two sided story for me follow up + shockwave though i imagine it depends how easy toons are to build too ToD is a very good proc due to dark not being highly resisted so spare slots would certainly make more of those wellcome i just dont really have any as a fire/claws so not many of those for me

okay so i have this issue with build links they will download but they wont open automatically i cannot double click them in the temp folder either wont work but in mids i can manualy go select them in that folder and then it will open annoying to say the least

unfortunately you are incorrect for ranged defense there is not an alternative set you can use there are 5 sets in total and 3 are hot garbage which is why people are disgruntled about this one since it has better bonuses then the purple set

i was having an issue with this on my scrapper now i otherwise like it but those damn bots so this is what i did i worked in crosspunch which now means i do about 800 smashing in 2 attacks and if all else fails add in the snipe used to have a different epic entirely i just realised mu is best allways also since we are talking resists i like to use this link gives you the basics backed by a spreadsheet for math nerds

oh it will be i just need some guidance i make my own builds but i was just too lazy and i have never soft capped S&L on rad my tankers dont need it rad/staff focuses on energy/melee rad/SS has no defense since rage drops it is just why make what someone else has allready invented

superior avalanche because it provides a 2.5 S&L bonus and a 81% end reduction slotting oh and the arma in mudpots but not the proc i only proc non toggle powers proc chance is low in damage toggles except on rad melee

compared to mud pots which does the same on my fire/earth dom 20 radius vs 15 - 70% slow vs 50% - 15.36 dps vs 9.04 dps all together hotfeet is superior and i wish i could have it twice now i fixed my blue bar something you also skipped over is animation time i never toggle it off so it has 0s animation and im free to do what ever to add even more dps on top troller and doms dont get alot of damage toggles so they become worth it with the correct slotting for that dom those two powers alone cost me around 200-250 mil to slot another downside imo is the fact that obliteration is utter trash in those powers so cheap slotting options are rather limited

only real things you can skip imo are stone fist, fault, hurl boulder, and maybe meltdown+taunt depends abit on power slots available looking to build the same combo atm synergy should be quite good with the set combo

first SS will never compete because all it has is foot stomp farming AE you pop reds untill dmg cap rage just gets in the way of that really as for rad vs spines better damage aura since it functions as a pseudo pet and has a ton of awesome slotting available like 2x -resistance procs damage procs galore i tend to slot it for 100% dmg slotting + procs so 2 set io's 4 procs of your choosing also since you have a permanent -def aura you can get away with some lower accuracy slotting

no reason to in this case as bio has two taunts as a scrapper more then enough to tank for squishies the problem soon becomes AV's like recluse and such wee bit squishy for that unless you got some awesome support making it possible not easy just possible

something like this thread? as for tanker they are still quite behind brute speed played with the idea and also a water/fire blaster which was just too inconsistent also you lose the afk benefit you get on the brute most of my farming is done watching youtube or like right now rewatching start trek TNG sidenote still recommend that fire/claws awesome tanker for "fun"

if you do try i guess you should 2 slot heal procs entropic chaos ranged set is another likely something with no recharge slotting and procced up attacks + as much global recharge as you can safely muster with out killing your defenses

aparently a few pool powers and epics like zapp does not have boostable crit moonbeam on the other hand for example does oversight of somekind as it works perfectly fine on stalkers even the crit per team mate portion im no hacker but dude said it was missing a particular flag that moonbeam has i kind of wish they would clarify it on the powers bit of a maze really
