  1. Recently added this pair: The Above (peacebringer with bright white power effects and hard to look at Spectrum costume in bright white with glow) Nun of the Above (illusion/sonic controller) in white & gold nun habit.
  2. There's something about the Resistance shoulders having a glow to it, I think, that makes that one tougher to incorporate. But why weren't the Post-Apocalypse shoulders added?
  3. The muck men are minions, I think. Replacing the minions with AV level tentacles is probably not what's being suggested here. I suspect that the proposed change is simply to replace the muck man models with tentacle models but otherwise have no change in the behavior or power level of the creatures in the final brawl of the trial. They'd be like soft appendages of the tougher AVs at the center, flailing about in an effort to distract players from the task of killing the big heads.
  4. I have a few nun characters now. I recently posted Sinn, a necro/pain mastermind. I think she and Blister might be a better match.
  5. Nun of the Above Illusion Control / Sonic Resonance Controller Now, since I also have the name The Above, I need to make the avatar of her worship. I'm thinking maybe a Peacebringer...
  6. Not sure what else might be missing, but I noticed that Post-Apocalyptic 1 and 2 are missing from shoulders options when going into Asymmetrical mode.

  8. Dynamo Shield Energy Melee / Shield Defense Scrapper She also has a combat aura of Electricity (fists) to supplement the glowing pom-poms of energy melee.

  10. That last statement doesn't track. Conjure weapons or hard energy constructs with your mind... manipulate foes from a distance... sheer mental fortitude... usage of hand gestures justified. Nope, definitely not "justified." Not unjustifiable... it works within a specific character concept (Psylocke), but the idea isn't that Psionic Melee should be changed to exclude these animations, it's that alternate low movement animations should also be an option.
  11. Nemesis staff deals smashing damage and has a hell of a knockback. Proposed "Lightwand" deals straight up energy damage on par with the Blackwand's negative damage. I offered the suggestion as a thematic alternative to darkness based attack. I'm certainly not against additional ideas, but I'm not sure what would be a good fit for a mutant based equipment power as the prestige powers are pretty much equipment based (magic axe, magic sand, magic wand, tech staff). In addition to trying to expand the options, I was also trying to maintain whatever balance exists with the original powers by expanding the choices without giving more power variation... as in, no healing or buff/debuff effects... just damage effects comparable to the existing choices.

  13. Not just for the melee sets, please. Fire blast got this treatment with the Fire Breath attack was given an alternate from the hand animation... but fiery melee Breath of Fire remains a breath weapon animation only. There are elemental melee attacks in the blaster and dominator secondaries that could also use the weapon/no weapon treatment.

  16. Besides, if it were just for screenshots, worry about what was available by AT wouldn't have mattered. I could have just created any AT with battle axe as a powerset option.
