Previous the last changes u needed em for those end and rech reducers as TheZag explained, so after MM got buffed (faster rech with less end) u ask for yet another buff.. im not against it, i like my MM alot, but it does come over the table a little greedy if viewed from a neutral position. Im in the same Position not to know what to slot in em right now. but hell its just one slot that is not used .. like the one in Rest isnt for a long time. A solution without a new round of power creep would be just removing those slots, or alternatively create a enhancement proc that brings the pets on player lvl, its so annoying when joining teams that set to high diff and ur pets are basically doing no damage anymore cause they out of the lvl range. I know that basically give em more Power too but the -lvl mechanic was not the best solution from beginning (same with fire imps from Controller/Dominator btw.) Same Proc could have therefore a slight damage reduction or HP reduction in it to compensate the result of more Power. Example my lvl 50 (barring Incarnate Powers for better example) Robot MM joins a team to run lvl 50 mission, foes set to +4 by team leader... so foes are lvl 54 while MM is 50 and in lvl range Big Bot is Lvl 50 so okay, tier 2 Protector Bots are lvl 49, so slighty out of lvl range reducing damage by a bit, but the 3 tier 1 Battle Drones are lvl 48 (thus fighting foes that are +6 to em) and doing practically no damage anymore (i seen damage numbers of 4-6 damage done to a foe) and they die if a foe just look at em which result in just not using them in these teams anymore.

More prefix options for characters or allow more punctuation

It does, if u activate showing the Playernames in Options, not evryone does or want this though 😉 . More Title variants would be actually a good thing. If Punctuation can be used in Name i doubt, remember Names get saved as or at least in files and Windows still have the old MS-Dos Problem with files using Punctuations, Filename.extension still defines what type of file it is and which program should it be opened with. Not Tech savy enough to say if Mac or Linux would have same Problems. -
We had something similar on a Citadel tf a few weeks back when it was wst, it was team leader too, not sure which AT it was though.

sorry.. but no thx at all, "Team" channel is for the "TEAM"... dont need it more cluttered, as for making all npc dialagoue to an appropiate channel that one can add if it want or not.. can be done. -

1. It is, but still is a reference and still HC is based on live version which has undergone some changes. 2. Ok then its just half baked.. if they removed it why not remove the Marker in Atlas Zone too, its kinda misleading. 3. Thx for the Clarification, its just a missing updated info which in part 4 u said too. 4. Again thx for Clarification, its just sad that Info cannot be found in HC Wiki but of course its not your nor mine fault. Think this is solved now.. now back to the original theme of the thread 🙂 .

Uhm u are the one Alignment that could earn Hero merits back on live , checked HCwiki now.. the entry is a bit unclear i will test it later on one of my Vigilante chars, removed the downvote for now. That change must have happenend before i joined HC in November 2019 so i didnt saw anything about it in patch notes which i had read after joining. 🤨 Entering Fort Trident was another Part that only Hero's could do back on live so i nvr bothered trying it cause i only play Vigilantes/Rogues since it was introduced back on live. Edit: just checked Vigilantes still cannot enter. Hero Merits was earned by doing another Hero Morality mish when u was a Hero already back on live. Vigilantes/Rogues gain 40 Reward merits by doing the same (doing another Vigilante/Rogue Morality when they are Vigilante/Rogue already), thats my main income of Reward merits beside doing TF's/Trials. Edit: checked in base yes conversion is available but Heroes earn 1 Hero per morality Mish, while Vigilante gain only 40 Reward Merits, conversion would cost 50 Merits, so its still not a valid currency cause some Alignments have to do more for it then others. (loss of 10 reward Merits per conversion compared to running it as Hero/Villain).

Basically a good idea.. but how u prevent abuse of it? And be sure it will...... Better would be if a GM Zone Event would do that automatically on its own, without player interaction, like for paladin buildups it would be a great help. -
Agreeing mostly but no to one point and thats a so hard no that i did a thumbs down for it. "You want a lvl 50 hero? Sure, that will cost 50 Hero Merits." Hero Merits its not a valid currency, it can only be earned by 1 of the 4 (without counting praetorians) alignments. Make it Empy, Astrals whatever, but nothing that not all char can earn. Or just dont do a token at all (thats a valid point too) i wouldnt buy it anyways.

Bug: Two Twinshots in "Meet the Gang" mission

Yeah happens to me every time, but since it dont be worse then that there are 2 of em... mission can be completed normally so i sorta ignored it all the time (since i joined HC 2019. Think it dates even back to live now i start thinking over it. -
Miscellaneous Fix a longstanding bug where missions would be launched with the wrong difficulty settings if the mission owner was not in the same zone as the door and another teammate entered it first. This Bug has NOT been fixed. We just have done a Manticore TF (Reunion Server) and upon entering the "Rescue Councilman Birch" Mission in Kings Row it was reset to+0 cause leader was still in Atlas Park zone, so this longstanding bug has not been fixed. The TF was set to +2 which we had on all Missions when leader was in zone before we entered.

A mission is also reset if u switch to a different mission (at least u didnt say something like that), i remembering somewhat of live that they will reset after a certain time outside but its high like around 30 minutes, but with evrything u doing u could have met that treshhold.

What's missing in the character creator?

The possibility of 4 arms or 2 heads, i know thats a for a very long shot.. but i was missing 4 arms on a few chars... they must even not be doing something (like 4 blades).. just be there for the looks. The Arms could just be an addable "Backpack" as example like the crab arachnos soldier ones, just copy the setting of the 2 regular arms for the looks. -
OK thats a valid Point but how about that, if the Tf isnt run in the last 3 hours it get spawn on certain times.... or by defeating councils in zone like for some GMs on red side.

Indeed same as with council only certain Lieutnants or Bosses do transform, but surely not 33 % its 20% or even down to about 10% , i did watch this closely for the old bug that a lieutnant council transform into a werewolf boss and then slaughter me (yes i play squishie chars too 🙂 ). Addendum, they start doing this at lvl 30+ (Brickstown radio mishes 🙂 ) probably storywise after the Striga Moonfire Tf when they were introduced at LVL 28 maximum so choosing ouro arcs with a lower lvl might not have em.

cant remember really and its not sure why those ppl left.. maybe they had insider info about NCSoft Plans or better offers elsewhere.. life goes on.. differences in the team could be just one of the many reasons for a certain dev leaving and of course normally there is replacement needed. The Only one i recall after nearly 10 years that was leaving before sunset announcement was Castle.. maybe someone has more detailed Infos about this part , old forum maybe some ppl i saw in a different thread are compiling it back up.

Kinda sounds strange cause Water Blast was one of the last Powersets that was released/tested on Live before sunset. There is another in the Manticore Lair before u hit the last lab room theres a pool on both sides u can actually swim from one pool to another underwater. Example is in the Twinshot Arc Last Mission in the 1st Arc of em. 2nd Arc when u go test against different Villain Groups theres another example of that map. Certain orenbega maps have similar, but theyre kinda random.

Thanks for that info, nvr touched that menu cause nvr had the urge to prevent any inspiration to drop... that there are some deactivated from start i didnt even dream of. Well u caused all my chars now to revisiting a p2w vendor but still great. Many Thx for the Info 🙂 . Greetings -
also it is cause ourobous using the TF Code mechanics for its arcs.. they would have to make an nearly complete identical code and add it only to ourobous to make a change like that to happen. Not that im against it a way to invite ppl midway would be nice for those long arcs, but for those "unearned" rewards they would have to add another mechanism like a timer so not one joins last second and earns it all....

if u kill the task explorer.exe always have the first tab of task manager open and hit the button "new task" and then explorer.exe i havent so far been unable to restart it that way and i had to shut it down many times for old games to run under newer windows OS .

Well this might work for Chars in that lvl range... but its not a lvl 45-50 tip mission so not avail to all in the long run... at that point.. why not expand the lvl Range of certain Tip (if the Villain Group fits Expandend range) or just add a few new Tips in further Pages 🙂
