Since shield is a mixed set of Def/Res, the extra defense from storm kick is not necessarily overkill. The nice thing about it is it means you can focus more on resists and regeneration in your set bonuses since you're already hovering around the soft call with just storm kick.
Because FFG is a pet that casts Dispersion Bubble, if it boosts it, it would only be for 15 seconds, and note that because you'd have to cast PB first, it would only last closer to 12-13 at max
Mind/FF was my first toon. It's very safe, especially with the change to how sleep powers are now auto-hit in PvE. ST damage is ok, slot Mesmerize with damage instead of sleep duration and you've got yourself a 3 power rotation early in the game.
AOE damage is lacking with just Terrify and repulsion bomb (which some people say to skip).
The only problem is it's a slow combo to level solo. If you're on teams you'll do great. If you plan on mainly soloing, I'd look at a different secondary.
Select_Singularity isn't a valid command, which is why it isn't working. What you need is to use the pet_select_name command
So the first part of your macro should be
Pet_select_name singularity
I think it's Crushing Blow that is not quite as terrible when you don't have momentum, I usually open with that then quickly hit as much as I can with momentum.
I'm assuming you're getting those numbers out of mids? be sure to turn off "Scourge" and you'll see TT drop to 39 damage and Single Shot to 41 for Corrs
If you don't want to see "go as fast as you can" then this is a terrible idea. What it would do is increase power creep at all levels and make everything about "just do it as fast as you can"
Cloak of fear also has a major accuracy penalty, it takes a lot to get it to hit consistently.
I usually take OG and if I'm tight on slots just single slot an Acc/Mez HO in it and call it a day. Note that OG and CoF do not stack with themselves, so you'll fear and/or stun minions, but unless you have another power to stack with it, that's all you get.
I've never thought of that combo, but darn if you aren't right... Rad armor tied with a cold defender would be wicked!
As for secondaries, I'd probably say cold/sonic for the defender and something with a good mix of AOE and st damage for the tank
Fire/Rad/staff/mace or maybe DB for the tank.
Ageless will not affect proc rate. Global recharge doesn't affect procs, only enhancement values do.
Doing this from my phone, so I can't see what various set bonuses are, but unless you need the clouded sense set bonus, I wouldn't slot the damage proc in Flash Arrow. Flash Arrow doesn't notify mobs when fired, so you can use it pre fight, put a proc in there and it all changes.

I don't think that power boost affects regeneration, however, it should affect the heal. I'm almost certain that it doesn't affect endurance discounts.
