  2. Definitely needs a little love. Not to be simplistic but it seem like adding Dragon's Tail over... choose one, any one of the ST attacks, I don't even care, just make it not the only set in game (that I can think of at least) with absolutely zero aoe.
  3. I made a Marine MM on Breakout during testing and included PB in the build. I logged back onto it to see results with and without PB. I'm not going to pretty this up, here's the dump of what I noted. For every number pair, the top one is without PB, the bottom one has it. All told the only value that I saw increase was Soothing Wave's heal and PotD's +MaxEnd. *Note this was a quick run through and I would not submit this as professional testing results.   4. I'm going to guess you mean Silent Blade, I've not seen Silver Mantis in any tips. I have heard of combat NPCs dying before they're rescued from aoe and this sounds like an example. I can make a note of that but I think the score stands because this is intended for someone pursuing raw speed in completing tips and would have a low mob count. When I was doing these I used default team size which was frequently two because I was 2-boxing with one choosing missions by the SG portal and the "hitter" completing the missions so both got tip credit. I suppose if someone is doing this with a lower damage AT there's a greater risk to Silent Blade since enemies may get off more AOE attacks. Thank you for your feedback.
  5. I get all the PVP zone goodies, so I spend some decent amount of time pursuing shivans, patrols, badges and sometimes nukes. I've only had someone attack me once, turns out it was a new player. I sent a tell asking if they were going to continue attacking, which was fine if they were, but I was just badging and I would just do other non-PVP zone things if did. They actually backed off. Let me emphasize, I'm not saying they should have, but a quick two-tell exchange worked things out. But yeah to answer the question directly you're fair game. Personally I take a few precautions, like doing a /whoall (which won't show hidden players or course) and in Sirens if I'm someone's bounty I just leave.

  7. Nah my dude, we ran it at +4, there were +6 enemies in there. Worth mentioning this was respec 2 and no one has lvl 50 goodies yet (purples, superior ATOS, HOs, whatevah), this is all the power of Marine. This is a good time for a new member to join, even if level 1 as we're likely to be doing Posi eventually that session, so getting from 1-8 will be super quick. I reference these only to consolidate other writeups of this issue to help the dev that's diligently working on fixing this (because that's happening, right? RIGHT?!?) I've had a spell where I didn't encounter this bug. That is, until a couple of days ago when I had a boss (downgraded to lieut) fight with a /fire manip blaster where they ported away but they were defeated by DOTS and the mission ended.

  10. I say "same, same" with regards to the humility my elec/elec brute felt after the first time on this encounter. These days, when I've got a meleer that's apt to grab a bunch of aggro and isn't strong to toxic, I'll pop Demonic the instant before attacking a pylon. That should last through 2 pylons, maybe all 3 if your team rocks. For ranged ATs, even those I typically play at melee I'll stay a safe distance and shoot the pylons from a spot where there are no rikti nor hydra.

  12. I merged the mob XP detailed on paragonwiki with the xp needed to level. Unfortunately HC wiki does not have this info listed so I went with the old one figuring it would, at worst, be "close enough". https://archive.paragonwiki.com/wiki/Experience I created a field to represent number of even con minions (I did not account for lieuts, bosses or higher [or lower] feel free to tackle that yourself). It looks like it takes almost 43,500 mobs to get to 50, half that (21,750) happens between levels 37 and 38. Feel free to interpolate if you want more precision, I've used up all the time I'm dedicating to this.   13. 1. Get on a team ASAP. Kills are shared amongst teammates. 2. Follow the path shown on vidiotmaps for the dropships (afaik there are two paths in each zone) 3. Use a targeting bind/macro for "bomb". This, for example, is what I use: /bind g targetcustomnext "bomb". No need for additional parameters because when the bomb is destroyed it leaves no corpse.

Due to multiple bugs that often rendered the event unavailable, it was discontinued in Issue 27 and the Paladin Construction zone event was reinstated. " So no need for shrug emojis, it's pretty straightforward. What you quoted was from the page for the event as it was from i24 up to i27. We're now in i28, page 1, beyond i27, when the Clockwork Paladin event was removed and the page you posted became invalid.

  16. In the Cavern of Transcendence, upon entering the mission I went straight to the door you have to enter to fight Koaga and placed the "Mark". Then went back to normal CoT activities. When the 8 obelisks were clicked, I recalled and assembled the team.

  18. I took it on a Dominator to try it out. The uptime is low, it has a base recharge of 600 seconds (that's 10 minutes) and the HP buff last 60 seconds. I really rarely used it, mostly because these powers with hyper long recharges sort of get forgotten about. It might be a decent power if someone uses it well. Like, if you take some damage during an alpha strike and there are enough enemy live bodies around, it could give a reasonable heal. Bottom line, I'm not going call it a piece of crap, but I will say I'm not likely to take it again since I personally didn't get much utility out of it.

  20. Let's take a look at Miriam Bloechl as an example. https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Miriam_Bloechl She's a 25-29 contact. Her story arc covers that range exactly. Looking at the above link, you can see she has some 25-30 "out of arc" missions. So, you'll stop getting missions at the earlier of attaining level 31 or completing all of the missions that cap at 30.
  21. Does the Perfect Zinger psi proc break hide if slotted in Placate? Please no answers that begin with "I think" or "IIRC...", looking for answers that are certain. ETA: I did what I should have done in the first place and just copied a character to test to see for myself. That actually takes less time than composing a message. Just FYI I went around the portal corp parking lot and placate with the psi proc put me back into hide even when the damage applied. So the answer to my question, is "no". This was with a Bane, I assume the same would hold true for Stalkers (but that is an assumption).
  22. The accuracy is to insure it hits. That particular enhancement slotting does nothing to increase magnitude or duration. Slotting for effect, in this case immobilize, increases duration. There's no increasing magnitude short of stacking the mez. Someone will come along and "well akshually" the couple of ways to increase mag but for this purpose, I'm ignoring them (it involves incarnate powers and/or certain IOs) If you really want to see this in action you should buy the power analyzer from the START vendor and watch the attributes for mezzes as you use them.
  23. Like Flea said, this setting can't be changed in a task force so no , they couldn't change it at during an ITF. Speaking for myself I don't think about GF, at least not historically but I seem to be encountering it more frequently these days. Now it's on my checklist at Null to turn off. The shame of it not being something toggleable is that there are edge cases (I can think of one) where I do want GF and that's the Seed of Hami encounter. Because turning off GF is a standard configuration I set now, I don't get the temp fly from the Seed fight. Not the biggest deal, I've always got a flight pack but it does hinder my MMs some. I've got to say, as a GF hater, I cheered for the team lead in the OP story.
