well as bluesider sometimes the alternative is on redside.. dont know if thats cause im vigilante and can actually go there or if i would even get it as pure hero with 1 destination unreachable.

just could we know what the problem has been actually.. so if someone else gets the same problem we know how to solve it? No Details , just the general 🙂 . And happy Playing.

Well while dual blades as example is not bad.. it suffers if u have enemies that u can miss and thus miss out the whole mechanic cause until the power is recharged u have to start again from beginning. Titan Weapons... it just way to slow for 1st Attack, if they replace the slow with reduced damage it would be way less clunky..., also again if u miss a hit.. u may lose momentum... its hairsplitting. Its just some Mechanics dont get u into a fluid combat flow sometimes even described as scrapperlock 🙂 ,it just dont feel good although it may number wise be.. and that just about it.

Can be Shut down by end drain or even are Clickies themselves, yes i look at you /SR or /Ninjitsu

Thats for sure and i dont await it happening in the next months/years, just was an idea for more content with already available opponents and some contingency ..

It still is.. a few Missions there to clear them out 1st (beside Tutorial) would be a nice change, vould even be higher Lvl.. so for the time Progression Viewpoint🙂

I dont remember that either and my 1st Mastermind was Robot/Poison back on Live with T3 incarnated on shutdown.

They do.. and the recov debuff is kinda harsh (up to with the vahz plague debuff) and last a few minutes.. so i tend to avoid those as much i can. If i can i ignore the whole room..

You may want to post a part of the launcher log file, it should show where the problem is.. could be part of missing CC or even the missing OpenGL Driver for the GPU. This Installation Guide should be helping, check if u fit all steps listes inside it, some we can scratch away already and the Tequila Parts u dont need of course 🙂 .

well CoT have a self rez type too the little tongue monster lieuts rez... but could be a patrol or such.. maybe they dont count cause they are roaming around?

Well they have their own rule/limit which have to be considered too. No more then 5 Boost of the same Number/Type allowed. As example 5 x 5% Recharge bonus, the 6th wouldnt count anymore.. a 7,5% would though cause it wouldnt be the exact same.

Thats an very old Issue.. for me Fullscreen back on Live always got the Blackscreen issue... always had to do a windowed style mode for screenshotting.

You said it.. but in evry statement of these there is a grain of truth, albeit it is what it should be, every AT should be different feeling and have a different role, else we would not be needing ATs.. and even in the same AT u feel different, no one can tell me a Katana/Regen Scrapp feels the same as a Kinetic/Dark Armor one and so on, sure there are parts they have in common, but are not the very same. Or a Mind Troller with no Pets the same as an Illusion Troller (the 2 most exotic ones of them in the different end of spectrum). Some bad things like for Kheldians could be better, but we have em and we play em as they are, until it will be changed or not. And yes my Burnout solution is to play different Games until the Urge (which is on a daily Base) calls me back to COH too 🙂 .

If my memory serves right though "Villains" dont mean us player created Chars on Red Side, but any villain we patch a hospital/prison porter on their backside, the system was online before City of Villains existed. Well how else would be the Brickstown Prison be filled... we would need a Morgue instead.
