Not substantially. BUT it is a point or two (I think). When the creator slider says 100% it isn't always quite 100% in-game. A lot of create > test > change > test > change > test > publish > retest > switch character > retest

yep yep. I am saying for this type of sink often the most desirable are in the middle with something okay at the top that would still standout as being rare. Putting the most wanted items in a top tier creates a haves / have nots which isn't the goal. It's so super subjective. The devs have done a pretty darn good job on it. They've communicated well, and stated their goals while indicating that they can make adjustments as appropriate.

Putting less desirable or less impactful but still rare items in the top tier for epeening is common.

If one player has billions and billion from Empyrean to Reward Merit conversions and another player doesn't, is this really true?

I'd guess the number of hidden posts, warnings, and bans in the beta feedback topics is disproportional. Just a wild guess. It takes up time moderating and going through posts (viewable and hidden) looking for desired feedback. The term 'Feedback" is vague. Player on Player policing over vague terminology. Some players get discouraged due to a poor experience providing feedback. Maybe it is counterintuitive to title something say "Beta Bug Testing" to get testing & bug reports.

Without explanation it doesn't seem to make sense as is the case with a number of the proposed changes. 250% decrease in availability of a defensive power is baffling. In exchange for making it a meh offensive power with no additional knocks, no additional defense, no additional damage? A corruptor is a getting single target -15% res.. IOs can provide better debuffing at a 3.5ppm rate to multiple targets. Its a quick control 'get off me' & 'get off my friend' power. If something was added without taking away more than is given who could complain. This just isn't the case. Here's an old quote on Force Bolt "Force Bolt: The first 6-slotted power, and from 1-25, easily the most used power. Through enhancement, it becomes the chain-gun. Juggle bosses out of the fight, blast melee opponents off your friends, or just plain unload to cause some chaos and knockback damage mitigation. The use tappers off a bit after repulsion field comes into play, but it remains one of the core powers from 1-50."

When I saw changes to Force Fields in beta, Philotic Knight was the name that popped in my head first, thinking "I hope PK is participating in this". His feedback to Force Field changes was dismissed and hidden quite disrespectfully. [edit]: (Mostly due to the fact that reasons just aren't given for hiding posts (which is understandable and also frustrating), regardless of the detail or effort. After the fact, some posts have been restored though not theirs) They deserved better than that and a thank you from many who have benefited from PK's efforts. They are not likely coming back. His website was a great resource now appears as shown below. (I had it bookmarked) note: I don't think it was the changes as much as the treatment he and others received. PK's site had nice stuff collected in one spot .

Is it relevant what other sets can do? Like what Time can do in 8 slots or Traps can do in 4 slots? (Maybe these are outdated) There have been mentions of Faraday Cage, Cold Domination, etc which are just better.. Time with 8 slots (credit @oedipus_tex) Traps with just 4 slots (credit @Frostweaver)

It's interesting to see his story regardless of any edits he'd make since that early 2019 post.
