  1. I believe it was. To the OP, fully slotted ATOs can cost you up to 96 mill on the high end. Are those okay to be included? FYI, I'm talking the basic ones. You can make them Superior once you hit 50. What I have been doing on characters as I level them is slot as normal for how I would do a common IO build, and then seek out uncommon sets as replacements. There are certain rare IOs I will see out, but that's about it for high end cost outside of the ATOs. I think those builds fall in the line of 200 mil. To me that's about where your budget lies. Note, this is a recent change because my default has always to level on SOs/common IOs. If a build can make it to 50, then I debate investing into it. About half of my 50s have switched over to IO sets currently.
  2. Off the top of my head I would say it should be an easy conversion. The difference in ATOs is down to one slot and its impact.
  3. Wind was at least in the works and for a secondary they could do a reworking of KM as that has some ranged and melee attacks already.
  4. It has nothing to do with the numbers. As long as you have a def debuff and can slot for it, you can slot the -res proc into it. You ideally want it in Irradiate.
  5. It would be helpful posting what you have now.
  6. There are a number of sets which stack on additional things for a powerset. Sometimes it is stacked, comboed, etc. Here's the problem I am seeing with Insight. 1. It feels random when it triggers. I have done attacks chains, or even cleared a mob without getting it or at best it kicks in on the next to last attack. 2. The player can be locked out from gaining Insight. Not that this is unique as Savage does it similar in that regard. At least with Savage there is a clear pathway to building it back up and there is even Blood Lust to pop it back to max. Here, you can be locked out and not know when you are getting it back. Ultimately this is about a set's feel. I can plan out and get a feel for a number sets because I as a player feel like I have control over the situation. I can figure out how I want to use my attacks in the best and most efficient way. With Psionic? It's just attack stuff and maybe it works out. Odds are you will overkill things at random times. Solutions: 1. Have Concentration give Insight. Why oh why was this not the default? One would think you would have insight after concentrating on the battle. 2. Concentration/Insight is a toggle similar to DP or Staff. I'm fine with it using end. 3. Concentration/Insight is similar to Rage in that it is a long term buff. 4. Concentration/Insight is similar to Power Siphon. The more one concentrates, the more of a benefit there is to Insight. Pretty much at this point any working of it would make the set feel better, but I would lean on item 1 or 2 with maybe 2 being the best. I'm still leveling. Things might change, but right now Psionic Melee doesn't feel smooth at all. Even if it is balanced partly with how it is or isn't resisted, it does not feel fun currently. It feels clunky. EDIT: With added info below about Boggle, I would shorten the animation and make the Boggle AoE flagged with the Confuse ST.
  7. Current in the running suggestions for builds to do this with. Yes, there is a pattern here. Dark/elec Brute. /elec's heal comes late so that's what Dark is for, but it has resistance to energy and end drain with some protection against Psy so hello gold side. Also the first brute which clicked for me on live. Soloed an EB without any inspirs on common IOs. Dark/en Stalker or Sent. /en might bloom too late, but if we are talking life in blue or red side, the defenses will kick in, and my StJ/en stalker who is near finished with just needing some T4 action to happen can do +2/x3 without even using a heal or inspir. (does not include AVs, but I have done more than one EB at a time) I really should bump the diff setting.
  8. You want AS to go last in that chain. If you start off with AS, it will have a rather long animation.
  9. If LR doesn't crit due to the pet aspect, I would put a Tank over a Scrapper. Still, Brutes rank last.
  10. Can confirm debuffs will absolutely wreck a WP build in a hurry.
  11. The problem is, IIRC, Lightning Rod uses pet mechanisms so it isn't impacted by fury. Tanks can hit more targets with the AoEs. ElecM is basically, Stalkers >>> Everybody else.
  12. Another point, they seem to have given up in trying to have an actual conversation about what is going. Just a one shot "This sucks" and nothing more. I have them ignored here and in-game.
  13. FYI, yes I have teamed with them. Yes, I made sure to gignore them on both of my accounts.
  14. Is all redside content available via flashback, or there some stuff which needs to be done as you level? I have about three different characters I could create to go through all the content so I'm wondering.
  15. Savage is lower in ST damage due to Hemo being lacking, but good AoE. It is DoT based so it plays well with Brutes. My Brute is too low to really judge, but I like the playstyle of it so far.
  16. I've never felt the need to slot KB protection in my /elec brutes.
  17. I believe it was on live after I had left although it might have been soon after. I felt like I stayed rather late.
  18. Toggles, including Rad, sticking around was one of the first things I noticed coming back to HC, so yeah, Rad's has been fixed for some time.
  19. Yes, but in the video you implied that Rad's didn't.
  20. I'm guessing the issue here with brutes being on a team is due to Brute's damage cap and the ease in which they can get to it via a team versus solo.
  21. Build is 24, so this is a bit of preplanning on my part for when they get unlocked.
  22. RI in Rad also stays even after the anchor is killed, or were you talking about something else?
  23. Best place for the 50% Crit proc?
  24. I think for me it is less about redraw issues and less time attacking. Bio is great for it's offensive benefits, but it also has a number of clicks to help keep it vertical.
