Once again, the answer is to play a Regen. You won't have to worry about avoidance because you'll be dead.

90% is too much. I'd like to avoid some of the time, but if I could avoid less than 90% of it; that would be ideal.

 

In my experience, avoiding 60% of the time, works every time.

I simply don't do 54 seconds each minute. I find them to be excessive and wasteful. 6 seconds per minute is sufficient.
