  1. Right? With the absence of a sub, and a need to keep people paying to play..who cares? Oh, besides the people crying the game is broken. Although..considering how long the base tp macro has been going for...yet to see the game break.
  2. That is a fair point..but MMs already get Supremacy, teh support of their secondary and the distraction factor of all the pets. Using a single Luck on any other AT is nice. Using it on an mm, and ALL your pets getting it is gonna make them very tough. Not saying it wouldn't be nice but..I'd be more inclined to suggest than when in SUp range, pets get a % bonus of any active inspirations. The 25-50 you suggest would be a good start!
  3. Is clipping really that much off an issue? I mean..does it mess up teh game/code itself, or just visuals? Because if it is only a visual thing, there is already quite a bit of clipping with teh huge amount of costume bits we have. I'd love to be able to tweak item X, so it sits better, but I 'put up' with teh clipping because thats how things are. If someone really wants to have two back items, and knows they will clip, but can deal with it...why not let them?
  4. There is that one aura..SLime? I think? But you can set it too always one and make it green. Not quite what you are after, but close.
  5. How many GOOD enhancements, inspirations (seriously?) and infamy can a toon pre level 30 even have? The enhancements would be SOs, and if they were IOs, then just respec and base them. Why ever bother emailing them? Likewise, money. With double xp, the only cash you'd have, is from selling junk, a few mil at most. Takes a whole 5 seconds to email that amount to yourself. Basically the only things that would really matter are any low level, top tier IO recipes you have...and again, those dont take that long to email to yourself.
  6. Aoe ID only provides the hold protection part to teh target. The aoe is just +res. Also, most emps are so shitty at actually USING cm that making it an aoe would go unnoticed!
  7. I'd also love to see some badge status in the screen too. In particular, Task Force badges, or lack of. When something is the weekly, and you are scrambling to find a toon who needs it, in order to join that team just about to leave...well, it gets a bit painful!
  8. You do realise than nearly every support based debuff/buff can, and will, be mezzed off? That is nothing new. I know what the number are, and it is NOT a completely useless power at all. A one slot wonder (well maybe not that good). Could it be way better? Certainly, but so could every other power in teh game. An aoe +end power..well, there is nothing like that, aside from the Elec Control sleep (that sorta gives back end) and Transference.
  9. That is also a good idea. I don't like MM attacks myself, but if someone wants to, let them throw ATOs in there. The Pet procs are already global (applied to all your pets) so slotting them into an attack wouldnt be crazy.

  11. Only 250?! Only. I built my psi/ea stalker a few days ago. I spent..wait for it. 5 Mil. And most of that was crafting lvl 50 basic end/rech IOs. EVERYTHING else, bar a few Hami Goos, I got from recipes my other alts had, or got some other recipes for dirty cheap, and converted them. Also, sorry GM Sijin. I replied from teh first page and hadn't seen your above post.
  12. Yes. Please? I mean..HOW else can you make 100mil in an hour, aside from fire farming? Maybe a +4 ITF that was steamrolling, but even then you have travel, in mission movement, nasty bosses and ebs. If Hami was never intended to be zerged by 3 leagues at once ( and yeah, I dont think it was), and making 100mil an hour wasn't either..
  13. Mmmm. As someone with a Nature fender..no. Nature is a pretty damn awesome set, and different enough from other sets to make it interesting and fun, at least to me. The entire point of Spores IS to be a tiny heal and end recovery power. If it was better, the end cost (which is almost nothing) would shoot up even more. It might not be as good at 50, but for a to50 power, with just teh one slot, it is pretty awesome. Wild Bastion..is also great. It is the perfect support panic button, and can easily turn a 'one sec from team wipe' situation into an easy win. On a timer of 120 secs, which is basically sub 60 with slotting and less with IOs, if would just be stupidly good. Like a team wide DullPain power.
  14. Aww damn. ANd here I was hoping that you were going to talk about killing AE farming. Custom stories are awesome. Being able to hit level 50 in an hour or whatever it is, less so.
  15. Ooh. I had no idea the trails would scale! That totally makes sense now! I was just trying to picture you guys SOMEHOW doing teh dps and debuffs and healing of a full league..and have no idea how that was managed! lol
  16. Not to sound skeptical but..REALLY? You did DD with 3 people? I can maybe see a trio killing the normal AVs in that, but the Sentinal? It takes awhile with a full league. It would have taken forever, even assuming you had the dps to beat his regen. Not too mention the final fight, with D herself, the other heroes, and having to spend time killing those green healing things. If you did it..awesome job. But I seriously doubt many combos of 3 toons could make even a decent crack at it.
  17. Oh that is a great idea! Especially with aoe ally buffing, no reason the two shields shouldn't be one.
  18. With regard to power creep and soft capped def..almost ALL soft capping is done at lvl 50, with IOs + incarnate stuff. Very view sets can reach that out of the box, besides SR, some tank sets, maybe FF, power boosted Time. Not changing a power simply because it is super awesome and unkillable in build XYZ, at 50, tricked out, is not really a good argument. If it was, why aren't teh Devs nerfing fire armour into the dust, because it can solo farm massive mobs of bosses? Power Creep is already here with IOs and Incarnate goodies. Letting a set like FF self buff, would not suddenly make it overpowered, as it would still suffer from an utterly lack of +dam, to hit, rech, resist, etc etc. Well ok, with teh extra bits of teh shields, but nothing that is going to make you suddenly clear mobs in seconds alone. Other sets like Cold and Therm really do suffer (well not as much before the new sets come in), particular therm, that has zero self mitigation of buffing. AT least Cold gets the slows and arctic fog. Also, if some buffs were self use as well, it would actually encourage MORE people to take them. Lots count of the times I have seen colds with no shields, therms the same. On one Tin Mage tf..the cold corr HAD his shields, but didnt use them..not once. When I asked why..he told me to just pop a luck, as it would be just the same. Genius. May as well not slot any powers, ever. Just use lucks, reds, yellows, ors, blue and breaks free, constantly!.
  19. As the title says! Just teamed with a Therm who has the most awesome fire colors..bluey green, with a pinkish effect for Thaw! And it was so nice..but sad, because she couldnt use it on herself! Obviously not all buffs should be self (although..)..but how about letting us use the effects, even toned down a little, as personal Auras?
  20. I like this idea. More as a way to deal with tough boss/eb fights, when you are solo and cant find or dont want player help, and dont have time to go get SHivens etc.
  21. I dont know about this. Sure, farming IS easier to get the badge, by far. But giving how utterly, stupidly unrealistic the badge was (500k isnt 'so' bad), farming was really the only option. 10mil damage, on an MM? Yeah right. I think my first brute only has about 750, reaching 50. So that would be like 10 times that!
  22. Posi1 is easy to solo, and super fast (25 mins or less). A great way to get a Notice of teh Well quickly when its the Weekly. Penny is also easy. In fact a LOT easier, without the huge ambushes set for a full team. Synapse is also doable. And faster solo. In fact, most of the TFC ones are pretty basic. redside..well..you usually get more inventive 'end' battles than just a hitpoint sponge. Like the insanely massive ambushes in Ice Mistral, the crazy kb and psi damage in Temple of the Waters.
  23. Damage farming is not hard though. And it used to be WORSE. I think. ALmost certain it was 10million on Live. 10! To get it on one of my early toons, an MM, I had to respec (no alt builds back then) and full slot Rest for healing, so I could farm the damage up. It took maybe 2-3 nights doing that. But yeah, even 1 mil is a bit much, easilly if you are an AT that doesnt get hit much.
  24. A faster DrQ is STILL a DrQ. And an utterly boring time with no excitement or payoff (other than the finish line).
  25. In spite of the points about AD being easily perma'd and all round more efficient (end wise) than a toggle..I'd love to see an option for in, like SR on Senties. I didnt mind teh click mez prot on my stalker, but on my scrapper, it always seems to go off at the most annoying time. When i am about to jump into a mob or have just hit BU. Sure..I could set it to non-auto..but that is al;so WHY I'd prefer a toggle. SO I dont have to worry.
