Requiem is the ultra chocolate hardmode overhaul for Skyrim. All other uses, in *ALL* contexts have been superseded.
That's a good Bio though.
*Disclaimer: It has been suggested that if you finish a completionist run Dead is Dead Requiem playthrough you can use the word for other things again. Perhaps Rabbit. Perhaps.
Perma dull pain seems like a pain.
You'd already be shooting for perma hasten and perma rage.
Too many clicks to click is all.
Inv already is nigh unkillable before dull pain.
I was thinking this would pair very good with Super Strength since Rage isn't a very good mule for the proc.
It works good in tactics in my SR/SS - But it means having to take leadership and I hate taking leadership.
Depends on if you need the recharge to run the attack chain you want.
Since sometimes losing that slot to FFB means giving up a pretty sweet set bonus. Or not having some other proc you want.
That's why with really tough build or a lot of support Fire/ becomes such a monster
The only check on its performance normally is the risk of face planting.
I'm with Oldskool on that one.
All the sets had the same conditions. So it shows mitigation provided by actively using your primary.
Obviously some sets will benefit more from additional protections added to their builds than others. Generally those sets that were less "safe"
Think if melee could get scorpion shield a lot would take it. It would be awesome combined with resist sets like Rad or Bio
Scorpion shield for those ats that can get it has a lot of advantages.
Its relatively inobtrustive looking costume wise.
It only requires one pick to get. And its available at level 35.
And if you don't have real status resist, def is superior to resist if you can only get 1.
Everyone and their brother's sister's cousin takes maneuvers these days.
So a lot of the time you are getting +20-30% to def from the team before any support figures in.
Overall if you plan on mostly big teams you are going to kill more stuff with the Blaster.
Small teams and solo Scrapper.
With equal amounts of effort in the build and relative power set effectiveness and all that mess. A Sonic/Devices Blaster probably isn't going to kill more stuff than a TW/Bio scrapper just guessing.
Assuming that Support or Tanking is making survival not a consideration.
