queued as well. First time ever.

So... this is a good thing?

Absolutely! More players = larger community = possibly more $ donated = more development = game longevity = win

It's a beautiful sight, and this is just one of two Atlas Parks running at the moment.  I'm not even including shots of other hubs like Talos or Pocket D.

Perhaps a host of people were waiting for Homecoming to be officially recognized as legit?  Or maybe it is just readers who saw the news break.

I think this is always the case for a lot of players.

You see this happen with things like EQ's Project 1999 getting massively popular once it was operating in an Official Capacity rather than something that might disappear in the blink of an eye from a C&D.

Speaking of plenty of room with no lag or queues, have you heard about Indomitable?

This feels like January 2nd at the gym. Give it a week or two and things will settle down and (hopefully) queues will be gone. If not, well there's always <checks notes> I believe it's called Abominable?

Sky-Hawke: Rad/WP Brute

Alts galore. So...soooo many alts.

Originally Pinnacle Server, then Indomitable and now Excelsior

What does Indomitable mean?

Let's break it down.

In - domi - table:

In: negates, cannot, eg.  Incredible

domi: rule over, eg dominate or dominator

table: flat surface to place items, eg. uhh . . . table

Therefore, it means either that their dominators don't have tables, or that they cannot dominate tables (possibly because they are under them).  More study is required.

I see you are new to Homecoming.

The $ donated per month are to meet set amounts. The total incoming $ can't go over that set amount. The donation window closes when the target $ amount is reached.

$ donated have no impact on development. The DEVs aren't paid.

If someone posts a reply quoting me and I don't reply, they may be on ignore.

(It seems I'm involved with so much at this point that I may not be able to easily retrieve access to all the notifications)

Some players know that I have them on ignore and are likely to make posts knowing that is the case.

But the fact that I have them on ignore won't stop some of them from bullying and harassing people, because some of them love to do it. There is a group that have banded together to target forum posters they don't like. They think that this behavior is acceptable.

Ignore (in the forums) and /ignore (in-game) are tools to improve your gaming experience. Don't feel bad about using them.
