How are you guys RP'ing Thugs MM??

I'm trying to find a name that doesn't sound evil, and i want to RP a Thugs MM.  What are some of the names you guys are using ??

Mine thugs is Thugs/Poison.  It is one of my Skunk Man variants.    The Poison covers the "skunk" part.   The thugs are old friends from his home town who help him out and keep the streets safe from evil.   If things get really rough, then the call goes out and the entire neighborhood shows up (gang war).    The powerset may be called Thugs, but they are really neighborhood heroes.

 

You can also do a parent who's sons wanted to go and fight crime.  However the parent couldn't stand to see their kids endangered all of the time and be out on their own.  So the parent suited up and joined in.

IC, the boys are her band. (They're all named after jazz musicians-)

My Thugs/Time MM is a former assistant to Dr. Aeon who swiped the Temporal Deflector designs from his desk while bringing him coffee.  She photocopied them and perfected the design in her spare time, then used it to rewrite past events to steer her ex-boyfriends into a life of crime, then blackmail them to serve her.

 

Her name is ForgetMeNot, and she's a rogue (I don't do morally unambiguous).  An absolute beast too, solo or teamed.

Streamer girl who's really incompetent and constantly getting in to trouble or hurting herself, so a bunch of her viewers ran off to basically shadow her constantly and keep her safe like some kind of Penelope Pitstop Anthill Mob x Mr Magoo situation where she isn't even fully aware what they're doing.

My MM is the granddaughter of Michael Woodman, principal of Buchanan Highschool. Thugs are called, "The Sweathogs." Named them after the characters from the Welcome Back Kotter TV show. Thugs are Kotter and De LaBarre, Arsonist is Horshack. Enforcers are Washington and Epstein. The Bruiser is Barbarino. 

I want to somehow bind a phrase to each pet, so that they say it when using a certain power. Like Barbarino would say, "Up your nose with a rubber hose," when using KO Blow. Horshack would say, "Ooohh, ooohh, ooohh! Hellooohhhh. How are ya?" when using Fire Bomb. Haven't gotten around to researching it yet.

I haven't fully fleshed her out, but my Thugs/ElecAff MM is a hero. 

There we go, had a pic of her bio. I see I refer to them as her thugs, but I may end up changing that. Essentially, they're kind of a rough and tumble group any baddies might not want to mess with, but spend their time when not fighting crime volunteering in homeless shelters and such. As a tech origin, Bunnie is also quite adept with gadgets (which is how I imagine her using her ElecAff powers).

Ugh so many don't know what to choose here....

 

Thugs/Storm = Sons of Anarchy's Gemma Teller

Thugs/Time = Stay Classy (Ron Burgandy, thugs are his co-hosts + Dr. Kenneth Noisewater and The Octagon)

Thugs/Traps = Honeypot, an undercover police woman + her thugs she's attracted

Thugs/Cold = Dead Corrado and the Soprano's cew

Thugs/Kinetics = Ponyboy and his posse of Outsiders

 

Basically, I "borrow" inspiration from various 1+6 gangs in film and media.

Katabeatrix is my Thugs/Storm/Mu. She's a former Outcast and her thugs are low level mutants with useless or minimally effective combat mutations.

I have a Thugs/Sonic MM who's a punk rocker in a travelling band.  Her thugs are her bandmates and they solve crimes ala Josie and the Pussycats.  The T1 thugs are band staff, Enforcers are the Guitarist and Bassist while the Bruiser is obviously the Drummer.  Meanwhile my actual character is the vocalist with her Sonic powers.  Bonus points for taking Mace Mastery and also giving me access to an Axe with the Celestial...Mace customization.

Thugs/Traps (my first 50 on Live): A gang initiate who got ratted out by her fellow members and spent her time in Jail not only recruiting her own gang but learning and applying battlefild tactics and gadgets to become a Super Gang Leader.

 

Thugs/Poison: An Science experiment from Crey that was incorrectly disposed of and found by some hooligans.  After they became sick and died from the natural poisons corsing through her the leaders raised her to be their most powerful member.

 

Thugs/Sonic:  A Classic Diva who uses "Local Talent" to remove any competition and potential "usurpers" to her top spot at the Opera!

 

Thugs/Trick Arrow : Classic Robyn Hood trope.

 

That's just half my Thug army.... I have a major Alt-ists problem.

Suzy Homewrecker maintains an iron grip on her gang of street thugs.  Using a dangerous combination of potent narcotics and the black arts, she experiments on her ‘toys’ to enhance their abilities, and thus their usefulness to her.  They become totally devoted to her every command, ready to die for her slightest whim.  She is the giver of their pain, and the angel of their destruction.

 

Suzy tends to burn through her minions quickly, sometimes ordering them to undertake suicidal actions for the fun of watching them suffer.  She is constantly grabbing replacements from any men she passes on the streets, erasing their wills, and pressing them into her gang to serve until they die.  No one is safe when Suzy is on the prowl.

 

If her appetite for mayhem and destruction could be curbed, her powerful abilities would allow her to become a potent force on the Rogue Isles.  As it is, before she can raise a army strong enough to challenge existing authority, she sends it to destruction for her short-term gratification.

Two concepts I had were:

 

Yancy Street, Thugs/Sonic.  An unscrupulous developer is partially successful in demolishing a well beloved apartment complex, resulting in a zeitgeist merging with the ruins and a pair of blue shorts to create a roaring orange stone elemental to help the residents protect their home.  When they hear it, they know what time it is.

This P.C.U. Adjunct Professor was unpleasant to be around even before she was exposed to Shivan radiation and the Will of the Earth. Now she is a radical ecoterrorist with the power to shapeshift into a super-simian form. She took refuge in the Etoile Isles after she publicly executed a weakened superhero as a message from the Hamidon.

She still lectures from the Cap au Diable campus, but now her course syllabus includes Arson, Gang Warfare, and 21st Century Revolutions. She often takes her most promising students on field trips for extra credit.

 When work told me I was getting reassigned to lead a biker group.  Well I am not ashamed to say... I squeeled.... I got this neat new biker outfit to fit in. Cool boots huh. They even gave me some cool prop guns. Did I mention I get a lair? and minions. My own minions! IM SO GANGSTA RAWR!!!!
