  1. I have plenty of familiarity with the subject. I have level 50 mind controllers and doms here and on live. I also have multiple other doms and controllers, here and on live. Which is why I'm qualified to say I find Mass Confusion boring. This is an open forum. Opposing opinions are allowed.

  3. The bolded is such a false a assumption it has to be a joke part of the post. Plenty of folks play their maxed out level 50s nearly every day. I see them around in tfs, regular missions and even in yes, AE. You have some strange ideas that don't jive with the the reality of the game. Also no to anything that has to do with pvp.

  7. My opinion is that Domination is fine as is. Doms' don't need much as compared to say Sentinals.

  10. I actually find Mass Confusion boring as hell. I skip it every single time. There are better powers for my dom to take. And no lowering the recharge would not make me take it ever. If there was an option for a pet for mind, I'd take that over Mass Confusion. Not every thing is about most optimal. To each their own. If there was a choice to get rid of Mass Confusion and give Mind an actual pet, I'd agree with the devs making that choice.
  11. I've actually tried those too besides the stalker ones. I didn't feel much difference in the incarnate trials. /shrug.

  13. I've. . . . never had an issue building on maintaining fury even on fast teams. But I can see how this and the others stated would be helpful.
  14. I don't know, of the list the only one that I was aware of how game changing it was, was the stalker one. The rest in your list seem meh at best.

  16. You mean you should do this on TEST right? Cause other than asking folks to pool their resources or farm, that's the only way you could get folks to get the exact builds you need if you're looking for exact set bonuses.

  18. This is a good idea and good setup. Though I'm sure others can see some tweaks. With that said if there ever a large change that would require testing like this, you would need a whole lot more testers focused on this to test all those parameters. I can't see this being accomplished easily (when I say easy, I mean in time that shorter than the heat death of the sun) in a closed beta, since folks (both testers and our volunteer dev team) have actual lives and jobs. 😛 In an Open beta . . .maybe. As to my joke above, two months of testing like this for a said change that would cause it to be necessary is reasonable. 6 months to a year isn't. This is part of my concern why I think large balance changes are not a good idea. Targeted changes (which HC has been focused on) are better.

  23. Give folks the options for tf requirements and regular content difficulty so that they can make the content as hard (or even easier if they choose to go the opposite direction) as they want. This would include an option to remove the aggro cap from a mission.
  24. Good lord this pet is incredible! never knew it was that good. The puffy glow ball has now replaced imps as my favorite pet. LOL
  25. Judgement IS restricted. Incarnates cannot be used below 45. All the other things that come from set IOs in many instances aren't, especially when we are referring to balance. Just responding to what was posted in the thread. ------------ From Oedipus_rex: I don't want to get into a fight with anyone about the Incarnate system, but other than the Alpha slot I find it same-y and less exciting. It's not just about power inflation, for me it's about the fact that I spent all this energy picking out a build and crafting it just for every character to end up with same-y temp powers. Judgment recharges in 90 seconds so on a team of 8 it fires every 12 seconds. It just holds no more attraction for me. I've become a soloist and since I can solo more to my taste on a private server where I make the rules, I spend a lot more time there than in public servers. None of this is the Homecoming team's fault, it's what the were left with. I wish the OG dev team had been less inclined to burn down old content to build their newest adventures.
