  1. Sorry, wasn't at my computer so I couldn't remember the name of the set. 4x Cloud Senses (an accurate To-hit debuff set) gives 6.25% recharge, that's usually what I slot in my Seeker Drones.
  2. Procs on pets is weird, not sure about seeker drones, but in general they aren't great. Back to the original question, on all my trappers I slot 4x the accurate to-hit debuffs that gives recharge at 4 slots. The damage is pathetic and the stun is unreliable
  3. Because it's a FREAKIN KATANA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but seriously, other than the Shield/Broadsword combo, I believe that Katana is actually numerically better than Broadsword, so the real question should be "Why Broadsword?"
  4. I've got a SD/Rad somewhere in the 40s, he's a beast, BUT... OMG endurance woes! I've played a few levels of DM/SD brute... Tanks are just so much better imo, but I could see the synergy there.
  5. Do you have a secondary in mind?
  6. This. I have it on my illusion/storm and I've considered respeccing out of it for indomitable will, but it's just such a good/fun power.
  7. Yes, genetic contamination and... I don't remember what the other one is called
  8. All taunt auras do identical taunting effects, so hypothetically a set with a damaging aura would do worse because that's not auto hit. I don't have numbers to back that up though. Ice armor used to be considered the king of aggro because it has 2 taunt auras. Throw in spines or rad melee, which both have damage toggles, and you're pretty hard to ignore.
  9. You've got 2 things going there first, there's a difference between resistance to endurance and resistance to recovery. Resistance to endurance means resistance to sapping, which is not shown on the combat attributes. Resistance to recovery means recovery debuffs, which is shown in combat attributes. Second, blue text means you hit the cap. So, at level 17, the recovery resistance cap is 46.24, you'll see this go up as you level. Finally, the *damage* resistance cap is 90% for brutes, but other caps will be different and may be level dependant.
  10. I really like my kat/bio scrapper. Classic combos are /SR and /Nin since both are positional defense, Divine Avalanche stacks nicely with them
  11. My vote goes to tank Between Fault and Oppressive Gloom most things will be perma-stunned meaning they aren't attacking you, meaning they aren't causing you to generate fury.
  12. Granite is still the (numerically) best power in terms of Def/Res (excluding psi) since you can cap everything but psi and you can IO out all of the penalties except the jump height. New stone armor, however, can be "tough enough" that you don't need to run granite all the time.
  13. Can't look at the build ATM, but stealth dies not cause you to lose aggro, though it probably doesn't stack with Cloak of Darkness. CoD is the better choice among the two.
  14. You also currently can have multiple ice patches out fairly easily... Turn it into a rifle and that goes bye-bye
  15. Do you mean from the power tray? If you cleared the tray, the only way to get that back is to click the "powers" button then drag each power back into the tray where you want them.
  16. Because the dev team is small and volunteer, they release smaller content updates called pages instead of wrapping everything up in one update and calling it an issue. If memory serves, homecoming actually started out in issue 25 or 26, so they do increment that occasionally. On to the coming storm I don't want to write to much on this because apparently you can't use the "spoiler" function on the mobile site. But the end of the DA arc suggests it would be incarnate related, frankly I'd like to see content available to a larger audience than just incarnates.
  17. hmm, it should, unless the proc doesn't work in Infiltration?
  18. Unfortunately without checking CoD for each power, I don't think there is a good way to determine whether a power is auto-hit in PvE
  19. They do, I was just on my /Dev blaster yesterday who has a stealth proc in Sprint
  20. Since shield is a mixed set of Def/Res, the extra defense from storm kick is not necessarily overkill. The nice thing about it is it means you can focus more on resists and regeneration in your set bonuses since you're already hovering around the soft call with just storm kick.
  21. Because FFG is a pet that casts Dispersion Bubble, if it boosts it, it would only be for 15 seconds, and note that because you'd have to cast PB first, it would only last closer to 12-13 at max

    Mind/???

Oh I agree, I don't skip Repulsion Bomb, but for some reason I've seen a lot of builds that do skip it.

    Mind/???

Mind/FF was my first toon. It's very safe, especially with the change to how sleep powers are now auto-hit in PvE. ST damage is ok, slot Mesmerize with damage instead of sleep duration and you've got yourself a 3 power rotation early in the game. AOE damage is lacking with just Terrify and repulsion bomb (which some people say to skip). The only problem is it's a slow combo to level solo. If you're on teams you'll do great. If you plan on mainly soloing, I'd look at a different secondary.
  24. Rad and dark both will do it. Traps will do it, trick arrow will do it, though the -regen isn't anywhere near permable
  25. 801 is a series of AE missions that, run at +4, is essentially incarnate content. Some of the most difficult stuff in the game.
