    it happens. more often in some game play than others. is it rampant? no. is it egregious? no. **exception to rampant=no (baby storms, its likely part of the learning curve. just wait for wind blast) sound effects associated with some powers are more easily recognized. repeated application of a less-than-helpful strategy.. is painful to watch.

    Interesting. I definitely see bad Stalkers. (I'm fairly judgmental of my brethren) Tanks.. okay if they are doing some heavy sponging I am obliged to play to their preference. Knockback, maybe I give folks using it willy-nilly too much benefit of the doubt. I assume inexperience or don't know different. (even at high levels)

    I for one can't wait until Knockback does additional damage based on the new velocity formula. Folks will have to decide on KD with less additional damage or giant KBs doing amaze damage. Knockback haters be like "knockback again?!!!!!!...     as in get from a in game reward drop? the balance would remain at the cap. (player would lose out on any earned over the cap) similar to having a full inspiration tray and another would have filled a spot if available. get from the market? player would often be unable to claim any over the cap and get a message indicating same. note: the market is known to glitch at caps and a player could lose some. it would be a great Easter egg if something interesting happened.

    Like.. get rid of Dual Blades, Katana, Broad Sword, Dual Pistols, Shield? I am intrigued by how this would work. I am definitely a fan of having options.

    Likely in the works and a welcome addition for all weapon/non-weapon powersets. Now if only animations were the issue with Ice Armor..
