  1. I have f.lux for windows, though I usually have it not effect games.
  2. This is a DM/Bio build I put together before the ToF change and I haven't had time to remake it. It doesn't hit softcap for S/L and E/N unless you run defensive.   4. I have a few forever characters, if forever is about as long as a Hollywood marriage.
  5. Is it just me or does disorient have a less proc chance than knock? I have a WM and an NRG scrapper snd I see far more knocks than I do disorients. I have the P2W vendor knock IO in barrage and it seems to go off more than the disorients do.
  6. My savage melee scrapper is willpower. I never bother looking at my endurance. I shred things faster than a politician.
  7. As I understand it, the more procs you add only give you an increased chance of getting the one proc that the game will count. I don't know if that has changed since I last looked. This applies to auto powers and auras. Attacks are a bit different.
  8. I know this kind of died, but I was surprised I just got the name Minimum Force on Excelsior.
  9. For weapon sets, I tend to take the magic origin and make the weapons magical that don't actually do physical damage unless I want them to.
  10. That is with I have a problem with fire based Heroes. It is hard to justify setting someone on fire as "arresting" them.
  11. What was the deal with Targeting Drone doing something with the AR snipe that it did not with other snipes? I seem to remember something like that.,

No matter if I use the zip file or the installer, I get a NullReferenceException Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at mrbBase.ConfigDataSpecial.Initialize(ISerialize serializer) at Mids_Reborn.Forms.frmMain..ctor() at Mids.Reborn.Program.Main() when I try to launch it.

  14. Who really uses SOs anymore? I only use them up until IOs start having greater values.
  15. If anything, it should be balanced around basic IOs. It a small difference from SOs, the unaltered difficulty should reflect this difference.

  18. My problem with inv is that it doesn't get that aggro aura until 26. It also doesn't get its status protection aura until 16 while most other sets get it at 10.
  19. I remember back on live, people were soling giant monsters with rad/sonic.
  20. I don't like stone armor, because once you take granite, you make about half your set's powers into set mules.
  21. The problem is that some sets like fire are not designed to just stand there. Fire would need its heal to go off regularly. Dark would need its -acc debuff to go off regularly and so on.
