  1. One thing you might have forgotten, Devices also gets Snoke Grenade which is an autohit -perception on targets that also won't break your stealth or cause enemies to aggro (as long as you don't use procs in it). With Smoke Grenade and Field Operative you'll achieve a similar level of stealth to being fully invisible.
  2. Heroes aren't allowed inside it, but there's a bar right next door to the police precinct in the NE corner of Atlas Park.
  3. Steel Canyon [-4703.9 32.0 56.2] This set of power lines passes directly through the monorail tracks. While closer inspection would show that the lines aren't actually touching the tracks in any way, having live electrical wires so close to a presumably steel structure can't be safe. Should the wind pick up who knows what sort of things would happen if the wires touched the tracks and what effect it would have on the city's poorly designed public transit. And given the number of supers running or flying at super sonic speeds, one simply passing through could cause untold damage from the windshear alone!
  4. I took a page from Synapse; I have a Speedster themed Elec/Martial Blaster. Burst of Speed is a good way to simulate zipping around the battlefield and lightning tends to be thematically a fast attack (even if Electric Blast itself isn't). Throw in Super Speed/Speed of Sound and the Streak path aura and you've got discout Flash/Synapse.
  5. I like to use them on missions wherr mobs have spawned but aren't yet hostile. Drop 6 or 7 in a group before you trigger them to become hostile then watch the fireworks.
  6. It's not really a bug, the innertube just appears at the height you normally tread water. This isn't usually an issue since there aren't many places you can actually submerge (Echo Plaza, Grandville, and a specific Cimeroran cave instane are the only places I can think it).
  7. Scirocco's redemption would be cool, but also Manticore's fall from grace should be touched upon too. I recall hearing the idea was to have the two of them switch sides (though I think Mu'vhrakon was going to take Scirocco's place in the patron hierarchy). Eagle Eye's arc left a couple unresolved plot hooks. What was Veles going to be showing to Atta, and how was Atta going to take advantage of it to bring the Trolls to new heights? How about Deadlock and what sort of thing he would've done to complete his job after you took down the guys paying him? Back Alley Brawler got his ass whupped, how were things going to play out without him? I recall hearing Marauder may have taken BABs place while he was out of comission. More importantly, what was Silos' plan to use Ouroboros and Rularuu to fight off The Coming Storm? The whole Coming Storm/Batallion arc never got resolved and would be cool to know how it played out, especially since the lore seems to indicate that the Rikti are what they are because of The Batallion.
  8. Rad armor never made it to live servers, so it's possible the clone logic was never adjusted to use rad armor and likely uses rad emission as a placeholder. I want to say at least one other set does that sort of thing too but can't recall.
  9. The Hollows remains an excellent source of memorable quotes. Here's a Hellion peddling his wares. [NPC] Blood Brother Slicer: Stuff and more stuff. Not great stuff. But stuff.
  10. Doesn't work on non-combat escorts, like Harkin.
  11. This probably isn't a bug but seems to be an inconsistency nonetheless. Blaster Manipulation's Sonic Thrust doesn't look to be using the same knockback animation nearly every other knockback does. The affected target flies off for sure but they don't ragdoll like every other knockback would cause. When they stop falling, they also perform the "arm spring to feet" animation players use whenever they get KB'd instead of the "slowing getting back on their feet" animation. Is this intended? If so, is it necessary so that the power doesn't break something besides faces?
  12. A random PPD mob was talking about keeping Galaxy City safe, while in Atlas Park near Back Alley Brawler...
  13. Another case of power customization being strange. This one's a bit simpler though, maybe. Blaster > Sonic Manipulation > Sound Barrier The option for "Show Floaters" is listed twice. Presumably the first Show Floaters should be "Bright Sonic Attack" since "Dark Sonic Attack" is a listed option. There doesn't appear to be a visual difference in the costume UI between the two Floaters. Also, maybe there should be a "Dark Show Floaters" since both floater options appear to use Bright effects.
  14. Personally I don't add slots to either unless I need the room to squeeze in other unique defense IOs. They have a rather small benefit, even on the ATs with higher modifiers, that I feel trying to slot them is slots that could be better utilized elsewhere. They get the standard Luck of the Gambler recharge boost and that's usually all I ever put in them, but if I have nowhere else in my build to put them i'm not adverse to giving them the Reactive Defenses or Shield Wall resist uniques either.
  15. For whatever reason, Stephane Peebles' first mission is *not* part of her story arc. This is the case with all contacts in The Hollows, Striga, and Croatoa. Something else is preventing you from getting her actual story arc. As an example of this oddity Penelope Nemmers in Croatoa will give you her non-story mission as soon as you see her but won't give you the next mission until level 30. That first mission also doesn't cause the open arc icon to appear.
  16. I think BB is a quirk here because there are Spectral Pirates that spawn at night there that are also capped at level 15 for whatever reason. The Winter Horde is probably looking at that for figuring out what level to spawn at. If I recall, other PvP zones don't have this problem.
  17. The Build Up proc has a similar buff icon to Super Reflexes>Quickness (purple with a fist) that shows up when it goes off. It doesn't have a text popup like Preventitive Medicine if that's what you're looking for.
  18. I haven't played the new Stone Armor yet, but does Geode have a similar NoPhase debuff that Hibernate has? If so, slotting Geode for recharge wouldn't be as useful since the power would have a 120 second lockout anyway.
  19. I imagine Seismic Smash with Blaster numbers has to be amazing in some capacity, but can't say for certain.
  20. Flooring Inspector: Spend an hour being dead Never Found the Body: While dead, have your body fall into a reset void (such as falling off the Shadow Shard) Scrapperlocked: Die to the same enemy 5 times before defeating the enemy Never Saw It Coming: Die to an enemy outside of default render distance Big Bada Boom: Die to an exploding building in Steel Canyon How Embarassing!: At level 50, die to an enemy that is level 5 or lower Who's Side Are You On?: Die to a confused ally It's Not What It Looks Like: Kill an allied player while confused Total Party Killer: While part of an 8-person team, kill your entire team while confused
  21. Demagogue Day Job description. The description mentions that you'll earn bonus Influence after a mission, but this Day Job is for Villains who would be earning Infamy instead. The short description has it right.
  22. I did Anti-Matter's Personal Story from Number Six and a few things caught my eye while I was in there. 1. Despite all other powers being disabled, for some reason I could still utilize the Coyote Transformation travel power from the P2W vendor as Anti-Matter. Periodically the model will quickly shift between Keyes and Coyote while active 2. Despite Anti-Matter being a Coyote, I could use all of his attacks despite not normally having access to any powers while using Coyote Transformation 3. There is a brief second when deactivating Coyote that other powers can be used, allowing for other powers on Auto-Fire to be used like Hasten 4. Walk is still usable as Anti-Matter, though it correctly applies Only Affect Self. 5. While I couldn't reproduce this, I had an instance where attempting to check Combat Attributes crashed the game to the crash handler. I noticed I had some sort of invisibility active when I tried to do it. If I can replicate it i'll report back. 6. The Devouring Earth emanators spawned in this mission count for the Protectorate/Devourer of Earth badge, despite nothing in the mission giving exp or the fact that you're invincible and OP. 7. Seedlings spawned by the Avatar of Hamidon drop normal rewards if defeated, despite nothing else giving rewards Here's some video footage of Anti-Matter tapping his inner beast. https://imgur.com/a/tD23Kmf This likely works with other "Personal Story" outfits and likely the Panther as well. EDIT: checked Emperor Cole's Personal Story, Coyote Transformation is properly disabled in his mission. Walk is also disabled. EDIT 2: The Center can turn into a Coyote in his personal story, though he has no combat prowess to speak of. He can also Walk.
  23. Maybe /ice or /psi? Both slow down foe recharge rates and combined with resist shields will give more time for regeneration between the softer hits you and allies might take. Both damage types stand out too; cold damage is one of the least resisted overall while psi damage often serves as a weakness to mobs that are otherwise untouchable (Crey Tanks and Paragon Protectors are noticably vunerable to psi for instance) and Sonic's -Res effects can help capitalize on that. Ice is also super proccable if you want to go full ham on Defender damage while Psi is a fun bag of tricks with a lot of extra effects. Another idea is /pistols. Chemical Ammo in particular gives your attacks a damage debuff which will further reduce incoming damage with the sonic shields. You can also switch up your secondary effects as needed in case slows, defense debuffs, or just plain more damage are more useful. Really though I don't think there's a wrong answer here (aside from maybe Assault Rifle). They'll all work out in some capacity.
  24. This needs to be interchangable with other similar titles, such as Buff Drinklots, Roll Fizzlebeef, Blast Hardcheese, or Bob Johnson...oh, wait.
  25. Off the top of my head. Circle of Thorns > Succubus Crey > Crey Crisis Unit? One of the Crey LTs just got the ability to confuse in the most recent update Awakened > several mobs, most notably Subjugaters Apparitions > Enraged Specter Longbow > Zenflower, a specific boss found in Vernon Von Grun's story arc Vindicators > Malaise, who only shows up in older story arcs. He shows up in the Primal Earth Calvin Scott arc as well as the old school Lord Recluse Strike Force Underground Trial > Something uses it. I've yet to run UG but shouts are always saying have Tactics or Clarion
