Heck I made a couple of characters to capitalize on specific power tweaks a good while back, and now they’re just gathering dust. Mind Control: Rename TK to Mind Warp and make it an AoE disorient. TK is NOT mind control. Savage: Make Hemo worth taking. Its lackluster ST damage is unacceptable for a T8 and routinely skipped by players. More ATOs. Defenders get bonuses to healing because that meme can't die soon enough. How about making buffs/debuffs better, mez protection, etc? Psionic Melee: Make Insight fun. Top 10 Most Fun 50s. 1. Without Mercy: Claws/ea Scrapper. 2. Outsmart: Fort 3.
