All pets have their own endurance bar that they use, they cannot tap into your endurance. For MMs, end redux affects both the cost for you to cast the pet power as well as the cost of the pet's attacks. I personally have never found Control set pets require end redux in their attacks, so I don't know what end redux does for them.

Best at and power sets to experience all content 1-50 and beyond?

Willpower is a pretty smooth ride 1-50. Its far from top of the game, bit it is smooth sailing. I suspect psi armor would be as well. -
Three dots on the top right of any post -> Report. This will alert the GMs of anything you would like to alert them to, including adding a note. That works better than DMing a GM because *all* GMs can see the report and it does away with all of those negative things you mentioned. Also, this should be in the website/forum suggestions area.

Would it be awesome? Hell yes! How feasible is it? Not sure. That depends on how emblems are coded. I don't really feel like speculating on that right now though. -
You missed an important point. You are right that armor wouldn't have to be recreates, however, every animation in the game would have to be re-made to work with the new body.

There is only a very small subset of characters that have more than 1 aura power. For those, and for those that have an aura power that also provides benefit to the caster (Energy Aura's taunt provides mez protection, for example) pick up the free "Only Affect Self" power from START. If taunt auras don't taunt enemies that have already been aggroed then they're practically useless. One of their main jobs is to grab aggro from unaggroed mobs. I also LOL'd that you said this was posted outside of suggestions intentionally and the thread got moved to Suggestions.

I know if you're using one of those fancy re-bindable mice that sometimes buttons can get unbound or rebound to other things. I'd check with your mouse software if that's the case. -

Yeah, I double checked CoD before I posted to see if it was just text or if it actually does accept range.

(Warning: pure speculation ahead) It's probably a bug holdover from the MM power that it replaces. That power is activated on one of your pets (or possibly all allies?) And therefore could accept range enhancements.

It's not optimal... I've "wasted" the power too many times when I hit the activate but then remember it doesn't auto-rotate your character toward your target. I'm pretty sure Vorpal Judgement existed before Martial Assault, so the devs already knew they could make a cone not have a target. -

I've never tried 1/2/3 but have only ever gotten 4 and 5 to work, none of the higher ones. -
Energizing circuit also gives +recharge. Also, most people do not have their endurance figured out at level 10, I wouldn't delay it.

Every power that you wanted to add a shield bash animation would need an additional animation made. You wouldn't just be able to use the existing animation because animation times are linked to powers.

It is a 120 degree arc already, so I suspect altering its arc is a non-starter. I'm not against the other changes, but if the devs feel all of them are too powerful, then I'd suggest just removing the interaction between focus and power crash. -
Yeah, I feel like it was pre-CoH, but I'm basing that off of remembering I had installed it on the 1 family computer, whereas when I started playing City I had my own computer.

My first actually was a Red Hat project... Fedora Core 2. Seeing as they're now on Fedora 42, I feel old.

The only significant freakshow end drainers are Super Stunners, whose rez is completely in player control (don't be in melee when they die). I'm against dumbing this game down more.

Right, but PBAoEs had their areas tweaked and did *not* have their other stats touched.

I don’t understand people who say cones are useless or hard to use. I regularly hit 2 enemies with Golden Dragonfly, and that’s balanced around being a ST attack. I was playing an ice/ scrapper yesterday and regularly hitting 4-5 targets. the recent tanker changes suggest this is not a hard and fast rule.
