This is City of Heroes, it should be the Primal effect. A large population of Paragon does not remember growing up drinking Enriche. This is a real problem. (Even in a world with multiple dimensions, false memories would still be a thing. How much harder would it be to argue with someone "No Ted, You did not come from a universe where the Pringles Man had a monocle. Ted, it's been mapped. There is no universe where he has a monocle. No, I don't know why Unai did that research either, apparently he just has that many heroes doing reconnaissance for him.")

Ninjitsu is better for Scrappers than for Stalkers, but then, so is Willpower (which lost Quick Recovery for Hide). Of the two, Ninjitsu is more of a defense set and if you want a revive you can go into the Presence Pool for Unrelenting (Invoke Panic would also be pretty thematic for a ghost).

Thanks. I don't think I'll get the ideal rotation because I kind of hate hasten, though I suppose Fiery Melee/Regeneration doesn't have any other powers I'd need auto-fire for.

That's part of my problem. I don't entirely know. Doctored Wounds was my first pick because I was just kind of frankenslotting, getting the best enhancement bonuses for the lowest investment of slots, because, while I knew I didn't entirely have enough slots to go around at lower levels, I didn't know which powers I'd need. It's my first time playing regeneration and fiery melee. But as I've gotten to level 43 now, slots aren't quite the sticking point they once were. I still haven't figured out an attack chain. By this time on most characters, I kind of have an idea of which attacks I use most often, but with fiery melee it just feels like button mashing.

He solos fine and he's one of the few characters I have that can actually get all of his toggles back up before the untouchable portion of Revive wears off, but I don't really have any particular build goals. He's an meta-concept of "I'm going to fail all the missions I can possibly fail" combined with "Well, if I play a character who just makes really bad decisions all the time, maybe I can stomach doing some of the creepy villain arcs.

I don't know, getting a character to level 24 in a week seems like you're either not really getting a feel for the character or kind of unreasonable.

Yeah, I'll be able to use Temporal bomb right before or after I use poison trap. Truth be told, when I say "surprise nightstar" I haven't actually been on a BAF yet, I'm only level 38. I've used Trip Mine a bit while trick or treating, but I never remember to lay trip mines and pull enemies to them when I'm soloing. I did get duray to half health just by sitting at his spawn point and laying trip mines and poison traps until the rest of the team had defeated enough turrets

All of her attacks (except for caltrops) do -def, so you might be better off with oranges if you're not already at 90% resist lethal. If you find yourself running out of inspirations you can e-mail yourself some before the fight and just load up your tray from e-mail.

Envenomed Dagger. Edit: the "taking no damage" might be an issue you have to reset the mission for, and you might have to kite Silver Mantis a bit while Unstoppable is active just to keep refreshing the envenomed dagger -regeneration.

If they're not going to make a Rikti Monkey archetype, they should at least make a Rikti Monkey prestige power.

The broker doesn't know you, doesn't know what you can do. A contact system is based on trust. A Broker is not going to send business your way without reason. Their reputation for being able to make the right connection is on the line.

A sword is Tech origin. It is a lever. A gun is science, it uses chemical fuel to propel a projectile.

Well, the presence pool did get a rework too, it's just that provoke was left alone. At launch, the presence pool only had four powers: Challenge, Provoke, Intimidate, and Invoke Panic. The rework dropped Challenge from the Presence Pool and picked up Pacify and Unrelenting. They just didn't really change any of the existing powers during the rework.
