  1. Nevermind. I took a shower and thought about it. And it is working now. Helps to update to the newer launcher...
  2. Small problem. I got it all going, picked the mods I wanted and then went to play to see them. My launcher starts but then shuts down with this error: File: bin/clientmessages-en.bin Unable to locate bin/clientmessages-en.bin So now I am looking for an easy fix before I reinstall Tequila.
  3. I am getting an an Error 503. Is this site down? I am not super Internet savvy so...
  4. St. Martial! Can you imagine the tourist women constantly streaming into town for the casinos! And there is a circus permanently in town!
  5. You are exactly right. And that is the problem. Last year we used to farm Hami around 5 times an hour. Now it takes a long time because we have to two or three step the single take down. And again, that is not including the 30 min or so you have to wait for enough people to get on to attempt it. It DOES happen, just slowly... There were a few toons where I could get my Buddy badge (100 Bud kills) in ONE night. Now, I have to park a character in the Abyss for weeks to get it. But, all said, I (and hopefully some others) appreciate your help! A few at a time does help.
  6. The 10x xp is great. Got some vet levels on those toons I do not play much anymore.
  7. Nope. Just warm bodies. Transfer a character that needs Incarnate stuff, or MSR / Hami credit.
  8. I love C.H.U.D.! Such an undertated movie.
  9. For real! The MSR leader, Mrs, has it down. My understanding is that they (he/she) also run raids on another server but I am unsure which. Theodorre and Stryke do the Itrials every night, with some pretty veteran people underneath to prop them up and they do a good job. The Hami raid has been done by a few people lately but Blighted and Blaze do an amazing job with what little shows up. The days of 5 Hami kills a night, every night, might be sadly in the past, but we still get it down with the few that show.
  10. You are not the only one. I left in November for awhile because of work and waning interest. When I came back, it was worse than last summer. You are definitely not the only one. And I do not blame those who left the server. If I could get my names on Excel or Everlasting, I probably would switch. But, we do have some really good raid leaders. Some of them lead raids on the other servers. We also have a fixed schedule which is kind of nice for planning. I wish my own schedule allowed me to take part in more Itrials. I understand everyone's reasons. But if you can find some time...
  11. Not all of you, mind you, but some of you. The numbers on Indom have dwindled in the past year. We used to have Hami and MSR raids every night with plenty of turn out. Now it is difficult to get 24 for a Hami and MSR regularly runs with 16 or less. Itrials, which are held every night struggle to get 12 solid players. And the raids are no longer every night, but staggered throughout the week. There also used to be regularly task force runs, but now most of them run on the weekends when numbers are slightly better. I know there is some pvp and people doing arena fights, but I am truly stumped as to what people do when there are well publicized raids. I know I get burned out on some of them and take a break, and I understand that, but 10% or less of the population showing up to raids is a little off. There can be 120+ online and still have to wait and wait for 12 to join Itrials. Maybe there are a ton of new players here who do not understand it. I really do not know. What I am asking, is that some of you put a character or two back on Indom to prop up the numbers, at least during Hami, MSR and Itrial times (which is to say, prime time). If it helps, there are a lot of names available there that are not available on the big servers. I put a character on Excel and Everlasting and was astounded at all the activity. People just running Itrials during the day, getting 24 players with just a few call outs. I am jealous. But I also do not want to give up on Indomitable. TLDR; help Indomitable. At least a few times a week.
  12. I would be ok with this. However of higher priority, IMO, would simply to add more magma bosses. It is one of the kill tasks that I struggle to complete.
  13. There are already tons of horns options...
  14. I swear this used to be a thing. Like, you were able to track 4 or 5 badge progresses and they were listed in one corner of your UI. I also have brain tumors so I am not completely sure about small details anymore. Was that in a different game (LOTRO maybe)? For some reason I remember doing the Kill Skuls badge like this. Running around killing as many Skulls as possible in Perez Park.
  15. I love that robot and definitely like this idea.
  16. I would vote for "Motel of Evil". Or, "Motel Hell"
  17. I have a dark dominator and I always felt that the wolf (shadow wolf?) just did not fit the motif of the power set. It should have been one of the floating spectres that are in Circle of Thorns or something along those lines.
  18. This is my favorite MMO of all time. But I would submit that Eve Online is the best MMO of all time. It's simply so big and so much to do. But it isn't my favorite. I would follow that up with Star Wars - the Old Republic. Those two games are really strong but the asshattery of the common player detracts from the experience. Age of Conan was good, but the lackluster player base was, well, lackluster. The game could have been much better. Big missed opportunity. I would place Dark Age of Camelot as second place of all time (in my opinion). There were about 2 years back in 2003/4 ish that were fantastic for that game. PVP (or RVR as it was known in that game) was really its strong point and raison d'etre, DAOC had a good community. I am told the character creation in Black Desert Online is the best of all time. I have not heard anything special about the gameplay. But I have never played it so... COH community stood out heads and shoulders and made it more enjoyable. Alongside the character creator. That was top notch.
  19. 46 and unlikely to see 50 unfortunately (fingers crossed for 55). Cancer is dumb. But I am glad I was able to play my favorite game again so I am very thankful of that. Seriously, I am very thankful to the Homecoming staff. And player base too. The timing was right on the money.
  20. I am the same. Early 2020 I contemplated moving some of my characters. I have 42 lvl 50s, so I thought just a few of them might be a good start. Most of them came back. Yes the population is a little light, and we could stand for a little boost. One of the issues, from my perspective, is that there are tons of new players that are completely new to COX. There are a handful of veteran players who were strong in 2019 but faded out late late year. I like Indom. I like that it has a smaller population because I know / recognize many of the regular players. I think if we could get over 200 - 250 people on the weekends reliably, that would be ok. This past Sunday night for all the raids, we had 180 ish on. Another 50 - 75 regular players would be a good injection.
  21. For real! Absolutely rock solid. I believe that is Theodorre. And yes he deserves credit also. Add Blaze in their for the recent Hami raids.
  22. I would vote yes to the redraw issue. Very annoying. Also yes to Omega and yes to a change in the Inherent. Some of the other suggestions I would be interested also potentially.
