    Coming from Microsoft, this is extremely rich. Microsoft spent the last 3 decades leading the charge on killing old hardware and software with its endless iterations of Windows, and now they expect us to believe they've done a complete 180? Anyone who doesn't smell a rat is noseblind.

    Probably not; the expense to keep it running is less than peanuts because it runs on the same server bank as STO. Basically as long as STO turns a decent profit, CO is free.

    Yes, it very much is. You're actively choosing to use a power that you know will screw things up for your team. That is griefing. End of discussion.

    I'd much rather move 2-3 feet to hit an immob'd target than across the room to chase down the results of some knockback griefer's handiwork. Because ultimately, that's what AoE knockback is - griefing.

    Lots of prices would still be more or less hardcapped because the HC market is seeded with salvage and whatnot. Enhancements would probably be more expensive simply because greed is part of human nature, and people will charge whatever they can get away with, ethics be damned.

    "Edgelord" and "Mary-Sue" are practically identical in this regard. If you just go down a trait checklist or litmus test, pretty much every character worth writing about registers as one or the other. Unironically using either term to describe a character is usually a pretty good indicator that the person talking lacks any sort of argument and just wants to denigrate the target.

    Mag 2 anything is basically padding to make a power look better without actually giving it a useful effect. By itself, it does jack.

    Mercs is one of the weakest primaries in the game. "Powerful or game breaking" is mutually exclusive with mercs.

    Hold is objectively a more powerful control effect than stun. It's also a much easier effect to stack up. Swapping holds for stuns would be nerfing the set.
