  1. I'll try to be as constructive as I can here, but if you are playing your MM with a "passive play style", then you're doing it wrong. You should be actively supporting your henchmen with your secondary and/or filling in between doing that with the direct attacks, if you took any. Heck, before slotting a panacea/miracle/numina's/end redux/etc, my MMs frequently bottom-out their end with all the buffs/debuffs/attacks they fire off while supporting their pets. Maybe it's a difference of mindset, but if you're standing there twiddling your thumbs, then I think you're doing something wrong...
  2. Obviously the Thanksgiving event would consist of a cranberry uprising, (read: Hydra Man O'Wars attacking en masse with red-tinted water blast powers)!

  4. Is there a single player campaign, yet? I kinda like the art style/character designs, but didn't play the 1st one because I have zero interest in PvP...
  5. I was debating doing something with necro, as I dislike the T1 zombies. I reckon it'd be a tad easier, since I would take the blasts...

The problem with attaching rewards to badges is that people will go to a wiki, copy-paste the location of them, then go and get them with no further interest in the lore or circumstances surrounding said badge(s). It should be organic and a "cool" thing, but the more reward you attach to such a thing, the more you incentivize people taking the path of least resistance.
  7. I wonder if we could get a variant of the set that nixes the momentum mechanic, but has lower damage. Alternatively, maybe replace build momentum with a toggle - 1 mode allows faster swings with lower damage, while the other has higher damage but requires you to build momentum. One final idea - what if build momentum was a toggle and simply generated X momentum per second/minute, and the powers consumed or built further momentum...

  10. I'd be surprised if there wasn't *some* combination of powers that wasn't tried yet...
  11. Well, something like fire/bio could work, with the offensive/defensive/efficient representing different forms, along with different coloration for the fire blasts and different combat auras, (though I'd stick to the minimal FX options for the bio armor powers).

  13. Body Armor - While not impressive by any measure, I feel it is in line with other such auto-resist powers. Keep in mind that APP/PPP powers should not necessarily be better than primary or secondary powers. Cryo Ray - The hold duration could use some improvement. Sleep Grenade - I'm not a big fan of sleep powers. Maybe the range could be improved so you could better put a group to sleep without aggroing any of them. LRM - Maybe remove the interrupt time and/or give it the "extra damage if not yet in combat" buff.
  14. A bit off topic, but I feel like you should be able to deliver a "coup de grace" to enemies, in order to prevent any self-rezzing - make them clickable once downed the first time, or leave them with like 1hp for a few seconds before the rez kicks in...
  15. You are fully able to run those cape and aura missions as you see fit, limiting your own characters' costumes until they complete those tasks. It is also not always the case that all heroes have shoddy costumes at first - a lot depends upon that character's background. Further, it doesn't necessarily fit that each character would need to take part in the particular tasks given to unlock capes or auras...

  17. The free "Inner Inspiration" power gives you 3 medium or large inspirations every 25 minutes. The large ones can sell for 10K-100K, so if you're patient, (especially if you don't use the 2XP buff), you can get that money in very short order through normal play.
  18. If you can email an item to yourself, there should be a way to basically automate it, wherein you place an item into this shared account email, then simply withdraw it from another of your characters, (without having to specifically create then send said email).
  19. So what one person thinks of as "fun" is very subjective. That being said, the update to necromancy makes them quite powerful AND fun. The 3 blast attacks at are part of the primary can now also summon temporary minions, so you can do some direct attacks AND get more pets into the fray. With that being said, and while I fully admit to loving kinetics, I'd also like to advocate for cold domination or sonic resonance as great secondaries. If you're looking for something with a bit of a different feel, ninjas/trick arrow or ninjas/poison are quite fun as well. lastly, beasts/elec can be surprisingly effective and fun as well!
  20. Actually, what I would rather see would be a set of level 4 or 5 generic IOs as the "welcome package" - maybe something like a set of 10 vouchers that you can trade in for basic IOs of your choice.

  24. How about we allow the team leader to preset a little questionnaire that anyone requesting to join their team has to take, in order to demonstrate some arbitrary level of competency before they are allowed to join... 🤪
  25. Well, I wanted to introduce something new, but keep it fairly simple to implement, hence just allowing the choice of the opposite secondary set...
