  1. Well, what I do. If my character is leveling up at a fast pace and that is my normal pace, I'll start slotting in generic IOs at 22-32. Usually I'm leveling them fairly adhoc without a clear plan, so just filling in the appropriate level IO as they come up. It's not worth the extra effort to replace with higher level ones. What usually happens at 50 is a respec and that's when I tend to put in the most thought of sets, etc... Though sometimes ATOs and some of the procs happens on the journey to 50. And I tend to have plenty of IOs in storage for this. On characters that are doing a more slow leveling (either because they're doing Praetoria, or I'm doing a hit all the contacts), I'll do SOs at +3, but also fill in sets when I can which tend to be attuned.
  2. I like Regen a bit more than WP on a Sentinel. My favorite Sent is a Rad/Regen. You're not that durable, but you recover from anything tossed at you, even if it knocks you down for a sec.
  3. Greetings! I am Miss NotYom, a minion of Lord Recluse. I have found a large stash of gold, hidden by the Gold Brickers in a boat in the harbor of Port Oakes. Unfortunately, since I am watched at all times, I can not pilot the ship to Independence Port to be able to sell off the gold. However, if I can get someone here that can pilot the ship for me, we can split the profit. All I need you to do, is send me a small amount of influence to purchase proper credentials, and we will rake in more influence than you can hold in one bank account.
  4. You'll show up at the same location, but mobs will be different
  5. I wouldn't say it's common, but there are Praetorians that run all the way to 50. And you can run First Ward & Night Ward fine without coming over to Primal. One thing they can't do once they finish their last Praetoria arc is change between Loyalist & Resistance.
  6. Yea, I have never seen that Ascendant bubble anyone, just turtle up. Now, if it was the Marchand arc, those guys are annoying with it. And he did mention it was that particular mission of the Yin, so no Super Stunners involved.
  7. You won't have to check your email so much?
  8. Hard pass on AT specific badges. Eight of one AT: "Homogenized" Eight of a theme: "Close enough" On themed runs: Some themes are more malleable, but some characters may not be in a theme bucket easily. Some powersets like Fire, Ice, Dark, easy. However, Claws, Superstrength, Regen? (and such, lots of options there for ~3000 combos, not counting Powerpools, Patron, and Epic. And then there are the occasional "Aliens! Green!", runs.
  9. And, if you have a base hospital, if you zone back via the entry portal (not the zone portal) you should appear back at the same spot
  10. Every once in awhile, I'll get stuck rotating and hitting the same direction will stop it from continuing.
  11. Weird. There still isn't anything a teammate can do to drop your toggles. And yea, combat logs may help. I save all mine to file and tend to check those when something happens that I would like to disbelieve. usually it's "Wow, that was a lot of damage in that attack..."
  12. Yep. I tend to do a quick scan of people on the teams since I like to know what we have on the team and every so often I'll see I put a note on the global.
  13. 11:XX is the fastest I've been on as well. Haven't actually tried a speed run in awhile. Tinpex is another good candidate since it's run so much that any actual content from it has been seen. Dr. Q I'm speedrunning every so often to break that 90 min solo time. 😉
  14. To me, there are speed runs like getting an ITF down to less than 20 minutes (or 1/2 that), is just a different challenge. Some of the TFs have similar missions repeated, or have a bunch of kill alls. Those, you can then make the non-trudge missions into fast ones, is good. Manticore is definitely one of those with a couple missions with quick goals, but a bunch of defeat alls. I tend to go toward, least effort needed, but I'm usually good with fight thru to objectives. I don't have a strong opinion
  15. Right. I was referring to the OP. We're all just guessing since there is clearly more info needed.
  16. Oh yea, Dimensional Shift does weird things. Played around with it for a bit, but didn't find it worth pursuing. Didn't do anything to teammates toggles though.
  17. The wiki will list the zones: https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Pocket_D Hmm, some. not all of the connecting zones have the location of the entrances. However, all of them do show the entrance on the maps. You might need to check the map options that you have gates(?) turned on. Worst case, you can go into Pocket D and see where you come out.
  18. What TF were you doing? Yin perhaps? Are you sure you didn't get endurance drained? Possibly by a Super Stunner laying a field down which might explain why when you weren't in close, you didn't get hit by it? Though that doesn't explain the targeting issue. I don't think there's a power that a player can hit another with to phase shift them, but even if confused, that wouldn't explain the lack of targeting or toggles being dropped.
  19. Jump in that and it will shoot you to the next floating island...
  20. Not 100% sure, but you don't change facing when teleported. So if you are facing north, and are teleported just south of Hami, you'll be facing him.

Correct, it's not available at all via Null. You go thru the door in the ski area to get there.
  22. All my tankers take taunt, many of my brutes, and some of my scrappers. It gets mobs to come closer and has other benefits. I don't slot it very much that often, but do have a few with six slotted for various bonuses.
  23. Yep. Got nailed as well. And at least one of the other one's did not get generic'd due to the name Barbie in their name, but not named in this thread. So, an earlier Rad/Rad Corrupter concept I was screwing around with is reborn; Schrodinger's Kitty. All sales of her action figure go to promoting science literacy.
  24. I was mulling on it earlier and Barbieheimer is now on Everlasting as a Radiation Corrupter. And yes, pink...

Hmm, not sure if I forgot to mention, but it was some time ago. Praetorians can also go to the Atlas park from Null that has a Tram and get the Commuter badge if Resistance. And Shopkeeper is available in the Winter Village zone at the shack.
