  1. Glad is worked although its not a perfect fix.
  2. I haven't checked but does /noparticle 1 help? (/no particle 0 to turn them back on).
  3. ^ This right here. To the OP, If the proposed suggestion were implemented, characters would be weaker overall until they got to the point that Generic IO's scaled high enough to surpass them, The overall suggestion doesn't really add anything to the game. Also SO's are already dirt cheap considering that you can convert a few reward merits into converters and sell them on AH. Even using the Double XP, its pretty easy to outfit a toon with SO's using no outside influence that isn't generated from the character. It just takes a little work, but the notion of work seems counter to your interests.
  4. A couple months late, but this is pretty interesting stuff. Numbers are fun to munch.
  5. I slotted Toroidal with Steadfast and Gladiator + defense procs, and 4 unbreakable's as I built mine with soft capped melee defense, high res, and HP cap. I haven't had a need for a PT or PS proc there. I do have a PS proc in Stamina which I stuck in there out of habit, but I'm not even sure that is necessary. As far as healing, I have life drain slotted for heal, as a means to top me off if I need.
  6. So the benefit of having a minor Covid infection the last few days? My necro/marine is now 50 and fully IO'd. I deviated from my plan a bit, and ended up with all the necro and marine powers. The character is pretty damn resilient with pets having ~90 resistances to some common damage types, and me having capped res, HP, and 45% melee. I took provoke as well. I've been popping soul extraction then shoal rush/white capping into mobs, and letting the pets do their thing while I provoke mobs into tide pools. I've been keeping shifting on one of my grave knights and that works great. I did a couple pug TFs yesterday and a couple people told me they were going to roll a necro/marine after the TF. Otherwise I've largely been playing +2x8 on missions so far, and probably can go to +4, but I'm going to craft my Alpha today, likely muscular radial, and then dial it up. Otherwise work on the accolades. The two sets definitely have some good synergy together.
  7. I'll echo the sentiment of if you're running the team you set the rules. I've had people go and get a new costume before to fit a theme for a team that ended up becoming a super team over a few sessions before.
  8. However.....Dark Empowerment should probably get the ability to slot accurate healing IO's/sets as the healing power that Grave Knights and Liches get is Siphon Life.

I'd recommend Bio. Its really fun. Willpower is alright too, but I gravitate towards builds with more complexity.
  10. I just threw together a build last night, haven't played it yet, but I'm planning on 6 slotting Gaussian in there. It looks like it gets 0.6% tohit per enemy up to 16 enemies, so that's 9.6% tohit before slotting. I figure it would have an interaction like how the gaussian proc plays in tactics having a chance to proc off those affected as well but I can't confirm.
  11. I enjoy sonic assault on my arsenal/sonic domi. The -resistance stacks nicely. It ended up being a nice team based domi. I personally play symphony control as a symphony/dark assault domi which is pretty sustainable for general content but not flashy. That toon pretty much gets used for Hami Raids.
  12. I had one that I ultimately rerolled to an ice/ice/ice dom. I love poison, and honestly poison was the selling point of the combo. Ice control provides decent mitigation, but it's pretty end heavy due to artic air and does minimal damage. World of confusion is also only an 8-foot pbaoe, so it doesn't really help much. I'd replace psi mastery with either: leviathan or ice, but probably leviathan for a waterspout and coralax for more damage and you then have hibernate to heal/recover end.
  13. Broadsword hasn't changed in a long time. Invuln had slight updates a year or so ago to give it some psi resistance. You can probably find an invuln build after those changes and just swap the attacks to broadsword and get a pretty good basis. Taking a slice at making a build yourself can be pretty rewarding, and you can post it back here for feedback and tips on how to improve.
  14. As someone with 3 necro MM's already, probably my favorite MM primary...I was curious about necro/marine after reading this post so last night I booted up mids since I don't have much marine experience (only some from testing a while ago)...and the numbers look damn good. Given my in-depth experience with necro, I think the two would likely pair well together. So tonight I'll be rolling my 4th necro MM.
  15. Victory/Paragon aren't new servers.
  16. I keep a box of 96 crayons and some Bourbon on standby for when some marine buddies swing by to watch a game. Us army guys stick to the liquor and eat pizza/wings. I have canned sardines for my navy friends. And I don't have any air force friends as I don't have the channel that ballet is on.
  17. Well for soloists, those team buffs can be thought of as self buffs that also affect any other people you might have on a team afk with you.
  18. Just saw this article about the Intel chips... https://www.tomshardware.com/pc-components/cpus/intel-cpu-instability-crashing-bug-includes-65w-and-higher-skus-intel-says-damage-is-irreversible-no-planned-recall
  19. I'm sitting on a 10th i9 in my 4 year old machine ATM. I almost bought a new machine a couple months ago before hearing about Intel's issues. I only held off because I figured Nvidia is going to be releasing the 5000 series probably around Christmas for a 4th quarter stock run, so I might as well wait if I'm going to drop a couple grand.
  20. I thought I had read the issue was specific to 13th/14th gen i9's. I hadn't seen any mention of i7's. I could be wrong though.
  21. Primal earth version of Anti Matter is Positron. He's not in the Keyes Trials.
  22. Welcome. Please hang your jacket up over there, and you get two free tickets that can be redeemed for beer.
  23. Blue side I enjoy....story arcs from: Hollows, Faultline, Striga Isle, Croatoa, First Ward, Night Ward. The Who Will Die arcs, Freaklympics, Shining Stars, the Ouros arcs and TFs, Cimerora story arcs, and also Vanguard stuff. Red side, I actually dig all the patron arcs. Goldside, I like the diverging branches of the story lines there as well. I feel people don't play them enough to be honest.
  24. Time to enjoy ntue masses getting murdered by the minotaur from the safety of......
  25. Iirc, that was prior to Enhancement Diversification that came in i6 and served as a use case for why ED was necessary. @Duuk regarding your proposal, at end game there would be no difference, however it would likely affect game balance while leveling up. I'm not outright opposed to the suggestion, but I would want to see it in a testing environment before making a final recommendation as to whether the idea has or doesn't have merit IMO.
