Yes I do mean on a regular easy to find basis.
Finding teams is one of COXs traditional strengths. A reason to play it in a market of titles where most MMOs have become more and more solo oriented.
There is a definite flame all discussions involving balance faction.
Seems like they refuse to even entertain the idea there may be balance issues with the game as a whole.
And want to shunt any possible remedies into esoteric options.
Basically starting with IOs all power increases were in the players favor.
Now power creep has won.
The war is over, there isn't even an ember to revive on the other side.
So you have to play for other reasons than challenge. Or you can solo and set things up in a way to get some.
A bunch of intentionally obtuse people will tell you you can recruit other like minded players for task forces with crazy challenge settings like no enhancements and so on. But lets get real.
Idk if its feasible in this version of the game.
But this is a great idea and definitely belongs in the overhaul reboot cox-ish.
Even tanks should have to struggle sometimes, but far less ...
I really liked this series.
I was kind of surprised at how high budget the action sequence was.
Other than that it seemed a bit like the Netflix treatment. But we haven't really seen the villains yet, so we will see.
Defense was not intended to describe only the ability to dodge attacks.
It also includes deflection / bouncing off.
Thick layers like ice and rocks.
And thick skin that makes it hard score "a hit"
I really wanted to like the remake of Total recall.
It looks really good visually.
But it took a fairly implausible but interesting dark future world/verse/etc and made it a completely idiotic dystopian post apoc.
"The Fall" may be the dumbest idea in a genre full of dumb ideas.
It is important for me to grouse about how lazy the Freedom Phalanx is. Especially Manticore. Also he isn't fooling anyone with that fake ass hair. Dude is bald.
I like playing irreverent, gritty, street level characters ala Gotham's non batpeople.
What do you mean by forced graphical changes?
Power customization?
I can't think of any others?
Also, yeah client side is more than enough for this IMO.
While we are on the subject, RPing in a club, bar, etc as a go to is a pet peave of mine.
This isn't just a COH thing, it transcends games, and formats (pnp, etc).
Plenty of times the only rp is at the tavern, the dungeon is a mechanics heavy slog.
