  1. Love seeing Unrelenting & Unleash Potential used together with Link Minds and the focus on boosting holds & stuns (very under appreciated). Well Done! @oedipus_tex Gravity Control / Psionic Assault has always had a pull on me. Lift, Propel and Worm Hole are some of the most fun powers in the game. Add Drain Psyche and Psychic Shockwave and I'M IN. Skipping many of the powers works, they just aren't needed on higher end builds. Note: It does become very average if you play down to lower level content.

  3. Rune of Protection then One with the Shield is about 3 minutes of additional protection and 2.5 minutes without. Not an awful way to go. However.. one of Dark's strengths is the -tohit which could fill some defense gaps. It could be challenging to apply that to ranged targets. Just some food for thought. I bet if you tried a little harder on build 2 you could cover ranged.
  4. Stone Melee is pretty fun and effective. It hits like a.. well it has big stone hammers. ..and stalkers and scrappers don't Stone Melee. Definitely paired with a resist set of your choosing as others mentioned. When the new changes come out Energy Melee might be a bit better on brutes and stalkers than tanks. ( h o p i n g )
  5. 1/3 of the players online look to be redside. lots of players redside, 1:3 ratio! side note: 163/489 is exactly 1/3.. craziness Way to go Everlasting Villains!!
  6. A lot of the endurance reduction is from enhancements. Crushing Impact for example: Accuracy/Damage, Damage/Endurance, Damage/Recharge, Accuracy/Damage/Recharge, Accuracy/Damage/Endurance, and Damage/Endurance/Recharge. At 50 these total up to 68.9% each for endurance reduction, accuracy and recharge. As well as 101.47% for damage. (I typically will only use 5 of the 6.. I don't get the full value) In my opinion Energize it too good not to have. A heal is handy. That it has bult-in Endurance Reduction is a bonus. Hope this is helping. Loved that you did a spreadsheet.

  9. Yep, you got it. High end builds are able to bend what's possible. Some folks might focus on recharge or damage. Others focus on defenses. Having fun is the most important part. Not every blaster needs crazy stats to be effective or successful. Also, those stats tend to come at a cost to other areas. What is possible with time and investment can be ridiculous (though maybe not even needed).
  10. As a stalker, I really only have two comments regarding Ninjitsu.. #1 Caltrops? #2 We see many comments for alternate animations: Could we get alternate names?! Seriously sometimes you just wanna heal and that isn't Kuji-In Retsu or Kuji-In Rin.. Fix Energy Transfer!   12. Energy / Energy Blaster is a great choice and affords a lot of variety. It's also hella fun to play. There is some great advice being provided. These are merely recommendations and examples to give a good base of information from which to create you character. Question: Are you at 50 now or just planning the path to 50? I ask because those are definitely two different points in the game. Additional Info: Most of the cheaper sets are just fine. Decimation and Crushing impacts are great on this combo while learning the ropes. After that, all sorts of builds are possible. Variety: Honestly, so many possibilities. As an example, I only use 3 powers from the Energy Blast primary. If not mentioned, the "Law of Fives": We can have up to 5 of the same set bonus.   13. Reward Merits for doing content and the associated drops are the third way, right? Options and balance should exist between Content, Crafting, and Grinding (farming). This is as it should be, correct? Edit: (and not directed at @Lines) If one method is able to exploit several game mechanics, frankly, there should be an expected correction. Some like to grind architect entertainment missions because they find it relaxing and effective, I get that, and have no problem with it. Who's not okay with folks having fun? Want to blame someone? Look no further than folks who post or chat about making ridiculous amounts per hour. Double for those who brag about doing it while away from the keyboard. Like it or not, there it is..
  14. This is why there are multiple reward streams, right? Mission completion has a drop as do all the defeated targets in the mission. Arcs have an additional reward. If folks insist on double xp, that was a choice and there is a consequence... wait, page 69, I'm prolly just repeating myself. never mind.

  17. You were not misinformed and are doing just fine. I think you'll find that most builds folks put out are for level 50 plus where they might be shooting for bonuses that require tighter builds and to be honest, many players think of buffing teammate secondarily to what they wanna do.

  20. not much there is making sense. Lieutenant Family Archery Capo Heavy Archery doing Energy damage.. while you did a good job with a partial screenie and some details.. more would be needed to unpack this.

  22. Could this be done? Sure Should this be done? It would be better to spin up a separate Homecoming server that worked as requested. The amount of work and planning would be substantial to do right. The number of players that would use server could be too small to justify the effort. Will this be done? No.
  23. No changes need to the existing reward table. Adding some useful rewards that are non transferable might be worth a look.
  24. I'm not sure what a druid/primal is but you want to be a corruptor. I can tell.
