  1. I am not so sure that is the case. Minor nitpick, most all of the examples you are providing here were because someone was trying to make a profit off of Disney property.
  2. Sadly no, not that I remember. I have not played in a year or more though. I doubt it has been added. There are hardly any content updates to it.
  3. As others have suggested, Retsu is generally not needed. I always skip Blinding Powder myself. Never found a use for it personally. I will also add that I completely love this set. I have 4 scrappers (Kat/Nin, KM/Nin, DB/Nin, StrJ/Nin) and love playing all of them. Quite easy to exceed the softcap for defense without spending a small fortune on IOs. Love the overall performance of the set.
  4. See that is interesting. I have a friend who is a photographer and often does "prints for time" jobs. Sole reason he does this is to get his work out and has gotten several paying jobs because of it through word of mouth.
  5. My sentiments as well. I would up vote this suggestion a million times if I could.
  6. Champions Online has grappling. It does look a bit weird when you are outdoors with nothing for it to attach to, but I guess that is to be expected.
  7. A question for the Homecoming folk - I am sure I am not the only builder who would love a larger plot size to work with. I think the maximum object count is fine as is, however a larger plot size would be great. Is this feasible to implement? Also, is it possible to add some different backdrop image options to the list of skies available? Perhaps city skylines or mountain ranges or forests or alien landscapes. Thank you
  8. If you are referring to the case about the parents who wanted the Mickey Mouse headstone for their dead child, Disney did not allow it because it was the express wishes of Walt Disney himself for Disney characters to not be used for anything unhappy like that. It had nothing to do with money.
  9. So? Are they being created and distributed with the express permission of the IP owner? I do not think anyone is suggesting character names should be allowed.
  10. I agree however I think this is a bit of a slippery slope as well.
  11. Of course you can. That is what these forums are for. I am simply providing a solution already freely available to you for you and others to make your wishes come true.
  12. I see what you did there...
  13. I say add Skants to the list as well!
  14. I think it worth repeating an earlier sentiment made by a few people in this thread - make other pools more attractive. The problem is not that hasten is that great. It is that other pools are that bad.
  15. Could not agree more about the copyright extensions. What we are seeing now in Hollywood pumping out remake after remake and other garbage from existing franchises is a direct result of it in my opinion. It has utterly destroyed creativity and risk in film making.
  16. There is nothing stopping you from doing this. Do not create or slot any incarnate powers. Team up with others like those in this very thread who agree with you and go have all the fun you want. Your problem is solved. Again, this is not a game problem, it is a you problem.
  17. There is absolutely nothing preventing you from not using it all the time except for you. This is not a "broken" power problem, it is a you problem. You are not required to take any incarnate power just as you are not required to take any other power you do not want to use. Again, people who dislike Judgement are victims of their own making. Use the tools freely and readily available to you to find like minded players, form your groups and run all the content you like without slotting a single Incarnate ability. Zero development time required and you can all enjoy the game the way you like while everyone who wants to keep incarnates can. This is win win for everyone involved.
  18. Seems to me there are several people in these kinds of threads who would happily give up using their Incarnate abilities when playing with other like minded folk. So PM each other, set up a group and go have all the fun you want the way you want. Zero development time required and zero impact to anyone else.
  19. People sue businesses for just about any reason you can think of, legitimate or otherwise. It is a cost of doing business unfortunately.
  20. I will never forget being blown away when I first saw this!
  21. I did not suggest otherwise. I would also add that if businesses are concerned about getting sued by someone, then they probably should not be in business.
  22. I know right?? Argh!!
  23. Correct. If you listen to any of the very many interviews Stan Lee gave on the topic, that was his exact inspiration.
  24. To be fair, that is what most people on the opposite side are doing.
  25. Correct and people seem to keep forgetting the specifics of the case and the circumstances behind Marvel bringing the suit. Marvel was nearly bankrupt and looking for ways to squeeze money out of anyone they could to keep afloat.
