  1. One thing I've been doing has been outfitting the alts that still don't have full sets in everything. After going thru all the various recipes, etc... I wind up with a bunch of enh that aren't quite what I need, so I start converting. Often, I'll wind up with an enh that isn't useful to me, but I know I can sell it and probably buy one of the ones I actually need. By this method, I've been collecting up a decent amount of influence and have more or less "finished" characters. I also noticed I had way more emails with influence, so blew a billion on Superpacks. Never doing that again, that was tedious...
  2. They work in any of the non-temp power situations. So any TF that doesn't have no-temp powers selected. Posi is a great one to bring KB protection to for example. Trials are a bit trickier to answer. There are some like SBB which seem to sometimes allow them, sometimes not.
  3. Exit the game completely Look in Games->Homecoming->accounts->(ACCOUNTNAME)->playerslot.txt That file may show where those chars are hiding, possibly on another server? If not, rename it to playslot.old Start up the game again, check all the servers. This way all the chars will be sorted by when they were added to that server.
  4. Slight nitpick: Just six. Penelope Yin or Sister Psyche count for the third TF. Of course, getting all the Mayhem Explorations can be done in 20 minutes
  5. Don't confuse upset about the idea with annoyance of a repeated topic or just disagreement. I think you got a lot of constructive answers
  6. Today I saw a Super Homage costume with the name of "Kal of Cthulhu" I believe a warshade.
  7. I'd have to screw around a bit more with it. I do have a brute & a scrapper with EM, but the brute has Bio, and they have different slotting. Might just have to play on the beta server to really test this out, but with my non-scientific test, both characters tore through a +1/x6 BNY mission. (they could probably do +4/x8 though the brute isn't as heavily invested on defenses) TF & ET are both hard hitting for starting and/or finishing singles, but they're just part of the overall package.
  8. Project to work on: figure out which arcs the ambushes see thru stealth. I noticed in Praetoria especially, that a lot of the ambushes will run up to my stalker and just hang out. There's another ambush style that goes to a location. iirc, the particular mission that is being talked about, that one might be the ambush that can see thru stealth.
  9. Not new badges, new DJ locations that Homecoming added to be able to get them for a Praetorian. The locations in Echo Plaza for Fashion Designer and Pilot, the store in the Winter zone. Works outside the winter event as well. And yes, I just didn't have the Tailor badge name down.
  10. There are 33 Dayjobs and 18 of them are feasible for Praetorians currently. Commuter, Shop Keeper, and Pilot being faction specific, so if you have down all the side switching between Loyalist & Resistance, you're locked out of one or two. It's feasible to put other Dayjob spots available since they have added a few since HC. Pilot, Tailor, and Shopkeeper are all newish. Adding other spots would be nice, the ability of Praetorians to travel to Primal would solve that with maybe a different faction switch mission (or let Null switch your factions?) would be another nice add for those Praetorians unwilling to let go. 😉 There might be some messy faction code in that though since it does seem to tacked on with the usual spit and rubberbands.
  11. Every once in awhile I'll get a compliment on one of my costumes, I'll take those wins. 😉 If I hear about a costume contest, and I seem to have a feasible costume, I might stop by, but I'm not sure when the last time was. Last few contests, I did drive bys and looked at some of the entrants.
  12. Hey! This is just your head copy pasted on Statesman's shoulders!
  13. True. And Loyalists can get the Pilot badge in Echo Plaza.
  14. Nine if you include the winter forest where Praetorians can get the shop keeper badge
  15. Looks like my only Brute with SJ is a WP. On other ATs I've done WP, Bio, and Super Reflexes. I don't remember bad end problems with any of them, not that Bio & WP ever do have an issue. Dark tends to be the hog in anything I have ever paired with it. Just need to compensate with end reduction, Performance shifters, and occasionally recovery serum
  16. Posi 1 teams seem to come in waves of competency. Though it really only takes one person not paying attention to make the last mission more annoying than it has to. Hardest time ever I experienced was with a good team, but we had four controllers which made fighting the dupes very difficult. Finally had to send in the one that could confuse to trim the odds down. I like it at sub-10 to not have to deal with the Spectral mobs. Best way to make the Ruin Mages less annoying is to visit an empowerment station and pick up KB resist. Helps for Posi 2 also.
  17. Yea, my latest toy collecter just did an Axe Cyclone after clicking, usually got all three when RNG didn't interfere.
  18. Yea, I'm not too keen on it because of this as well. Maybe a crafting table for converting salvage. Maybe costs what you would get for selling one at the vendor plus maybe two of the salvage?
  19. It's an interesting idea. Shouldn't have a huge impact on the market since everything of the same rarity is pooled. Put a Rare Black Blood of the Earth up for sale and it may be bought as a Hamidon Goo. So crafting would really just be subject to the same pooling under your proposal. Some impact since people wouldn't have to be selective. Does get rid of a lot of flavor, but is it needed flavor? This would also be needed to be done for the Empowerment stations then. (Should be the same area since they act as recipes, but may just look like it)
  20. Nope. Not on TFs, just shows what you are set at
  21. The three most common bugs are typos and off by one errors.
  22. Probably the code didn't change, so License to Chill is the 2021/2022 badge? iirc, we didn't get one for 2019?
  23. Neco Wafer!
  24. So, today I decided to move one of my characters from Excelsior to Everlasting for a temporary gig I was pretty sure "Super Vixen" was already taken on Everlasting having checked 30 min prior. Series of events: See if backup names were available. They were. Transfer Super Vixen to Everlasting. Login another char and altinvite Super Vixen1 which fails, since not there. duh, should have changed to the name I wanted... Logout with the intent of changing name, note that I have the name Super Vixen. Go back to Excelsior since I wanted to keep the name. It's not available. Go back to Everlasting, get Super Vixen into the super group. Go back several times to check Excelsior in case it's just a timing thing. Get the bright idea of friending "Super Vixen" on Excelsior, that worked. Not online though. There is a global by that name that I sent a tell to. I'm thinking we may have decided to transfer our chars at the same time, but that timing would have been amazing.
  25. The ole sneakernet. Good luck!
