try and undo that damage in my opinion.

And who are you or any of us to judge what is "creative"? How about letting others design what they want and have fun the way they want and you worry about you?

Profit has nothing to do with it. You don't want to drive people away. Assuming deleting Hasten is an "improvement" is a very, very, very big assumption.

This is what it sounds like to me - a solution looking for a problem. Seems like this thread is just "too many people take it, so it must be bad".

I'm sure that someone tried this same excuse in board meetings when they were asked why subscription revenue just took a nosedive because of ED.

You're kind of assuming that balance was never taken into account when IOs and Incarnates were added originally though. Going to go out on a limb and say the old Devs had access to the same data and saw the same thing - a lot of people take hasten. But they added all the +recharge bonuses in IOs and incarnates anyway.

Personally, I think that's exactly what they were supposed to do - bypass ED. ED was not a popular change and drove away a lot of players. A LOT.

Certain IOs and sets offer recharge reduction bonuses too, so I don't see the problem here. Unless those should all get nerfed too.

With regard to recharge? Not entirely true and IO set bonuses also do this as do Incarnates. Should we nerf Cardiac too? It essentially nullifies END issues.

Not sure that makes sense? What restrictions is hasten allowing someone to bypass?

LMAO! "Only post if you agree with me". Love it! And people say what a "friendly community" this is... Saying I don't agree with the idea and would rather not see Hasten get deleted or nerfed IS contributing, sorry.

Still an enormous benefit in having it. But hey, go ahead and nerf hasten. I think I took it on one character and even that one doesn't really need it. When people leave in droves - just as they did with ED - you can still be happy you got your nerf.

I know a whole slew of people who never take it. So not everyone does take it.
