I'd also like to see the occasional coffee shop / market in the lower levels of buildings, and maybe either upgrade to flat-screens or skip to Praetorian holo-screens. -

Haven't fought Lusca on homecoming yet, do the tentacles give merits? If not, maybe add 1-2 merits per tentacle?

I was coming here to suggest something pretty similar, although I was thinking it should wear off in pulses, so when fly wears off (weather it's 4 minutes, or 40 seconds like I was originally thinking) you get a pulse of half speed fly for 10 seconds to start making your way to the ground, and one final pulse for 10 seconds of flight at "hover slotted for flight speed" before it finally wears off all the way. Also if it's not a 4 minute pulse, maybe give a warning when you're getting near the edge of the flight field so you can try to re-orient.

I think truly instant TP could have some weird interactions experiencing/causing lag, although with computers being much better than they were when the game came out it might not be an issue any longer. Not sure I'd want this eating an incarnate slot, but maybe a (perma?) temp power you can get off the P2W vendor that requires X incarnate boosts before you can purchase it may be cool.

Maybe split the difference, and take part of the un-enhanceable portion of the regen from the click and make it always on. That way just having the power would be a slight increase in surviavability, but most of it would still be tied to the click. Ghost MMs sound good, but I'm almost always up for more MM pets. I'd personally say give them a combo of dark/psi damage. Also for regen... they need more -regen resist.

IIRC there are some psionic attacks that non-positional, and perhaps some trials big glowies "avoid this" patch attacks, and toxic doesn't have typed defense but is affected by positional defense.

Maybe putting 2 tax brackets on AH would also help put a soft ceiling on how much items will sell for. If it's 15% up to a point, then 20% past that point, most people won't want to list stuff for 20%.

While it'd likely be rather annoying for anyone affected and don't really think it should be implemented, an idea I find amusing would be if players sitting on mountains of inf were targeted by heists from NPC villain groups. Someone who's just hording 50b inf logs in one day to see "The Circle of Thorns robbed you of 2b inf while you were away". Maybe make small dual/team insps also buy-able from vendors in later zones for a small / higher volume sink?

Maybe as a starting point it could announce the neighborhood along with zone, though eventually having them show up on map would be nice. -
So I mostly disagree with the unlock crowd since it's biggest pushers are going much further than I would (I'd be happy with just more badges). But would a compromise be possible where a new server where most/everything requires unlocking? We get what, 5 free server transfers every 3 days? Hero_of_Light and others can transfer to a server where you can't use any wings until you kill 5000 enemies with wings and be happy, while the rest of us can continue as is. And perhaps only collect cost from the "need to "earn" everything" crowd for the unlock server, if they don't pay just that one goes down.

Maybe make the defense from combo generator un-enhanceable so it won't split focus from slotting healing and won't get people who don't play mercs complaining they were given another place to slot LotG +rech. And yeah, removing grenade from medic sounds good, though others brought it up and don't recall seeing anyone against it so didn't feel the need to mention it again. Maybe give them a single target shot with KD so as to keep IO options where they are. -
I think either you're misusing "influence sinks" or I'm misunderstanding what you're proposing. Influence sinks would be something that takes influence out of the player circulation (like buying insps/enhancements from vendors instead of players, or buying stuff off the P2W vendors). Collecting one hundred billion inf would be inf hording, where you just hold on to it instead of spending it. Unless you mean in total, you've had and spent 100,000,000,000 inf, in which case I think there might already be badges for that (though it might only count what is rewarded for defeating enemies/finishing missions, not anything you make off the market). Maybe you mean badge's for total inf you've spent on in game vendors, to just encourage people to buy off NPCs instead of the market?

Given KD just just KB at less than mag 1, how would even add something to "high mag KD" in the first place? That's even setting aside if KD needs more anyway for the moment. -

Triage generator, combining the two, or just adding generator's mobility to beacon? I'd be in favor of combining them. If it could be coded to work on all pets and you, just not other players you'd bring something to the table when with other MMs. If triage generator I'd drop the regen slightly (125%-135% before enhancements maybe) in exchange for the added benefit of it following you around. Or make it FF beacon (again, I'm in favor of combo) and change it to 30 second duration, 40 second recharge to better keep up with moving team. If something could be coded to encourage mercs to stay in the bubble all the better, might keep them back and not charging in all the time. Also I'd say make the heal and stimulant targeted AoE, with AoE range slightly bigger than cast range, so while medic might not be able to directly heal himself, he'll always be healed while healing another. That or increase the range on both a good deal and have it heal/stimulant him same time he casts it on another. Honestly I stopped playing my last merc MM before he got commando, so can't comment too well on what to add to him. -
Right, so back on topic of helping elec blast, I'd say triple the length of the -rec on most powers, make the +end for self proc more often, make short circuit activate a bit faster, up tesla cage's damage to match abyssal gaze's or improve it in another way and either make TB recharge faster or have it repeat the end drain a second later and 10 seconds of -rec so it can drain survivors on it's own. I'd also like to see voltaic sentinel get several upgrades/tweaks to make it more worthwhile. 1) Double duration at least (if corresponding increase in recast goes with it, so be it). 2) If possible make it focus on your target 3) Increase it's move speed so it can better keep up 4)Have it provide a small buff while it's up, like +10% damage and +10% recharge. Fact that you can only have 1 sentinel at a time will prevent self-stacking. 4b) Or no buff, but allow us to have as many out as we can summon within duration. 5)Add more attacks to it's rotation, I'm thinking chain induction and jolting chain, with jolting chain perhaps having damage increased and KD chance dropped to 25%.

Can't speak for roleki, but I hadn't thought of replacing the IOs, rather adding another option. Plus I'd like to see KB distance badges (if that's something the game could track). And just thought, maybe could add a second 1 minute click with recharge similar to geas that massively increases KB distance (+1000% mag, +10mag) just to toss mobs across the zone. Combine it with the joke buff KB and it'd be a new travel option. -
Aren't powerset based inherents tied to a specific power? Would tying it to the first two power cause problems if/when you pick both?
