  1. The Tanker patch shouldn't really change your slotting or anything on existing builds, it just makes everything better.
  2. Has probably been changed since then, the HCWiki is a copy from the old wiki that we can update to the new changes on HC. Reason is that the owners of the old wiki want to keep it intact as a time capsule and not update to HC values.
  3. It's really really small. I choose it on my MM for the debuffs it offers which are nice for priority targets but I will be lucky to hit more than 2 targets in a spawn with it
  4. Always choose Nerve vs Agility. Agility is an end mod boost, not an end reduction as such it will only affect your Stamina power. Nerve has a much wider use case especially in +4 groups.
  5. @Lady War I'm not a fan at all of the Chance to Hold IOs and the +2mag hold procs on the stingle target holds. That Mag 2 hold in Electrifying Fences will only have a chance to hold minions which is of limited value. The +2 mag hold procs are of similarly limited value, according to Paragon Wiki, bosses resist Mag 3 holds and Elite Bosses resist Mag 6 so you would already be covered to hold those targets by stacking your 2 holds together, the +2 mag proc is superfluous. Electrifying Fences was way overcapped on damage so I changed the Damage/Recharge for KD proc Not sure how well the 2pcs bonus from Superior Command of the Mastermind is going to work out as I don't think the damage bonus will translate to the pets but I could be wrong. Not having any KB prot is going to be rough also as it is a pretty common mez type attack that enemies will throw at you. It's now at Mag7 resist. Mag 8 is ideal but it shouldn't be too much of a problem in hover The LotG Defense IO in Shadowfall is overkill, you are way overcap, removing it barely changed your defenses. Charged Armor is also overcapped in resist and you are overcapped in Melee Def anyways so I saved a slot there to add to Health for a Numina's, your S/L resists are overcapped anyways and are still overcapped by taking a slot out so no big deal here. Energy resist suffers a bit but it's an acceptable loss. Also took away a slot from Tough since it was overcapped in resist and added it to health for Miracle +recovery Removed a slot from Weave since it was also overcapped and defenses didn't suffer by going under cap and added it to stamina. Changed Alpha from Agility to Nerve since Agility isn't going to be of much use. There is an end discount passive with the Hybrid Support incarnate slot which you should be taking as a MM anyways Mark of Supremacy and Superior Mark of Supremacy in T1 Robros doesn't stack together for set bonuses. Haste is no longer perma, at 5 seconds from being. But as a Mastermind, I don't even think Hasten is a mandatory pick in the first place so I don't think it will impact much if anything if you spend 5 seconds not on crack. Also the end regen on your original build is in the red when you turn on Assault. End regen in new build should be workable but you still won't be able to spam attacks non stop. Added in the damage Procs to all 3 tiers of pets. 6. Yes exactly, you can place your first five slots in the last power you chose at 49. It's a bit misleading in Mids because you have to screw around with it a bit to be able to do it. I asked the question on how to do it in mids here:
  7. That's weird, Borderless means there is no edge... I have 2 monitors and no matter how hard i try, there is no way that I can grab the edge of my game. In Windowed you can grab it but you shouldn't be able to in Borderless
  8. I never get a travel power on any of my characters unless there is literally nothing else that I can take at that given level. I get around with the Jetpacks for 5000inf/hour from the P2W lady. But some people seem to like them so I don't argue. It also slots in a KB prot which is a thing. That's a cool trick with the steam jump though, I didn't know it did that !
  9. I would add those 2 slots to Darkest Night in that case and get a run speed bonus along with a bit of extra end regen. Nothing TOO crazy can be done, Assault is pretty good on MM in any case and is probably more worth it than that extra pet DISCLAIMER: I don't REALLY know what the exact amount of accuracy you would need to be 100% functional is, i just thought it looked kinda low and that several powers could benefit from some extra accuracy, namely the holds and the heals and to a lesser degree the bots and it maintained the Def buff bonus to keep you at def cap. So I don't know if this would patch you 100%, but you could add both those slots to Maneuvers and Weave and get a 4th piece of LotG in those (the endurance/recharge one because Defense bonus is capped) for the global accuracy bonus and possibly be fine to change your alpha to Musculature. This would give your bots a big boost in damage but you would lose your Def caps in Ranged/Melee since that alpha doesn't give a Def bonus. This could be partially remedied with the Support Hybrid but only while it is up. Personally I would go with this but it is up to you to decide if the accuracy + the permanent Def caps is worth it to you more than having 45% more damage buff on the pets
  10. I haven't seen anything about that but if you could link me to a threa where one of the devs talks about it I would love to read up about these potential changes. I actually have no clue what to do with that guy ! I would probably just go with an Accuracy IO or if he is always dead and you find yourself needing to resummon him before the timer is up often, then an accuracy/recharge IO from one of the hold sets Not too sure about what you mean there though. In my Mids when Hasten is toggled off it recharges at 144.8 and at 118.2 when it's on. I touched up the build again a bit: Tough was overslotted for resist, removed the 2pcs Unbreakable Guard to save 2 slots. Shadowfall was also overslotted for Def, removed a LotG piece to save another slot Added in a Steadfast Protection KB prot IO to Charged Armor to get 8 mag KB prot, that is the sweet spot Also fixed what I mentioned earlier about Tar Patch and the incarnate Added those 2 slots to Dark Servant, still no idea really what works well for that guy so I added 3pcs Superior Entomb for the resists Villain Plan by Mids' Reborn : Hero Designer 2.6.0.7 https://github.com/ImaginaryDevelopment/imaginary-hero-designer Click this DataLink to open the build! 11. @Izuela Change the Screen/UI Resolution in the Graphics and Audio setting to "Borderless" instead of "1920 x 1080 (Desktop)" that should do the trick
  12. Here's what I got. Added the second ATO pet aura Added some Explosive Strikes procs to the pets Twilight Grasp with Preventative Medicine set for better set bonuses (it comes back every 2 secs with perma hasten so even if it whiffs once it shouldn't matter much) Added second slot to hasten for EZ-Perma Changed up the 2 holds, they are now procced out to the gills, these are your new damage dealing attacks to use when you have time Electrifying Fences now has damage in it, not sure how well it will work out with the MM damage modifier though. Might be an idea to proc it out also but it kills perma hasten by a few seconds, might still be worth while if you tinker around a bit to get it elsewhere Moved Shield Wall to Hover since it doesn't use much endo anyways and added Reactive Defences scaling resist damage IO to shadow fall Added Miracle endo IO to Health Forgot to change it in this build but Tar Patch should have a single Recharge IO at +5 I also forgot to change the Alpha slot, the End Mod Agility won't do much if anything for you since it only affects Stamina. Since there isn't much accuracy in your pets and I changed the set in the Heal to P-Medicine and also changed the Holds to be "damaging spells" it would probably be a good idea to add in the Nerve Boost Alpha for the extra accuracy boost hope this helps !!! 13. I'm not a huge fan of Pain. It feels like other than bringing +regen and some heals it doesn't do much else. Sure it has a resist buff and a damage buff but they pale in comparison to what other sets can bring to the table in addition to those. Time, Dark, Nature all do more interesting things addition to the buffing and healing aspects. As others mentioned in solo situations you will be better off debuffing targets than buffing allies. If you don't mind not having a heal for grouping purposes /Trick Arrow looks like it could be a good fit also with all the control and debuffs it brings to the table. Electric Affinity is also a super fun set that gives you full status protection in addition to +dmg, heals, shields and other fun stuff
  14. My global recharge is nowhere near that level but I do have 5 Force Feedback +rech procs slotted. I'm not too worried about having it perma but it should be up often enough that a strategically placed Break Free here and there will get me through most situations
  15. That's what I was thinking of doing ! It should be up pretty often, especially if I go with Agility in my Alpha slot
  16. The issue with Stalagmites is that you can't use it when Hovering ! I hate having a pick, not to mentioning significantly slotting it if I will never, ever press it. You can totally 6 slot your last 2 powers if you do it from the Respec window That's a good point, I'm trying to see how this slotting would work out, but I can't seem to make it work ! Yeah, I get the extra mez protection but my defenses take a nose dive while doing so, so I have a tough situation it seems. An extra mez protection clicky to get out of a jamb but I will get hit with more mezzes because my defence are a lot lower
  17. Hi guys, I started a thread earlier about a Fire/Storm build but I have completely changed it to be Earth Control instead of Fire. I had initially went with Mace Mastery PPP for the Scorpion shield but I am having a lot of issues with endurance management even before toggling on the Scorpion Shield and my defences weren't THAT great to begin with. After reading more threads around here, I changed up the build to be with Psionic Mastery instead of Mace to get some mez protection since I will be running Ageless and not Clarion. I also changed around the sets so that I can get as high as I can in Ranged and Melee def. They aren't capped right now, but I am getting in the low 40s with Support Core running along with much better resists than before. Psionic also offers another tornado which is pretty sweet, can't have enough tornadoes and Knockdown effects ! This is something I really like about this pairing, I can get pretty much anything to fall on it's butt between Earthquake, Gale the Tornadoes and Lightning Storm. Not sure if I should run Musculature, or Spiritual Alpha slot. Spiritual gives extra cooldown but my Lightning Storm and Tornado are already pretty much recharge capped so it doesn't give a huge bonus there but it does help for all the rest of the powers like Indomitable Will, Earthquake, Fossilize, Quicksand and Freezing Rain. 18. I think the problem is probably that you are not using DNA Siphon enough, it should pretty much be used on cooldown at every spawn. It's important to use it when there are many targets because it is a stacking buff. Not only does it give you a chunk of end back, it also gives you a bunch of endurance regen based on how many targets you hit with it. I use it at the start of every fight and I rarely need to use Ageless because my end is empty, I also don't even run Physical Perfection and I have very little endurance issues. In Health or Inexhaustible, add in the Panacea end proc in addition to your Miracle end recovery IO. Having Panacea proc in Ablative Carapace makes it so that it will only proc when you use that power, if you put it in health, it will fire by itself whenever possible. In Physical Perfection you can add in another Performance Shifter endurance proc IO. I would advice against running EPP or PPP attacks with Titan Weapon because it has negative synergy with your Momentum mechanic. Not only that but it will put your weapon away so that you need to redraw it when you restart your attack chains. TW has so many great attacks that it is very unnecessary to use others. You have 4 aoe attacks and 3 ST attacks, you don't need anything else especially if it negatively impacts your main attack sequence.
  19. Just make it into 1 big happy family ! Lets heroes go to red side and vice versa without any restrictions. Let Heroes and Villians group together in Coop Zones without annoying hoops (ie: Can't invite villians in my Imperious TF unless all members of my team are in Cimerora is annoying and arbitrary). Just make it into 1 big world, add a Paragon Monorail station in Villian zones and a Rogue Isles Ferry in Hero zones. I mean if I can just go see Null to do the switch, what's even the point. Sure let people choose their faction and all but it should be much less restrictive than it currently is
  20. @Symar Here's a thing. I'm not too familiar with /Pain but this should get you there for pretty darn cheap ! Hasten and World of Pain are almost perma, but they will be functionally perma when you factor in the Force Feedback +Rech procs in Pulse Rifle Burst and Mace Beam Volley. I got all the pet resist/defence auras spread out for god mode robots. Defences aren't especially high but resists are fair, combined with Bodyguard, the T2 Robro buff and the +regen from pain you should be good to take some hits. Only slotting I'm not too sure about are the procs in Anguishing Cry, if it doesn't work out, they could be placed in Painbringer for a 3pcs Preventive Medecine. Hope this helps ! 21. Of the 3 slots in health, I actually value Panacea as the lowest since it is the only one that's actually a proc. Miracle and Numina's are always on and doing work when slotted in an auto power. Also since p.shifter, numina's and Miracle combined cost as much as Panacea I will usually let it slide for a while on my builds until I see if it's a build I want to pursue
  22. The procs in health don't only give stamina, they also heal you, that's pretty significant if you are a melee character. Secondly, you can have perf shifter slotted at level 21 and that makes a major difference on your end recovery if you slot it early when you can't really +5 enhancements. Slotting a Numina's increases you end recovery by 0.17 end/sec while a +5end mod gives you diminishing returns after the first one. 0.22, 0.18 the second one. At 0.18e/s VS 0.17e/s with healing benefits What I'm trying to say is that unless you are counting the change in your couch to buy enhancements, it's really pointless to skimp out on getting P.Shifters and Numina's see how relatively cheap they are and how you can equip them at low level
  23. I plugged the build in mids without any mods (All the toggles at their maximum unenhanced end cost). This is why you don't need to put those extra slots in stamina, there is no way once you factor in the end redux/+end/end recov from his various sets that he will run out of endo. According to the mids "View Totals" page, Numina's by it's self gives 0.18 end When taking out the Numina's and adding a +5 end mod to Stamina, it gives 0.15 end not counting the extra healing you get from Numina's Personally I think he's gone a bit overboard with the Agility Alpha slot, I would drop that for Musculature because his end management will be 100% fine
  24. possibly but I've never seen the need to 3 slot stamina on any of my characters that are using the procs, If you are using only SOs then yeah 3 slot it but not if you are using procs. I even have it at 1 slot with only p.shifter on many of my lower consumption characters.

    .../Regen

If you put performance shifter +end in your stamina along with Miracle, Numina's and Panacea in your health, you should be pretty good on End usage. Health = 3 slot with Miracle, Numina's and Panacea Stamina = 2 slot with Performance shifter + P.Shifter End Mod Here is a small write up I made on the subject on another post in the Scrapper forums on other things you can do for end recovery, notably the Atlas Medallion and Portal Jockey accolades will be a big help in this regard.
