  5. I call this one "Blood from a Stone". With all but Cold Resist maxed (and that at 86.8%), you can kinda understand why. You could snag another 1% by going Resilient instead of Cardiac. But I find having negligible Endurance demands preferable to Immob/ToHit boosts to powers I don't have. And notice how low the Endurance usage is compared to the Recovery.   6. Nope. On a Regen (that can mount 5x 10% +Rech, 5 LOTGs, 4 7.5's from Panacea, and an 8.75 from Preventative Medicine, you're only going to get around 20 seconds. Blowing a T4 Spiritual will drag it down to 18 seconds. And, perhaps, on a team with massive +Rech buffing (Rads and Kins), you MIGHT see it.
  7. Yep. Group makeup makes a HUGE difference. Lots of buff and heal in the Green Machine in the center? Pets last longer. More blast-oriented? They tend to become detritus.
  8. My Stalker, Stabbitha, was my first Villain to 50. She was just so fun. DP/WP (WP is basically just "set and forget"). I generally ignored the combos.in favor of best DPS. Scrappers and Brutes are pretty much ALWAYS going to win, in the long run, general DPS. The Stalker will generally win for burst damage, but that's it. I don't generally play Bio. Not a fan of the aesthetic. Not a big fan of Dark. Then again, I LIKE looking at my costumes. SR is great for the Defense. But if something can reliably punch through it, you're an eggshell. As I said, WP is "set and forget". Just be aware that normal SO'ed WP isn't all THAT durable. Regen is okay for "twitch" gamers. Of which I haven't been one in decades (if I ever really WAS one). But you GOTTA stay on top of your combat condition or it's "I'm a god! I'm a god! I'm...kissing carpet..." Remember, healing damage is NOT mitigation. And has, generally, just enough Defense and Resistance to slow down the need for extreme measures while maintaining a decent Recharge.   11. If you're never REALLY using Charged Brawl or Chain Induction? Yeah...It'd work. Also, since you're not really looking to max out your E/N Defense, you're better off with Unbreakable Guard, rather than Reactive Armor. Superior S/L Defense award (1.56 vs 1.25) and more E/N Resist. The Def boost, though small, would allow you to strip a slot out of Weave and Maneuvers. Yank the Defense-only. And you're STILL above Soft Cap. Take those slots and slot them into Lightning Field and full-shebang Might of the Tanker. Also, the 2.5% you're getting from Mocking Beratement means jack. Go with Perfect Zinger. You get better S/L Defense out of it, vs MB, which primarily gives Melee. You had a spare slot in Lightning Clap. Yes, Lightning Clap is an okay "Get the *BLEEP!* away from me" power. But you're a fricking TANK! And one with Endurance issues, even with Power Sink. In small groups, you're going to STARVE for Endurance. Take the slot and either throw it in Health (and add Miracle +Recovery) or in Stamina and throw in a Perf Shifter: EndMod. For Energize? FRANKENSLOT! Just throw three Heal/Recharge in and call it done. Take the extra slot and do the opposite of whatever you did for the slot you stole from Lightning Clap. Toss a Blessing of the Zephyr: +4 KB Resist in. Remember, Grounded NORMALLY handles your KB fine. But Lightning Rod brings you up off the ground, making you vulnerable to KB again. Honestly I'd yank Lightning Clap (does no real damage) and just go with Hover and Afterburner for a couple more LOTG +Recharge. Or you could throw a couple more BOTZ KB Resists in. 12 points of KB should make you immune to most stuff. Or maybe split the difference at one each.   17. Put up with it? I think you've VASTLY overinvested emotionally on this. The devs didn't "leave the Defense crash out". That's revisionist history (aka LYING). The Defense crash ALWAYS WAS THERE. So if you ran Rage only single stacked, you got the Defense crash. There was simply a BUG that allowed for someone running double-stacked Rage to avoid the Defense crash. The game closed before they got around to fixing it. And yes, it's been 7 years. And you have NO idea how long that particular bug has been fixed on the SCORE server.

  23. Please elucidate how Rage "requires them to function". They're simply ONE avenue for dealing with the Rage crash. There are several to choose from. You're simply arguing that you shouldn't HAVE to deal with the crash because "you don't want to".
  24. You misunderstand. Follow Up doesn't come with a built-in +ToHit. If it lands, it provides 10% +ToHit and 30% +Damage It's essentially an attack that grants built-in Build Up effect. Recharge Time: 12s (+Hasten + Slotting down to around 5 seconds). Including activation times, the second attack will land some time AFTER 10 seconds. In which case, why are you not using Rage again, since the downtime is a mere 10 seconds? Do something auto-hit (like Taunt). Use something not affected by the Rage crash. WHATEVER. Oh wait. Again, you don't WANT TO. And the reason why I haven't answered why reduced damage (NOT "no damage") and an End crash isn't "enough" is because my answer is irrelevant. Dev intent was reduced damage, an End crash and a Defense crash. End of story. Me saying anything beyond that is as arbitrary as your reasons for NOT wanting it.
