Clave Dark 5 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I don't save big ones, they all get used just when they get used, are needed, but I do exactly that with wakies and break-frees, in that same far-right column.Β Given a little time I do try and organize them too, so that I don't have to search thru a patchwork to find that Health I need right now. Digirium Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago How do you get reds if your tray is already full? π Β I have a bit of a complex, too, when it comes to the inspiration tray. Β A primary inspiration type is designated, backed up by macros that combine other types of inspiration in to the target type. Typically, this is damage but can be any type of inspiration as the macros can be quickly re-configured via pop menu. There is also a short cut that combines inspirations in to the target type without executing the target type inspiration. Β The tray might become full of the target but until it does there is room to receive drops and combine them in to the target. Β There might be a column of mezz protection inspirations on the right side.
MonteCarla Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago I don't.Β My standard bind file sets up F1 for accuracy inspirations, F2 for damage, F3 for luck etc, so I don't have to worry about where they go in my tray. Andreah Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago I do the same. It starts freaking me out if they get jumbled out of order, too. 1 1
Octogoat Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I do sort of the same thing except I have one row in order of wakey, break free, health, end insps
Ukase Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago So, you're not the only one. Some of you have seen it before. Some haven't.Β Β The Custom Window above is what I click on to change 3 of a kind into a red, should the insps drop in that fashion. The arrangement depends on what the character is going to be doing, and what AT the character is.Β My */MC blasters only carry one break-free, the others will carry 4. Tanks that might do an MSR will carry 1, unless they have the sheer will accolade.Β Columns 2 and 3 are empty now because I used up the reds that were in the columns. Standing lowball bids to restock are always in play. I keep supers in my base for specific tasks like soloing a TF and would need extra damage.Β 1

lemming Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I've kept a supply of Rez in email, Restoration or higher, bouncebacks get tossed at this point. Β I use a combiner to make reds usually when I have a full tray, but will do it often enough to always have some room. Β Only time I tend to organize is for Hami & The Labyrinth where EoE and Draughts take up a the last column. 1
Andreah Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I'm at the point where my tray is usually just full of [Ultimate] and maybe a few team break-frees on the far right, and everything else is rejected.

JKCarrier Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I'm nowhere near that organized or methodical. Ukase Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago 2 hours ago, Glacier Peak said: at least share the custom window setup!Β It's right in the HC Wiki.Β https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Custom_window_(Slash_Command) Now, anecdotally, it's weird. If I've closed the client, I have to reposition the window. And it was a devil trying to get it to work. I'm sure smarter folks who are good at pop-menus and such will have an easier time than I did.Β It is almost easier to just set up an empty power tray and put the macros in there, but when you hit 50 and have a slew of temps, etc..there's not often room for all that. So, you can make different custom windows - one for targeting GMs, and one for things like this. (Or opening super packs, or whatever)Β Now, I was initially interested in the custom window because I was told I could literally click the tab that had the macro I wanted to use (like scouring a zone for a GM without having to edit another macro on the fly) But..while it did do that when I first installed it - when I logged and came back, that utility disappeared. And, frankly, changing a target macro is pretty simple. Right click, and change the target name. And the mysterious lost functionality remains lost for me. Still, for entering SG bases that aren't mine for instanced raids and such, and combining insps...useful.Β
SeraphimKensai Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I used too. Then I rebound all my inspiration keys to use specific inspirations regardless of what slot they are in ranked by size and made inspiration combo binds as well. Β So now my tray looks super disorganized, but I have the muscle memory to activate whichever one I want with a keystroke.
