  1. Blaze and Inferno. I would put the proc in Blaze.
  2. On corruptors I split the Superior Scouring Blast set to have 3 pieces each in two powers for 2x the 10% recharge bonus (plus another 10% from Superior Malice of the Corruptor).
  3. You can also get the same Charged Armor in Electrical Mastery, with differences in the other powers. You lose the En resistance for an extra 1.75% S/L resistance. The other powers in the set are meh.
  4. Electric Armor. You can cap S/L/E resistance and get very respectable numbers against F/C/Psi. Only big hole is toxic. Completely immune to end drain and good resistance to speed/recharge debuffs.
  5. Don't put damage procs in Flash Arrow. The power normally doesn't aggro and the proc will defeat that.
  6. Flash Arrow is an autohit 15% -tohit (half unresistable) with a 35 foot radius and a 60 second duration. Slot it and you can get close to 25%. That replaces a lot of defense.
  7. So are the mobs drawn to the target also phased and made intangible, or is that only the target? Are you going to add the mechanic to enter the phased area and fight them? If you don't add that mechanic, you still have to wait for the 30 seconds to expire before you can kill the target(s).
  8. Sounds similar to Dimension Shift. I'm all for changes that make the intangibility powers useful.
  9. There's an entrance to the Vanguard base in Atlas. There's an Icon employee in the base.
  10. This is why. Kit out an /Inv with IO sets and it will really shine. Search for @Hyperstrike's Inv build templates. On the other hand, IO sets don't do much for /Regen's holes (alpha strikes/burst damage and lack of resistance to -regen). That said, /Regen will do just fine if you don't push the difficulty too much. Should have no problem soloing at +2/x3 or +3/x4.
  11. That could solve the AoE problem
  12. Also depends on you definition of "run solo without a team". Are you talking about +1/x2, +2/x4 or +4/x8? Are you talking about soloing task forces and/or AVs?
  13. Shuriken Throw (dominator) and Shuriken (weapon mastery) are essentially the same power and do T1 damage. Poison Dart and Envenomed Daggers also do T1 damage and are essentially the same other than the magnitude of the -regen. At best you could use one of them. Still need a 1.64 damage scale attack to be the T2. Set needs more AoE. The only AoE in the dominator set is Trick Shot, which is chain AoE. Explosive Shuriken only provides minimal AoE splash damage, but could be your "high" damage ST attack. Exploding Shuriken (weapon mastery) is true AoE but only has a 10-foot radius and would need to be tweaked.
  14. We already have Martial Assault for dominators, which has 4 shuriken attacks.
  15. I normally don't need to use this power at all, but when I ran ASF on Relentless, I had to keep Frostwork up on the tank during the AV fights (particularly the 12 Vanguard AVs).
  16. I'm enjoying the heck out of my Ice/Kin (currently lvl 47).
  17. AV debuff resistance is coded like this: +85% Resistance (Ranged, Melee, Area, Smashing, Lethal, Fire, Cold, Energy, Negative Energy, Psionic, Toxic, Base Defense, Endurance, ToHit, RunningSpeed, PerceptionRadius, Regeneration, Recovery, Accuracy, RechargeTime) (self only) on activate until caster defeated Acid Arrow provides this: -40% Resistance (Endurance, ToHit, Regeneration, Recovery, RechargeTime, EnduranceDiscount) (all affected targets) for 45s It reduces the debuff resistance from 85% to 45% for the six bolded attributes.
  18. Same thing in "Test out your clones" mission from Leonard.
  19. Running the Dean MacArthur arc on my Rad Blast/Rad Armor sentinel. In the 2nd mission "Track Down Your Clone", my clone was Rad Blast/Rad Emission. Didn't show up in the combat log, but clone definitely hit me with Radiation Infection, as my tohit chance dropped to 50%.
  20. It only debuffs defense. It debuffs resistance to all the others and adds resistance to healing. See below for CoD (these are defender numbers). -25% Base Defense (all affected targets) for 45s -40% Resistance (Endurance, ToHit, Regeneration, Recovery, RechargeTime, EnduranceDiscount) (all affected targets) for 45s +40% Resistance (Heal Dmg) (all affected targets) for 45s Ice Arrow also debuffs the strength of the foe's secondary power effects (and ignores resistance): -67.05% Heal Dmg, Absorb, Endurance, RunningSpeed, FlyingSpeed, Confused, Terrorized, Held, Immobilized, Stunned, Sleep Strength (all affected targets) for 60s -67.05% Ranged, Melee, Area, Smashing, Lethal, Fire, Cold, Energy, Negative Energy, Psionic, Toxic, Base Defense, ToHit Strength (all affected targets) for 60s
  21. Not sure what you're referring to. There are no Centaurs in the game. Cyclops? Centurion? If you're referring to teleport (was that added in page 3?), orange inspirations provide 100% teleport resistance for their duration. Several of the armor sets (Electric, Energy) have teleport protection. The Gladiator's Armor and Shield Wall sets have unique IOs that provide teleport protection.
  22. There are several IO sets that grant endurance discount as a set bonus. Unbreakable Guard grants 2.5% with 2 pieces and Preventative Medicine and Reactive Defenses each grant 3.75% with 5 pieces. (Annihilation grants 3% with 5 pieces, but that's a ranged AoE set.) Getting several of these into your build can go a long way.
  23. I suspect it's not Singularity's Repel, which is mag 6.2 kb, but its Lift, which is mag 12.5 ku.
  24. I always pick thematically. At this point I've tried 15 of the 21. BP is really good for damage, but you can't always justify summoning a giant demon. Carnies, Talons and Knives are also good. I've been underwhelmed by the radial buffs and generally go core. Whatever you do, don't get the Storm Elementals radial - a pet that runs hurricane is a bad idea. If you're not aware, there's a google sheet with pictures and lists of all the powers. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tmuk9Jf-NxhSE2P1RB6wRtn-qUDvwqpV_10B9QAAinE/edit?usp=sharing The most unobtrusive are Robotic Drones and Polar Lights. They're also 100% ranged, so less likely to get squashed in melee.
