On Island Rum before launching the game proper. In the top left above the word HOMECOMING there is a round icon of a palm tree. Click the palm tree to open the menu. Choose the Rescan option ... this will force Island Rum to update your game client. Wait for the Rescan to finish patching everything. Click PLAY when done.

@StrikerFox is correct on this one. A chance to activate a 5.25s buff every 60s does not sound like a worthwhile investment to me.

Easiest way to add Natural origin epics would be to pirate some of the weapon sets for it. Dual Pistols and Archery+Tactical/Trick Arrow plus Assault Rifle/Wolf Spider come to mind as the most obvious candidates for this in the ranged weapons category. For melee ranged Natural origin epics you've got Broadsword, Dual Blades, Katana and Ninja Sword as the somewhat obvious go to weapon choices along with Martial Arts and Street Justice for unarmed attack powers that can be ported into an epic pool. Taking things in a more Technology origin epic direction, there's always making some Beam Rifle attacks available. Would be kind of cool to see a Sonic Attack epic pool for builds that don't have access to sonic attack powers, which aren't exactly origin specific (or obvious) but ought to be proliferated more broadly. It would be awesome of the Dual Pistols epic pool simply used ports of the existing Dual Pistols powers (modified for pool status) with no Swap Ammo option in the epic pool, so if you aren't running Dual Pistols as your primary or secondary you're limited to Standard Ammo effects only, but if you do have Dual Pistols as your primary or secondary you can get the effects of cryo/incendiary/toxic ammo types on the epic pool versions (although why you'd want to double up on attack powers you already have is another question).

Kheldians are QUITE LACKING in this department ... World of Confusion is misnamed ... given the effects of the power it might as well be called Closet of Confusion or perhaps Cupboard of Confusion ... or perhaps even Arm's Reach of Confusion ... particularly since the MAG on it is so low as to be laughable and the PBAoE is so ... TINY (which is good for procs, but bad for "world" status).

It's not impossible to stack enough MAG to pierce purple triangles, just difficult (you need more than 54 MAG to do it reliably). This is easier to do on a Dominator with Domination than it is on a Controller with Overpower.

Returning Player: A Peacebringer's Story

As you can see from my Peacbringer and Warshade builds (that evolve as you play them), my advice is to fully slot Nova first, then fully slot Dwarf, and then and only then circle back to Human form powers to finish slotting them all the way up to 50. -
So the Footstomp animation instead of the Handclap animation? If memory serves, the reason why that change was made(?) was because the Footstomp animation is coded to only work while on the ground and NOT flying ... while the Handclap animation has no such grounding required limitations buried in the coding of the power animation. Since Teleporting will force you to fly for 4 seconds, this would mean that you could Dwarf Step into a pile of $Targets and NOT be able to use your Dwarf Flare until the teleport float duration wore off ... so it was decided to change the animation (and the coding underneath it) from a Footstomp concept to a Handclap concept so as to avoid any kind of lockout due to use of Dwarf Step teleportation.

I wouldn't recommend that. In fact, for any heal that requires a ToHit check, my go to slotting preference these days is either 5 Theft of Essence (with proc) plus 1 Touch of the Nictus (proc only) ... or doing the reverse of 5 Touch of the Nictus (with proc) plus 1 Theft of Essence (proc only). I found this combination to be quite UNFAIRLY USEFUL on my Water/Cold = A Slush Fund o' Procs build that you can find in the Corruptors forum, along with an explanation of WHY this combo is so good for Dehydrate. The choice between which alternative slotting to use tends to be dictated by the Rule of 5 for set bonuses, since I've seen situations where 5 slotting one Accurate ToHit set will "waste" set bonuses on a 6th copy of a bonus, while the other set will not, so to in order to stay under the Rule of 5 limit for set bonuses you can slot either way and achieve almost exactly the same outcome(s).

I refused to understand it? You can't possibly be suggesting that I willfully ignored the answer? You wanted an answer. You were promptly given an answer. You didn't want the answer you were given. Now you want to blame everyone else for having given you the right answer in the first place, because you didn't understand the answer you were given the first time ... which was the correct answer to the question you had asked, but it wasn't the answer that you wanted to read/hear (go figure, eh?). Seems pretty straightforward. Still need help ... or have you got it from here?

For the most part, Empathy doesn't "reward" or synergize enough with Controller to be a serious contender for ... well ... anything. Back on Virtue, I played an Empathy/Archery Defender, so as to provide another Empath for Hamidon Raids on Virtue, but there was never anything particularly special about the combination. Empathy is good at what it does, it's just that the game meta doesn't "reward" Empathy all that much anymore since there are so many other ways to not NEED an Empath to be present (except as a pocket h34l0r for other people). You CAN make it work, if you dedicate yourself to the mindset you need in order to play it though ... it just isn't going to "blend" all that especially well with any particular Controller primaries, except as mentioned pet heavy primaries like Dark and Plant and Illusion and so on. To be honest, I'd recommend that if you want to play an Empath, play a Defender instead of a Controller and pick a secondary you like playing.

To be fair ... that is a MOUNTAIN of work to do ... which is useful to all of us (granted) but also something you can't exactly do while playing the game ... and a LOT of people have been more interested in playing the game than in building tools to make that gameplay Better™ ... mainly because we didn't know if NC$oft was going to bigfoot everyone and ruin all the fun, so get your game time in now in case it all goes away Soon™. So on that front, you're definitely doing a lot better than any competition you might have, PK! 👍
