Okay. We all desperately want threads and components when we hit 50. Then....we get them. And....we keep getting them. And ...okay after you tier 4 everything plus a few alternates is this crap good for anything? i just emailed 130 Emp merits to my next 50 but i have 500 threads a couple dozen random components shards and whatnot. I found one vendor in Ouro that will give tou an inspiration for 10 threads. Blinks. Okay talk a about a sellers market. Pass. Anything else?

My badge collection says i am one story arc away from completing all Mercy Island content. Here is the thing. This is on my level 34 do all Redside content. Every contact. Every mission. This has always been a pain in the butt but it is not the first time i have done it. A few times on live. I want to say three. Never finished a Blueside run but i mostly enjoyed Red Anyways I am pretty good at getting it done. Granted they have added and changed crap with documentation or lack therof that makes putting together a wal-mart out of the box entertainment center seem logical. I still made a diligent effort to find every contact and check every possibility before moving on my memory says there are level 50 snake missions in Mercy for a storyline about there origins. Is this what they are talking about? or did i just miss something basic? I am not going to curl up in a ball like Monk when he cannot get Sierra Springs water. I will head to Ouro or deal somehow. Still, that missing badge is starting to vex me thanks

Why avoid intel graphics?

I have picky eater and almost food critic (at34). Was hoping to knock these out before 50. There is a ton of cash in 1000 recipes at 50 lol. 100 mil or so. I should knock 15 mil off the reward cost by the time i get there at leat with maybe 150-200 done

How many Badges for this are there and at what milestones? thanks

Then i would pay “buy it now” prices on everything. Most of my stuff i buy over a period of days. When i create a new Brute experiment i am not going to wait days before running them. also most of my hoard is from abandoned experiments. After a while i save the costune strip the enhancers and delete

Well one of my issues is i spend everything i have (there is always a new alt) if i have a hoard if standard procs globals and my go-to sets in the base it is smoother for me during alt-madness fits

Yeah. Clean that out after every exemp. But seriously. I know some of the ourple sets have different set bonuses but dont all of them share the accuracy and rech? That gets nerfed after 5. I may be wrong because i am going by memory

It is okay with one or two sets of purples or if you only 4 or 5 slot them. But if you have five or more full sets of purples your characters head explodes.

Currently i am hoarding enhancers a few hundred globals procs atos and expensive sets in my alt only SG base my main hoarder is my slow levelling every redside mission and badgerAlt who is currently level 34 This character does all my marketing and inventing (badges) currently 284 enhancement converters (max was 1600 during Synapse week) 1346 reward merits (wanting to see how far the number goes up i spend my other alts merits for converters) and have transferred over Empyrean merits for when he does finally 50 (132)

NCSoft is a button down Korean corporation. They have people they pay to shut this crap down. They have people they pay to scan our forums. (One of the reasons i stay away from my opinions on American Korean political entanglements) They are watching. At least someone in a cubicle somewhere is. But they have strict instructions about dealing with Homecoming and these boards. So do not take the current tone as anything more than a moment in history waiting on a decision. All interactions by the very regulated workers at NCSoft will reflect this

Lol. More and more i describe my “style” as a kitten chasing a laser pointer. And more and more i see the truth in it. And it is with pure joy. Alt idea about powerset RUN IT. Costume concept RUN IT. Grind story arcs DO IT. All at maximum importance right now. Until the next laser pointer crosses the floor. Twitch. GET IT

Oh yeah. On my solo redside project i shut off experience every five levels and do all story arcs. Then i finish that block of 5 turn on experience grab the double exp booster and rocket up. The patrol experience is nice but i am just not patient enough or desire to be organized enough to meticulously do this with each new alt

I highly recommend super strength willpower brute for this conceptually and functionally. At high level builds invulnerability armor is better than willpower but we are talking about just starting out i have run a ton of super strength, invulnerability and willpower on mostly Brutes. I soloed all redside on ss/will brutes twice. All solo content it is a very solid build and tons of fun whatever you choose good luckand welcome to Homecoming. I play on Everlasting as Snarky Snarkrot Snarkanum Snarkbot Snarkthis Snarkthat. Danged. Now i want to create two new alts. Kitten. Laser pointer leap!!

Because i am nervous moving a few billion enhancers around and the last time i did one the game crashed. Then you have to /cleartray and i inevitably re-hotkey a bunch of stufff. It is just a pain

Am i missing something important about parking a character for a week? okay i have a process. I veer from it madly like a kitten chasing a laser pointer and sometimes it just gets blown out of the water completely. This weekend i got a random tell at level 1 invited to a farm. 2 hours later 32. Then i ran posi through manti plus itf. Same person sent another tell. Boom 50. Not my normal process Given a standard (again never happens, but this would be my dream run, i would do this by choice almost always) and what i trend back to when all the laser pointers are put away pop into mercy or atlas. Head to P2W vendor and get a ton of goodies. (I have cash in my email) if it is a villain i head to pocket D to go Rogue. Wish i did not have to, but DFB is 99% a Blue thing street sweep to level 4. Level and Hot key my powers. Run 4 DFB. At this point i want to run 4 DiB but if i am lucky i will get one of these and a badge out of it in the next hours of game play run Posi 1, 2, Synapse, Yin, etc in order. I try to do every Task Force in order but am pretty strict about the first 4. i have a SG base for all my alts stocked with enhancers. I rarely go needy in anything from globals procs ATOs or even low level SOs. keep grinding TFs and a weather eye out for high level teams if no good TF are running. Good being one i have not run in the last 20 hours and better if i need it. I will run ITF multiple times. The experience is great and the chance for purple drops is sweet. Same concept behind high level teams. hit 50. Over 50% time i go through a painful respec then. Off to ouro for incarnate intro mission. Run more of any content to earn incarnate goodness oh last part, very important, alt again

I vet two to three PvP on a good week. I do zero PVP (hate it) and run at below 35 95% time. Purples I get less of because i dint run that content. I ran a new toon in PI and picked up two purples in one day on it though these rates must be better than on live plus the PvP drops in any content we live in a blessed corner of the galaxy

Great characarter good actor no way should be doing kids sjows i get the same vibe here. Not sure what he is doing marketing to kids but there is an off vibe to it but we all know the rumors about Mr Rogers being ex-military. The video of it finally surfaced. Heh. That means we are no longer sitting around watching kids tv. Prob a good thing. Yeah that memory was totally sideways for me to the topic though; yes to helping people. We want the game to be accessible to those who have not played it through years and now are grinding away like its new again i try to answer questions with as much info as i can and try to write to someone who may not know what all the abbreviations and secret knowledge in the game is. People who may have been playing a few weeks or maybe some young geek just diving into mmorpg. there are many levels to this game. You can enjoy it running on SOs and having no idea what TFs are or how to survive a Mayhem Mission. And inventions? Looks way overhead. Because that was the way i ran for months. And i loved it. I broke out of the zig so many times when i first found the game i now have PTSD about lockups 😆

The reason i slapped it on Tanker is the AoE changes. And they are generous enough that you might want to look. Also with the weird arm motions i was able to make a joke Tank Mage and to me that is priceless

I don’t run Stone. I live Dark. And i run mostly Invulnerability using all Hyperstrikes ideas. i know what you mean about chasing an old build though. I want to recreate a super high recharge Dark/Invul Brute i ran back on Live. It was also a build i copied from a really elegant builder. Man i wish i had any of that data now good luck
