  1. Those additions were useful when they were new. We're looong past that. I pretty much don't do anything in Atas or Kings Row now having done all of that content to death nearly 50+ times.
  2. If team leaders are able to set this and as long as they ANNOUNCE IT when they are LFG that they have Set Bonuses turned off, I have no issue with this notoriety setting.

  4. There's a vast difference between Hasten and other pool powers that almost no one takes. I'm sure there is middle ground that can be found somewhere in there.
  5. I think this right here is the question: How much do want folks taking any pool power with or instead of a regular primary secondary power? For me I'll say that if a primary or secondary power is better overall than any pool power, there needs to be an extreme case where I would take the pool power. If the pool power is demonstrably worse and isn't worth another power pic I'm not taking them. I guess you can continue to make them as niche powers for the few folks that would take them for flavor, but then I guess that's a question if that's a good use of dev time. /shrug.
  6. And is why I find most of them useless and always go to the the areas of the game that give actual numbers. (Like the details tab or the when you click on a power on the build/respec screen). With that said some traditions need to go.
  7. Traditionally it has not been written like that in descriptions. With that said, damn tradition, and put in the actual numbers. /shrug.
  8. FFXIV has an "invisible option" for costume parts and effects humorously called "Emperor's New XXX". Ex: So if it's invisible gloves that make your hands look bare, aka no gloves on, it's "Emperor's New Gloves". Needless to say it allows for a variety of tricks that you can't normally do and allows for various costume combinations, in FFXIV's looks. (So much so that there are sites and blog posts that praise the variety of looks and possible costume combos in that game. All because they added that one option, players were and are able to get VERY creative with it's limited costume engine). TLDR: An invisible option for effects (and even costume parts) would be fantastic for COH. +1 from me for this suggestion. 🙂

  10. Pretty much this. If it's going to happen someone on their own time would have to dig into this. Not worth the amount of already limited time this volunteer team doesn't have.

  14. I don't think this is possible 100% or even 50% of the time during game play. And I'm fine with that.
  15. Yeah I think anything at this point would help. Also a way to point to the tutorials, since we can't assume the average COH player who doesn't visit the forums or discord, suddenly knows where to get to the tutorials.

  18. Not looking into accessibility (ADA) can also (and has) result in lawsuits.
  19. Actually folks complained that it wasn't well tuned. And it wasn't. There weren't enough testers for it in the correct level ranges to iron out the kinks. Which, if you notice is why it's back up in beta for more changes. There are also other ideas to improve those level ranges. No one wants to play the same content again from live for the 1000th time, especially in a level range that many folks find boring.
  20. If they want to make more folks play the lower levels more then those level ranges need more content. Not the same content from a decade ago. No one wants to play that again for the 1000th time.
  21. Agreed. Folks have been asking for some aspects of the game to be made harder. I always push back that those things should be in more difficulty options. On the flip side no more things should be dumbed down. You can reduce your difficulty if dealing with their stacking venge is an issue.
  22. I like the travel power changes. Fly was never meant to be the fastest travel power, it was meant to be the safest, which it was and always will be. I like that that piece of balance wasn't removed.
  23. I would prefer if they created a separate IO snipe set that goes this.
  24. I have plenty of familiarity with the subject. I have level 50 mind controllers and doms here and on live. I also have multiple other doms and controllers, here and on live. Which is why I'm qualified to say I find Mass Confusion boring. This is an open forum. Opposing opinions are allowed.
