  1. Seeing as how you would rather the developers work on something else, you mentioning them being volunteer and unpaid comes across as an attempt at emotional manipulation. You want something else, so be it. The fact they are volunteer is simply a convenient fact for you to throw in there thinking it will garner sympathy. And it might. But it's an extremely manipulative tactic.
  2. Anytime! I like to spread the wealth.
  3. I usually plan out my build as I farm/doorsit and then buy everything at once when I hit 50. A few weeks ago when I saw Panacea all going for 13-17 million, my first bid was 20 million for each one of them.
  4. This is me too. I'll pay an absurd amount of influence if there is only one of a particular enhancement I want being sold when I'm trying to slot a character. Edit: to clarify, I'm talking only about the spending part. A majority of my time in game is doing market stuff.
  5. I don't ever recall entire map herding being something I ever had to put in effort to avoid. I'd run across it, sure. But never to the point I considered it a nuisance. I do however recall Tanks telling a team to sit and wait while they gathered being a very common thing, to the point I completely stopped actively recruiting Tanks. I wouldn't turn them away, but even when doing something like an STF(back when it was widely considered challenging), I didn't look for one. At this point in the game I don't look for specific ATs or powersets at all, I invite in order I see the messages. But if I'm filling a final spot on a team and I see a Tank and any other AT looking at the same time in a chat channel, I'll still send the invite to the other AT first. Without exception.
  6. Myself and others would notice this and undercut them for huge profits.

I was actually getting ready to tag you in this thread when I saw your reply lol. Also, I too am curious about Iggy!
  8. I would choose Fire for either of those secondaries for the very reasons Gauntlent_Prime gave. That being said, either one is a great choice. It is a bit easier to get the top ST chain with DM if I remember correctly(bee a LONG time since I've done Fire). So if budget or recharge is an issue, that may give DM an edge in some cases.
  9. No Super Strength yet?????????????

  11. These are my favorite threads.
  12. Click mez protection does not make it harder. Put it on auto fire and forget it.
  13. Rude! I love you though you hurt me so. Now I'm going to pack my things and go.
  14. They are! Excluding the procs, I'm buying Panacea and Shield Wall and close to doubling my influence. After crafting and fees it might be closer to 50% profit. But still, they move fast. I've also been moving my main market toon and working on all the day job badges. Currently I'm sitting in a PvP zone for that badge, and I'm not able to use the market from there. So she's on a break for about three more days. Because zoning each time I log on is apparently out of the question for me.
  15. No need to fight, you're both beautiful people!
  16. This is a terrible Scrapper thread. This feels more like an argument Tankers or Brutes would have.
  17. I'm not even sure I took my heal on my farmer.
  18. See my earlier post: Clearly I'm psychic. So the solution to this entire thing is to place me in the LRSF instead of Yin or Sister Psyche. And while we're at it, just give me Statesman's powers, because why not?
  19. Or just add a confirmation box. Seems like a much better solution than taking away options.
  20. City of Heroes was a shitty game before inventions, and the dumpster diving era was even worse.
  21. Have you ever seen comic book/superhero fans try to "hash out timelines" and other details of continuity? I feel this would not be a constructive use of anyone's time. But it would be amusing.
  22. Agreed. I play with Super Speed running all the time.
  23. See as I've gotten older, I lack the patience to play games like Dark Souls and Contra and Ghosts n' Goblins. Every few years I'll play a game like Cuphead and enjoy it for a bit, but even that starts to frustrate me. I think a part of the issue is when I was a kid I could throw a Nintendo or Sega controller and it'd be fine. But if I throw my XBox controller, that shit will break and now I have to pay for my own things. No thanks. Also, being an adult is lame.
  24. This is excellent stuff. I'm fully on board with this.
