  1. I also did a little testing of the PA changes, and I probably never would have ever noticed this bug. I nearly always release my pets when I complete a mission before exiting and I typically don't zone with them out. I'm glad that someone noticed.
  2. Yay, I was able to donate this round!
  3. I think that the seeding of the auction house for salvage and the fact that you can buy recipes for merits helps more than anything to keep the cost of things down. The "unlimited" supply means that demand shouldn't be a problem, thus keeping prices reasonable. Sure, eventually everyone might become inf rich, but prices shouldn't go up too much because of it.
  4. Not directly related, but I've seen other powers do this when I bring up a full screen interface while something is recharging. My Phantom Army does this on my Controller. Are you seeing it in just regular play?
  5. The way that I remove a power is by clicking it again in the text list of the powers on the left hand side of program. In fact, that is how I start building a character as well. I click the power in the text list and if you don't have any thing selected in the powers side, it will put the power in your build at the soonest level you can get it. That way I get my "must have" powers in there first and then start looking around for best places to fill the remaining powers.
  6. The "Page Down" key by default (I don't believe I ever changed that) resets the camera. It is usually too close for me, so I have to either hit the "End" button a couple of times or roll the mouse wheel to zoom out a bit.
  7. Although I don't have the problem, how about posting what the solution was for prosperity?
  8. It is only on the test server as of now.
  9. That is probably the case. I shouldn't reply early in the morning before I've had my coffee. It would be nice to have it default to "on" once you get a pet power.
  10. Under the Menu --> Options --> Windows there is a "Pets" section that allows you to run on the Pets window. If on, it will show controller and incarnate pets (confirmed) and I think patron pool pets as well.
  11. I did that as well. 🙂 I didn't end up using that costume much, but I did have it for one of my costume slots.
  12. Finally! I' have been wanting to be able to have a "mirror image" since I first ran my Illusion control on original servers!
  13. In order to access the villain ancillary pools, you do need to unlock them by running one of the signature villain arcs. It is fairly well believed that Black Scorpion has the simplest arc to run. There are several threads discussing where to get it and how to run it. It is available after level 35 (I think) and you can use Null the Gull in Pocket D to change alignment to villain to go run the missions.
  14. I confirmed that without any pets out and no offensive auras running, I was able to get right up in Nemesis Sniper's face and not be seen with Superior Invis on. In fact I bumped into him several times and he never aggro'd to me.
  15. Now that I reread Harlequinn's message, I see that. Opps…
  16. Obviously this is a subjective idea, each person's "enough" will be different. I feel that this game, like most games for me, is trip and not a destination. I don't have an idea of once I have done this, or accomplished that, then I'm done and have had enough. As long as I am having fun, whether it be teaming, solo play, farming, playing the market or fumbling with creating AE content, then I haven't had enough. Once I quit enjoying the trip, then I've had enough. I've only got a couple of 50's and only one that I'd say is fully kitted out. Maybe I'll have had enough when I play a bit longer, but for right now, I'm loving that CoH has been brought back to life!
  17. I've noticed that I don't get seen by snipers unless I'm interacting with a glowie or have recently attacked. The problem is that my dang sparkling Phantasm gets seen from a LONG ways out by the snipers -- and he is usually standing right next to me so I get the AOE blast of the sniper shot. Next Nemesis mission when I encounter snipers, I'll do a little testing and verify, but I swear that I've been able to be right up on them and not be seen.
  18. Maybe you could change the SG message to remind people to use coalition chat instead of SG? Then they would have a reminder at least when they logged in.
  19. It looks like you found a fix pretty quickly. Though I don't have this problem at the moment, I hate when I find the a message and there is not fix listed, or even worse, a "nevermind I fixed it" without saying what was done to fix it. Thank you for coming back and posting the answer here. Internet points for you!!
  20. I have had good luck over with Super Packs as well, but I HAVE been unlucky a time or two. To spend 10 million on a Super Pack and get a "top prize" of 40 Brainstorm Ideas is infuriating. Had I gotten that on MY first attempt, I would be gun shy as well.
  21. Here is a pretty good list of items that you can get from the Super Pack: Lords of Winter.
  22. What I would like to see is that powers were able to be activated from the Powers list -- you know, the one where you view them and drag them to the power trays? If I could click on my powers there (or right click and select activate or something), then that would cover all of the "I need this power once in a while" scenarios, thus freeing up many slots in the trays.
  23. I'm not sure about the specs, I don't know if the returned game has higher specs than the original. However, the same computer over time, as it accumulates more and more OS patches DOES slow down. As if you've patched for spectre/meltdown vulnerabilities, then you could be seeing up to a 30% reduction in CPU processing power in some cases. If you've updated the OS, maybe it takes more cycles to run than the old OS. There are a lot of variables that could cause a machine to not be the machine it used to be. 😞
  24. I think that Influence is a monitorable attribute, so you should be able to enter something like this: /monitor_attribute Influence Which should create a small window showing your influence, which you can then move around where ever you'd like it to be. Or it will add it to your current list of monitored attributes if you are already monitoring some. I've never tried, it as Influence shows on the Auction House menu and on the Character Info screen and I haven't had a need to see my influence on an ongoing basis.
  25. I just found out about this myself. You can use the resume_info.txt file to at least auto-fill the password. See this topic:
