I have a Beam/TA blaster because I wanted something that was all ranged. I will definitely 3rd or 4th this as a great secondary for a hover blaster. The self-buffs from TA are super helpful.

After we do the first one successfully, I'd love to follow it up with a Hamikaze try! Where we just go straight in and ignore all the Mitos. We probably don't have the damage to do it, but it would be fun to try. If it fails, it'll only take a few minutes to find out.

Patience. Play the long game. Keep your bids solid on what you had been bidding. Place a lot of them and just wait until they complete. Eventually, your competitor will move on, I'm sure. People like that tend to play the short term. It will slow your profits for a while, but work out in the long term. The other option is, of course, crush them and their puny dreams. Use your wealth to not only outbid them, but to corner the market on this component. Unless it is one of those seeded things that the devs put a bajillion of, that is not too hard. Do this for a week or three and eventually they will get out, when they see you are serious. This is way more costly, and can backfire over the first method, but is usually a quicker fix, and certainly more satisfying.

Ah, I haven't done as many MSRs on Excel, so I guess I missed it. Spreading facts is good hero stuff!

Utter nonsense. Even if stealth did work in combat, which is doesn't, why do we need the Rikti to see us? I have never seen a call for this. What server/shard are you seeing this on? Tell them this is a ridiculous myth and to stop repeating it. This is the issue. Too many auras can really rape a low-quality system. I used to see this called out sometimes. But, more recently, people just tell the complainer to turn down their graphics settings. Nowadays, most people know to do that, anyway. The other issue I have heard is that it obscures player sight. As in, the person sitting in the chair literally cannot see targets on their screen. Nobody knows why this is important in a tab-targeting game, but for some reason it freaks some people out.

ALL the fire!

Ah, that is very helpful, thank you!

Wait a minute. I did not know that Momentum also cut down the cast time. I play a TW brute for a while and it never seemed to make a difference. I guess I just did not notice it. Now I might have to go revive it. Just in time for the nerf, of course.

So, first of all, I'm glad Tankers finally got a decent challenge going like the Scrappers' Pylon thread. I never liked the Pylon challenge for tankers because it does not properly test all of their mettle. I have a F^3 that I am hoping to try on this weekend. Any recommendations on Incarnates are welcome. I should probably respec out of the Fire Epic, too, but I want to start with that to keep her "pure." Plenty of free respecs, so I might try different combos depending on how it goes. Those poor kids need all the help they can get...

Mmmm... Can you post your build?

Great shot! It is also important to point out that we also did it without a full league! I think we had about 36? That makes it even more of a feat!

All Tanker Hami is gathering now! Must be minimum level 45. Join channel TankHQ.

Are we meeting in The Hive or at the regular spot in KR? 8pm ET, right?

Oh hey, that's good to know. I did not realize that.

Ah, this is a good bit. I had totally forgotten about doing that.

One of the many secrets that makes Fiery Aura so awesome that almost nobody knows about (I didn't until a few months ago). Something to note is that this comes permanent. Consume has a base recharge of 2m, and the buff lasts 2m. Nowadays, when I fight end-drainers, I open with it, if it is up. One thing to note is that there is no buff icon for this in your buff indicator bar.

I also recommend 1) Something to drink (probably strong) 2) An empty cup (we might be there a while) 4) Snacks. 5) Tissues. 6) Spare mouse. 7) UPS. 😎 Cookies for everyone.

I mean, I get it. Gravity is an excellent primary. Most of the other primaries feel "mushy" compared to it. And if you do not like "confuse" as a control (like I don't), that reduces your choices even more. That being said, I'm not sure what you are looking for in another set. Either Ice or Stone is pretty "hard" when it comes to non-confuse controls, though both are going to do less damage. Plant can power through stuff mainly due to Seeds and Creepers, but you will probably want a fairly defensive secondary like Cold or Dark. Illusion, just don't worry about setting up containment. Or, like someone said, take a secondary with decent controls. But, just be aware that nothing is going to remotely play like Gravity.

Nor I with Fiery Armor.

Is it possible to confuse the witches in Katie Hannon?

This is the great secret uber trick of Elec control. And you kinda don't need to include anything else in the guide. Sleep the group, run onto them and stand there a few seconds and they are all done. One note, be careful what you proc in Conductive Aura. I mistakenly put in a damage proc, and that wakes them up, of course. Had to go back and fix that. One other note, Sapping is really only useful solo, so when building to sap, make sure you have other tools for when you participate in teams.

Stop other PvPers from being a**holes. Or rather, run PvP events where the a**holes are not allowed. That's the main thing. Teach the newbies. Have coaches. Play with sportsmanship. Same thing as if you were putting together a community soccer league or something. What this probably means is managed PvP tournaments. Regular practices. Regular teams. Rules about sportsmanship. You know, like actual sports. And, I know most PvPers are just fine and play with proper respect and sportsmanship, but I honestly don't give a flip about that, so don't bring that stupid argument at me. Not when the minority can ruin it for so many players.

This is the clear best answer. No reason not to kill the End blaster first. And they are usually pretty wimpy. But, I'll tell you a secret, Consume gives the caster massive end drain resistance for 2 minutes.
