Thats a good Information.. the Hardware was doubtful anyway, it would only matter if the GPU would not Support Open GL at all. Mostly its what Hyperstrike already said, nvr use Microsoft Drivers if there is an alternative for it. And for sure look for Graphic Drivers that have Open GL included.

If there would be such a spawn point (and im pretty sure HC team wouldnt have overlooked such a thing) it should be removed altogether asap, zone is big enough to have enough spawn point not close to a drone. But Point 1 could be very valid... thats one thing need to be checked... not calling support next time before we have him in sight 😉 .

make it 3? id think Caleb will despawn too or run out of zone like the flier to be exact.

Theres Reasons for it.. if u see it u practically have to keep him aggroed until u formed a team.. not easy even for some tanks.... if u dont aggro he just fly away and is gone before u had the chance to form the team (kinda same problem with Caleb in Nerva). 2nd Reason its just way easier to do the Flyer on Miss Liberty TF, same Badge/Rewards, thats why no one wasting time on it in the open World anymore.

After 2-3 Minutes wait we scattered and checked nearby places , the road above was one of the 1st points i checked.. also the water ramps below nearby, if he maybe was stuck under one of those, but nada, just no sign of him. And yes its not always happening.. sometimes it just works fine.. but lately the times he dont show outnumbers the times its working. One thing i should mention, it was strange thats why i remembering it. We called for help cause wasnt sure if we could take him alone.. and one of the helpers said on general he saw him, before we exited mish, maybe a leftover from a previous tf that preventing our spawn? Or our spawn triggered to early while all of us still inside mish?

We did all of that yesterday.. no one moved away from mish door and he still didnt show up at all and yes its a growing trend lately (Reunion here).

It happenend me once or twice after creating a char (always without tutorial to blue side) he had the powers and logged of to make the next, when i came back to him tray was empty. My working fix so far was moving him a few feet ( i choose city hall for the day job badge) and move at least 1 power in the bar to a diff slot before logging him of. I think the server needs just a few sec to synchronize and by doing this i keep myself busy till he done so ^^. Since i follow my fix i hadnt this again so far.

sound like the Graphic Drivers was damaged by the unawaited shutdown due to Power Outtage, well none of todays Games i know of use Open GL like CoX does. So maybe try reinstalling Graphic Drivers could help.

Yeah we had a team of like 5 debuffer on him and he was down in like 5-6 minutes.... Im not against to lower his HP somewhat cause i was on enough TFs in which he is feeling like an unnecessary HP sack. But his Resist should stay as they are, hes an Incarnate nonetheless.

it might have been to do with no big screen ingame... at least i didnt see one and i was ingame when it opened. People forget fast or might not check Forum.

could still have been internet connection, but more upload then download wise... moving around needs more stable then just 1 power press of power activation.

Thats is part of the nulls decline all direct speed buffs from other players (well indirect like from fortune cards still work).. tested and using it on any of my chars just to avoid the kin speed boost and inertial reduction powers. I love speed boost recovery buff though and that is not declined by that option.

Interesting but at least its seems outdated, cause the options for Fly and TP are seperated entries in the submenu at Null (in the same Line of his 1st Menu popup though) and not one single Option like that article make it seem, could be it works only for Team TP but it just could be an oversight too.. it needs to be tested.

Erm Null the Gull has the Option to shut off friendly Teleport completely, that is what u basically asking (in 1st Post) for, yes of course in options in would be more convenient.

It makes sense when u know that the Login Server, Data Storage Server (Torchbearer as example) and Mapserver are all seperated. Once u get past the Login Server with a char to a Mapserver and then get Disconnected for whatever reason u get the "already logged in" message cause for the server u didnt log of properly. This is consistent since Live.

Well not having Windows 11 but 2 obvious things. Did you try without Firewall, since u didnt write which AV you use it can be seperate. 2nd it could be that the Open GL driver missing for your Graphics Card.

so it does on mine on the comp that is still running tequila but my guess was that they did that on purpose cause tequila wont be supported in the long run anymore for HC. Which Launcher u are using Tequila? The HC Launcher?

its very rare kinda like a purple recipe drop but it has happened, like 1 in 1000 missions they do spawn an ambush mostly with council what i saw.

out of my head thats only Mortimer Kal by doing the tip Mish and maybe Recluse by doing the Patron Arcs? Am i right or am i missing something?

This sounds like the Leader bug that happenend on like Citadel and Moonfire TF too (that when i latest saw it). Leader cant enter Mission on a TF he/she started... Team Quits TF and reform and then it magically is working with the same Team and same Leader.....
