exactly Stun is a better mez so why am i knocking a stunned enemy or really scattering stunned enemies the true effect inside a targeted aoe like most aoe stuns are this is a stun set we are talking about after all -

just want an alternative so i can get the defense set bonus and not ruin the power as for how that is done here quick fix version give me an empty IO no stats no bonus just part of the set does nothing by it self blam now it will be used and slotted often and a power with 1 set option now has 2 -
as an entirely new player fire is probably a bad time dps galore but no safety nets one of the worst performing sets with a cheap build the best when you have billions burning a hole in your wallet that being said my favorite blaster is fire/rad but it also has any IO it could want incarnates that are stacked and spends 20-60mil per 8h of playtime on amplifiers not exactly anywhere close to new player friendly and yes ice/rad would however be about the safest blaster you can get feels like a whole different world playing ice at lowbie as opposed to fire cant speak for energy as i wont play it with the slot tax cant stand the knockbacks and once i sacrifice a slot i can simply find a better set like for example ice that i can slot as i want to since i do indeed like to 6 slot sometimes especialy since the blaster AT sets both have really good 6 slot bonuses

might be some low level scaling non sense especialy on higher level mobs it will break earlier far as immobilizes go it is pretty standard except for the synergy with the time melee power the fear one can be pretty fun

ah yes stupefy the set i wish was usefull everytime i make a fire control AT nice set bonuses only marred by that horrible KB IO -
yeah thing is i have perma hasten before incarnates expensive build basicly also run both fighting and leadership even have fissure for when i pop blues so it is sort of built to destroy the bar it is just super heavy to run storm because it takes out big chunks then suddenly you get a bad hasten drop you never noticed then stand there naked

Duke nukem Come Get Some! atm changed it so much before it was Go ahead make my day as for the rest most of it include some rather rough insults so ill refrain from posting those needless to say i like having my glowies taunt me somewhat once it stops making me smirk i tend to change it duke nukem games are an actual goldmine of hilarious one liners

would go elec/storm on my plant/storm i feel it is my single biggest detriment the end bar was the one thing i could not fix as i like the option to have clarion it is really the big bursts of end i eat with creepers lightning storm nado over and over leaves little room for much else

heroes and sidekicks also basic mez protection is rather simple defense amplifier 20mil per 8h is the cost to play a sidekick so you can make a hero look good -
gotta say even with perma dom my fire/earth can be abit rough around the edges end wise not to mention leveling it was basicly an atrocity but a question like this i feel provokes another question do we balance domi around having level 50 slotting and perma dom because it is definately an AT that sucks at leveling and turns some ppl off

DB/EA hands down from those choices EA even gets a nice recharge bonus should you ever decide to go for the high recharge max dps attack cycle and EA is just a great allround set for anything save maybe staff but that has more to do with staff then it has EA

guess i just prefer dmg procs in aoe because of how the game has just become move to pack spam aoe watch everything drop and dps the bosses down still getting plenty of crit procs on bosses to justify the io often in a tier 1-2 attack or basicly my fast spam filler attack concept is more attack's more proc's seems to work well for me but it also depends on slotting theory and primary/secondary really so rather then debate where to slot it in general i think we should be talking where to slot it for which sets i know i tend to move it around some maybe i have this amazing mids build that simply is not that amazing to play so i alter it and that proc has often been the reason

while that is true it is also true for most holds and stuns all but psi yet somehow blasters still get hit by both with a soft cap as for fear i tried to solo Jack in irons that cost me alot of BF's on my TW/Bio

the problem with that is not every set is granted such a 5 target aoe most will have a 10 target aoe and that will just suck to use on an AV fire melee for example with FSC with its awesome 2.67s cast time

im told the same goes for the snipe in the Mu epic power pool making it well weaker then the moonbeam dark counter part -
personaly i would likely make a brute very new player friendly AT both in cost and efficiency and it can also solo should the need arise on team it's a split between a tank and dps not quite as meaty as a tanker not quite as dps as a scrapper but due to how fury works probably the best lowbie damage dealer with a meaty health bar and an armor set on top

allways depends i put them on scrappers tankers blasters domi any AT really but not if my defenses are not sorted and that is independant of AT as for my current fire/elec i started slotting them when both S&L and ranged def hit around 44% and i felt safe doing so the things you die to anyway wont be things you can fix like having no DDR or getting mezzed the latter which requires p2win or 3 power choices so is rather out of the question to me i could spare maybe 1 in an average build

i run it on my fire/stone perma combo'd with mud pots for some slowing goodness and yes the end slotting required is immense psi however could perma it in it's sleep with drain psyche hell you wont even need to slot either of them just one target hit brings you to the recovery my fire/rad blaster has with the toggle

i went with sting since i run 2 procs in it along with the fact that scrappers crit so it would do higher damage on crits but it is slightly lower dps unfortunately procs dont like fast base recharge from what i can tell so it procced really inconsistent dont have any numbers though as i just playtest my builds could be placebo but gamblers felt like a better pure attack and sting a better proc attack

actualy was thinking it might be worth doing timewall into aging touch now and then but since it does not work all you really get out of that is some lack luster DoT along with the fact that with out i also lose my soft cap hope it gets fixed

i like my plant/storm/stone but i would be lying if i said it will be a nice leveling experience it was me gathering any and every end buff i could P2W arena mutation anything to help now plant is fine storm is just mental and while it has dps it is kind of hardly worth it and yeah second on the plant/dark it is just an amazing secondary well rounded to do just about anything
