I'm interested in what received 64 reputation points on June 5th.. but as I am unable to uncover the source of such attention I am left to assume it is a bug. (please provide a link if there is something) https://forums.homecomingservers.com/pastleaders/

/ dark just works. i'd suggest: fire / dark ice / kin My Tru fav is rad / dark but that's for irradiate, cosmic burst and the bubble snipe while fearing and tar patching. (not for everyone)

What's the latest version of MIDs that does support export?

The Incarnate system is needlessly complex and fussy
Troo replied to FFFF's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
but I currently get a discount (effectively) on the Alpha tree using the shards. Caveat: when I remember to look at shards.. I'm all for making Incarnates clearer for players. It is pretty messy and convoluted. -
I agree, one playstyle across the number of archetypes and power sets we have access to is bound to have holes and can be inherently flawed. However. @Ston put in the time and gathered a bunch of data from their perspective on min/maxed endgame builds. Kudos Ston in providing some insight into one slice of the game. Times are available from other players in the pylon and trapdoor threads. If a rank here seems like an outlier, I believe Ston would want that feedback.

I prefer ranged with some control. Corruptors have a nice balance for me. More diversity between blast sets is good. Not every blast set needs meet some common layout of samey range, samey sized cones and aoes. If knock back did damage based on knock back distance or velocity, it alone could open up some interesting new blast metas. Similarly with endurance drain. If flooring endurance did something it could be really interesting.

Regen: I absolutely love the reactive nature which rewards situational awareness and experience with timing activations. That said: Regen punishes players who prefer more passive mitigation. (it requires attention) Regen punishes players that want to use long activation powers. (can't heal while in the middle of a 3.6s animation) Tactics which enhance Regen survivablility are readily available for other sets. (but my not be as needed on the other sets). Regen can suffer when recharge is debuffed significantly. Regen can impact offensive effectiveness. (can impact tight or gapless attack chains.) Regen is not for everyone. I like that.

I'm just axing for a New Stalker Powerset!
Troo replied to Sedulous's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
and name something 'Guillotine' -
A vampire stalker makes complete sense. One could just wade into a group of targets and take whatever they wanted. Momentarily disappearing between targets while being difficult to track. Snatching one victim after another, after another. I totally abuse the control aspects of stalkers. Stun, Fear, Placate while mashing buttons of doom and mumbling to myself.. die, die.. die.

Troo Stalker Tips #1 Lean into the single target nature of the Stalker. (yes, there are some nice aoe stalker combos but they arent the rule) #2 Spike damage.. No point in just nibbling away when we can set targets up for big hits. #3 Control. As a stalker we can be in near complete control of an encounter. Stalker secondary effects can be very effective and can stack nicely.. FYI - When teaming, stalkers aren't very good at holding aggro but instead are able to eliminate troublesome targets very quickly. I like Placate. It is simply one of the most powerful abilities in the game though on steamroll teams it is of no value. See the linked guide below for new Stalkers. Mwahahaha "it's so dark..' lol All the redside haters should be banned from villain ATs. Deal with it hypocrites. Redside has some of the better content and more efficient zones. Cap au Diable is one of my favorite zones and works really well as a 'hub' for Redside. That's also one of the advantages for blueside population, Atlas is simply a more player friendly starting zone. Random Ramblings Additional Zones: I'd rather see more coop zones than more redside zones. It would just be a better use of resources. Instead, flushing out redside a bit would be great. Port Oakes & St. Martial could use a little attention. Mercy: I preferred the old Mercy. Redside Respecification Trials could have their rewards reworked since folks don't have to 'earn' respecs. Joining Arachnos.. could we just have a decent bounty hunter/privateer path? Access to hazard zones via 'copters could be good. Air drop a baby villain in already.

I'd support this. heck, i'd support captain three-too-many randomly spawning at various exploration badge locations. it's the accumulation of small things that can provide a familiar nostalgic-ness. have some fun with it.

Rainbow aura for the win with some dark matter layered in there.

I stand by what I said. It's along the same lines of adding some gimmick to every new set. Great for some, lame to others.
