It's part of Number Six's arc in RWZ - one of the first missions has you visiting the Last Bastion to save Praetorian citizens. A contact and a door added and extra "new" content for Gold side. Perhaps Nemesis' clockworks couldn't handle the DE versions from Praetoria?
