  1. I already do this exact same thing with my ice tank. Really completes the concept.
  2. Back on live I once spotted 'Hardcore Prawn'. That one was hilarious and walking the line, not stepping over it imo.
  3. You can skip it. Just be sure to make good use of your taunt aura. Although as a recent mental ITF filled with suicidal squishies taught me, it pays to have a taunt with range. There may be situations where you wish you had it but in general you'll be fine.
  4. Mass Levitate. They designed it pretty well with the violent eruption of screen shaking energy. Then its 'weeeeeeeee', free ride!
  5. I burned out and was taking a break lol.
  6. I'm too old to drink at any time other than Xmas. Hell I was a lightweight even as a teenager.
  7. I know you shouldn't have to but go to Indy Port. The AE there is very quiet.
  8. I had this the other day, too.
  9. These pools and npc costume pieces and I'd be the happiest tank in all the land.
  10. Shield/Psionic. I love telekinesis and shield is such a strong set and makes my concept work better.
  11. Only just made my main's bio after 2 years lol. Had the same concept since live but only just got around to writing it. Its not all that good. Just really explains what a British hero is doing in Paragon City. I did make it far less dramatically written though. One or two of my old bio's make me cringe now.
  12. Shield Defence/Psionic Melee Tanker. 1. I love Tanks 2. I love telekinesis 3. Shield has tons of awesome stuff. Positional defence, resistance, high def debuff resist plus a cool attack and more. Also its the one tank primary that actually adds to your costume rather than hides it. 4. I love Tanks.
  13. Tbh I'm sick of the punch animation. I don't mind the energy manifesting itself as a fist, I 'd just like a better animation for the character.
  14. I'm a bit bias with Boggle as confuse powers are one of my favourite types. Even if it was crap I would have picked it.😁 That said with the proc its actually quite useful, it can affect around 6 targets. If you're not going to slot the proc then its not worth taking. I use it for the power itself and the set bonuses. The proc doesn't fire very often in AAO. I use it since the only meaningful way left to improve my build was damage (I didn't need an end redux) and I'm still mouning the loss of AoE Insight Strike. It helped me sooo much when leveling.
  15. My Shield/Psi Tank is my main. Three issues right off the bat. There is no need to have 3 rech in Hasten. Use 2 and just boost both of them to save a slot. Secondly if you have no intention of playing pvp you have no need to have accuracy in Taunt. You may also consider dropping either TK Blow or Psi Blade. With your recharge you don't need that many weaker single target attacks. Check out my build below to see how it compares. You may possibly find something you like about it. My resistance and defence numbers are higher (except for AoE defence by a tiny margin) without having to take Tough and Weave, even without incarnates. Although I see you're going for more damage by way of recharge, imo the sacrifices to things like resistance and power choices are not worth it. The only real benefit to having more recharge than me is a much faster recharging Shield Charge. That is a benefit but to me at least that's not the priority. However your priorities may be differnet of course. Btw the only reason I took laser eyes was for fun. Its not needed for an effective build. I just love lasers. 🙂 This Hero build was built using Mids Reborn 3.0.4.6 https://github.com/Reborn-Team/MidsReborn Click this DataLink to open the build! 16. Gone to the americans?
  17. Dramatic leaping. Regretting that life of crime. Oh and here's the single most painful moment in all of human history.
  18. No way I'm ever skipping it. Its the only real form of mission variety that was added after I first played the game.
  19. Solo missions. They always seem to happen when I'm on a team.
  20. Grabbed 'Invincibubble' a couple of weeks ago.
  21. I use the persuasive coercion proc to turn boggle into an aoe. Makes it a lot more useful. In fact the whole set has some nice bonuses.
  22. I have it on my main. Never thought I'd get telekinesis on a tank and along with my favourite mez its like it was made for me. I don't mind that it manifests itself as a fist. I just wish it was easier to see in a crowd. The tank buffs sorted out the issues I had with the cone and aoe so for me at least a tank was the right choice.
  23. I paired it with dual blades for that totally natural theme. DB is a lot of fun and a bit unique with its combo system. As long as you don't mind a miss messing up your combos once in a while.
