  1. it’s a very minor change as in many builds will not have to change at all. Try it out.
  2. It's not. Barely at all. Non-Physical Defense (for those sets that have it) may be slightly more valuable than before. Very slightly.

  4. Same as it ever was: People are totally aware that capping just S/L making them nearly unkillable was obviously broken. They are complaining that their clearly OP toy is being taken away.
  5. Again, this only affects a few attacks and a few enemy groups. It’s NOT in fact a wholesale redesign of how defense works as some have suggested. It does not across the board make everything harder.
  6. yes it’s a very very small reduction in player choice but it is an excellent exchange because in return you get to do everything else you need to do for the first few seconds and then the toggles come on automatically without having to spend their animation time. It is a buff in all but a few rare circumstances.

  8. In the new build we're at 5 seconds. I'm sure many of us would love it to be less, and there are arguments to be made for 3s or 4s, but I think 5s is tolerable. Keep in mind that during the suppression time you can be attacking, using click powers, hitting inspirations, or MOVING instead of being stuck in toggle animations.

  13. attack my target does take your pets out of bodyguard mode. Only follow, go to, and stay keep the pets in bodyguard mode when in defensive as well.
  14. how you look is literally the most important thing in the entire game, to a lot of us. So, no, it doesn’t seem like a lot of extra work for such an excellent feature.

  16. I think design wise it has to be in Eclipse. It can't be earlier than 20. For PBs it's in Light Form, with the balance point being that LF has no Psi resist and Eclipse does. I'm suggesting just balancing them by making them the same in those aspects.
  17. Because of its position in the different sections of the patch notes the following new note from the latest build is slightly unclear: All Player Attack powers now use two attack types. All attacks will have up to one Positional defense and one Type defense it will check against. Does THIS change any player Mind Control, Illusions, or Fortunata powers that didn't already use two attack types?
  18. oh yea, my mistake, they were talking about PvP. I think Light Form should have Psi res and I think WS Eclipse should have 3 points of mez protection.
  19. I question the PB psi res being in the toggle. It should be in Light Form, so that it's useful when in Dwarf.
  20. personally, I think the combination of a Slight rebalance and the addition of hard mode content sufficiently solves the problem.

  22. It doesn’t always work. Sometimes you just enter and exit and you get it, sometimes you have to beat the mission, sometimes you just hang around for a while and you get it. It seems pretty random.
