  1. I don't want to threadjack (too late I'm sure), but my Dr. Green Jeans was a descendent of Capt. Kanga's sidekick. Every parent wants their children and children's children to have good opportunities and to pursue their dreams, so no pressure was applied to follow his steps as a farmer.
  2. SHE has an advanced degree in Robotics.
  3. I have a Dr. Green Jeans in my stable.
  4. I don't do much puggery, it has to be less than 1% of game time where I've joined a team without knowing beforehand at least who the leader was, even if the leader may not know me. I have found though, in those experiences, that pure pugs offer a better chance at a sense of contribution. Like, the team didn't wipe due to my actions as an example. On the other hand it's the only time I've been berated by a teammate and I ain't got time for that.
  5. Null shows who you have remaining, so... perhaps you already have the badge?
  6. Thanks! That second to last table is exactly what I was looking for.
  7. I'll take a shot in the dark here... I did search the forums and didn't find what looked to be answer, but I was wondering if anyone had, or knew of, a tool (like a Google Sheet) that laid out in an easy to follow format what was required for all of the invention badges. The type of data I'm looking is attached. I've just begun on my badger and it's more than a little cumbersome as is, alt-tabbing out from the game to the Wiki and all that.
  8. Slightly? You're too kind. 135 degrees vs 30.
  9. I'll be honest, I don't like tanks but I play everything to have hands-on experience with everything. I did like my SR/Claws though and I give it a 👍. For encounters with hi to-hit (e.g. tower buffed LR, Rularuu) it took a little more preparation than some other tanks might but it never felt overmatched even in those +to-hit situations. It certainly gets my vote for "best leveling tank" as you're soft-capped, what, in your late teens? I remember early 20s having 45+ def to all positions. I'm a huge fan for Claws as a Tank melee. It's not just because of the st/aoe balance, but ranged options make it so taunt doesn't have to be your first option to get an enemy's attention who is whaling away on a squish.
  10. Speedrun.com has a page for Homecoming. You can check that for ITF and any other.

    Def vs Res

The notion upthread of "no such thing as cascading resistance debuffs" raised an eyebrow as my recollection was different so I exed to 29 on an Elec tanker and went to St. Martial to gather up some Wailers who most definitely stack resistance debuffs, all around level 31-33. I'm not going to do the line item accounting on this, but starting from 85% resists, almost 100% res debuffs resulted in an ending resists of 77.98%. I've attached the screenshot of the combat attributes. I also found this in the Wiki with this notable phrase: "there can be no cascading resistance failures" Complete article here: https://hcwiki.cityofheroes.dev/wiki/Resistance_(Mechanics)#Resistance_to_Resistance_Debuffs
  12. This is more "drive by feedback" than a thorough review, just some things that stuck out at a glance. * Earthquake doesn't knock BACK, it's .67 mag and therefore knock down, unless you're fighting lower levels or odd mobs weak to kb (like Clockwork). * Stalagmites includes a knock BACK proc. So when you open with this you will have random aoe mob scatter. You'll be much better served by the ATO set Will of the Controller. It has both the recharge and range bonuses but with even better numbers. * Infrigidate, Benumb and Heat Loss all require to-hit checks. Though both this primary and secondary have a wealth of -def, the mobs you really want to hit (higher level AVs) will resist these -def debuffs. So Benumb needs an Accuracy and +5 it for good measure. Benumb takes no sets but Infigidate and HL both do and you can work in Acc with those. * Hasten and Heat Loss would have sufficient recharge with 2 lvl 50 IOs that are +5ed (I always just +4 them since this puts you well into ED but conventional wisdom says +5). That's what stands out at a glance. Other thoughts, with less urgency. * You can get ranged def and more "internal" recharge (recharge within the power, not global) using Artillery instead of Pacing of the Turtle in Sleet. * I used other pieces of LotG to give some regen and hp bonuses without sacrificing the enh provided. * You're not really chasing toxic/psi resists, so I'd take out an Unbreakable Constraint and use a proc. Apoc would be nice. * Expedient Reinforcements for Stoney gives ranged def AND recharge bonus. * Infrigidate is a great home for procs. I took whatever free slots I had and moved to this power for procs. * Ranged Def is very high at this point, I'd steal some of that and move it to recharge. There's more, but g2g.
  13. I found a couple of images I shared in one of the Discord channels I belong to where I combined a lvl 50 HO with a lvl 48 titan-O. This was posted on May 24, 2020. Notice this was when combining created "+" levels. Combining HOs (and SHOs obviously) with Titan-Os and Hydra-Os continued to work after the change to create 51 rather than 50+. I didn't take any screenshots at that point in time because it had been established you could combine these but I did continue combining them immediately after that particular change, just no screenies taken. If someone was having trouble combining these before, I'm guessing they were trying to combine dissimilar attributes (an Acc/Dmg HO with a Acc/Mez Titan-O, for example).
  14. I've been doing badging recently, specifically Villain Accomplishments through flashback. I just did Dr. Grave's first arc and the star holder got "Dark Heart" and the second account did not. I'm going to assume the same is true for the other 2 accomplishments he gives for other level bands. So I'm going to add: Dark Heart Blackened Soul* Face of Evil* *These two I have not seen first hand, but I'm assuming they follow the pattern of the first part of Graves' arc to only reward mission owner. Most of the examples listed above, like saving Detective Hopp, I can understand because only the mission owner can interact with him. Dr. Graves' arc doesn't seem to have that same restriction. By that I mean I was able to interact with all the NPCs and click glowies with my 2nd toon (non star holder).
  15. I don't lead big leagues, but as a "consumer" I'd sure love to see that annoying bug fixed where, from the league list, it looks like you're a team but if you click the "team" tab you see that you're not on a team.
  16. Overwhelming Force is something I slot at lvl 10 in the minion pets because it's excellent mitigation for an immature build. I tend to unslot it eventually (but not always) when I'm better able to keep pets alive.
  17. I'll add a 4) that's altruistic with a smidgen of self-interest thrown in. The altruistic part is to add supply to the market so newer, or players just otherwise looking for good prices, can have items available. The self-interest part is to provide converters (players who convert, not the salvage) the recipes they need so they can provide a supply of "good stuff" that I'll end up wanting to buy. My ask prices are geared to the former, I'm a-ok if the latter end up with the items. Ultimately the marginal utility Yomo referenced is, for me, the biggest factor. Let's just say I've sold 10,000 recipes all at a "loss" of 7,000 inf, meaning I sold for 3,000 on AH where vendor would have offered 10k. As a ratio of net worth, that's a percentage of a percentage for a good number of folks.
  18. Both secondaries have remarkably similar effects - mitigation via aborb and resists. A funky heal. A stationary patch where you and your minions should be. A damage/to-hit buff. You could go point-by-point and perhaps make arguments in both directions. If either is advantageous to the other one, it's not by much. To me, it would boil down to - "I've played nature, I haven't played elec" so I'd choose EA in this case. There's no wrong choice.
  19. Based on my "feels", which I hate to resort to as a data driven guy, Zombie invasion XP seems to be miniscule, certainly compared to any other type of invasion. I try to get my badges and move on.
  20. I'm 100% with you that LFG should reflect levels accurately, just like it should reflect correct merit rewards (looking at you Katie). The max level was changed by SCORE, post NCSoft. paragonwiki (the one reflecting shutdown) shows the max is 44 https://archive.paragonwiki.com/wiki/Dr._Quaterfield. New wiki shows 45. These are correct. LFG is not.
  21. I'm dittoing everything Grouchy said. I can say with certainty on some teams I was leading and completing my missions that teammates of the same level that were completing the same missions cooperatively were getting more xp for mission completion bonus. Same diff setting too. I too remember this being brought up before and I thought it was in the bug forums, but I couldn't find it in 2 minutes and didn't want to dedicate more time to it.
  22. I've seen it mentioned more than once by more than one poster so it's worth noting - there is no -1 on a TF. You can set it to -1 but the actual tf minimums are 0. You may seeing lower leveled mobs due to level shifts or in a few instances missions that are, for whatever reason, front loaded with lower levels (the Scout mission for Numina comes to mind).
  23. I store the common and uncommon salvage needed to craft the most important base empowerments buffs that I need. That way I don't have to pop in and out of the base to buy from /ah if I join a team ready to begin a tf yet my base empowerment buffs have expired so I need a quick refresh.
  24. I do want to note that this technique doesn't show attuned only IOs - e.g. Winter or ATOs since those don't have recipes.
  25. The buff is called "Grant Invisibility"
